Killer Jarrod Ramos Could have Been Tracked in the Torah Code.
U.S. Intelligence is starting to understand this, but it needs to help us merge CodeFinder with AI search capabilities to go operational. Posted on 6/29/2018.
On 6/28/2018 a ruthless killer used a shotgun to murder five people who were at work at the Capital Gazette. He surrendered after he had finished his business but he had no identification on him and he refused to give his name. Much stranger was that his desire to hide his identity went so far that there were initial reports from CBS News that he had mutilated his fingertips thus barring a fingerprint-based ID. However, the police were able to use face recognition software and to show that his name is JARROD RAMOS. That name is the axis term on the matrix. I was astonished to see that in the open text on the top line of the matrix sharing a letter samech with his name is I WILL HIDE MY FACE. A day after the shooting FoxNews.Com claimed that the fingerprint story was not true, but it was true that he had no identification that had a picture of his face. Also in the open text touching his name is FOR FROM YOUTH THE HEART OF MAN IS EVIL. The first letter of the killer's name (yud) is shared by an ELS of NEWSPAPER. The second letter of the killer's name (resh) is shared by an ELS of GUN. In the open text is also YOU SHALL KILL HIM. Finally, there is also an ELS of KILLER.
FINGERPRINT FAILURE RATES. It is unclear who gave CBS News the fingerprint damage report, but fingerprint failure rates are as high as 10%.
STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE MATRIX. As per my usual protocol, no statistical significance was assigned to the axis term, here the lowest skip of JARROD RAMOS in unwrapped or wrapped Torah (it's wrapped). The most significant term is obviously I WILL HIDE MY FACE which was found with the axis term in the 180-area with a white background against odds of about 1,693 to 1. The phrase FOR FROM YOUTH THE HEART OF MAN IS EVIL was only found a posteriori. Although the killer was certainly evil, because I did not think to look for this phrase before the experiment I do not include it is the probability calculation. None-the-less, a Code user like the military or police may often find a posteriori terms of interest. The second most significant a priori key word was NEWSPAPER. It was found against odds of about 68 to 1. GUN had about 1 chance in three to be in the 180-letter box. Although the full 550-letter matrix included the text YOU SHALL KILL HIM and KILLER, capital punishment was abolished in Maryland on May 2, 2013. So, while it may be God's Command to kill murderers, it's not going to happen in this case. The word KILLER would be of greater interest if it was at a special case skip (+/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term). So it's my judgment that the calculation should only include what has a white background. If I find more in the shaded area I'll post any new calculation. The overall odds against what is in the 180-letter box are about 347,813 to 1.
Ramos sent many threats to the Capital Gazette before he slew so many of the staff. The newspaper chose to try to not provoke him more and thus ignored the threat. That decision cost them everything.
There's a lot of discussion about using social media to track known people that are both insane and threats, but law enforcement has yet to take this step. We offer a Torah Code way to add to law enforcement tracking tools, but it will not be fully ready for prime time until our methods are married to an AI (Artificial Intelligence) enhanced search capability. This need is fully addressed in our Project Creator Decoder. We do have the capability to merge CodeFinder software with AI, but it's not free. The most probable customer was last on my site about 45 minutes before I wrote this sentence. They like to play games - with an attitude similar to what was in the matrix above - I WILL HIDE MY FACE. By now they should know THE HEART OF MAN IS EVIL is not something that I want to pertain to myself, or to them. So what about the part of the operating budget in Project Creator Decoder that is for me? It's not a get rich quick scheme. It will be applied to my search for the Ark of the Covenant. If I find that where I think it is in El Zuqba, Egypt, I can help President Trump with his goal to end war in the Middle East and elsewhere.
