OBAMA PICKS GARLAND FOR THE SUPREME COURT. OPPOSE IT.
The Message in Torah is Clear. Posted on 3/17/2016.
On March 16, 2016, President Obama nominated Merrick Bryan Garland to the U.S. Supreme Court. The axis term on Figure 1 is M.B. GARLAND. Garland’s father was Protestant, but his mother was Jewish, so under Jewish Law he is a Jew. He mentioned his Jewish faith in the Rose Garden. However, Garland is a Reform Jew, which means that he does not accept Jewish Law or the belief that the Torah was revealed to Moses by the Creator at Mount Sinai. So, from a Heavenly point of view, he is one of the CHILDREN IN WHOM THERE IS NO FAITHFULNESS and this open text phrase actually crosses and shares a letter with his name. At the same absolute skip of his name is OBAMA. Only 28 letters (7 rows by 4 columns) are required to show both names. In the press much is made of the fact that Garland is over 60 (he is 63). In the open text crossing his name is FROM THE AGE OF 60 YEARS AND IF MALE. Garland is a liberal who will shift the Court to the left. He is against gun ownership. Although he mentions the Holocaust, the fact that gun ownership was illegal in Germany meant that it was easier for Germans to slaughter Jews. I recommend that all religious Jews and Christians heed the warning about Garland in Torah, and oppose his nomination.
STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 1. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here W.B. GARLAND at its 10th lowest skip in wrapped Torah. The primary a priori word sought was OBAMA. There are two spellings that I use fo his name - alef vav bet mem hey and alef vav bet mem alef. The first transliteration is the one most often used in the press. When I find it I use the frequency of that spelling only for calculation purposes. When I find the second spelling I use the frequencies of both spellings. Figure 1 is based on the preferred spelling. Before factoring in ELS rank 10, the odds against finding OBAMA somewhere on the matrix at a special case skip (+/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term) were about 473 to 1. That's based on a 161-letter matrix, but the match actually required only 28 letters to show. If a match that spectacular occurred with the lowest skip of the axis term, it would be against odds of about 2,721 to 1. But this is the 10th lowest skip of W.B. GARLAND, so the odds of a match this close are about 272.1 to 1.
The matrix points of the age issue. Garland, the chief judge of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, is 63. He is the oldest Supreme Court nominee to be named since 1971, when President Richard Nixon nominated Lewis Powell, who was then 64. Presidents typically try to appoint younger judges, since those judges hold lifetime appointments. Court picks represent a major way that presidents can leave an ideological imprint on the country through the interpretation of the Constitution — so it makes sense that they’d want to appoint judges who can be alive to do that work as long as possible. Antonin Scalia, whose seat Garland would fill if he is confirmed, was only 50 years old when Ronald Reagan appointed him to the bench in 1986. He went on to serve nearly 30 years, before passing away in February. Even Obama’s last two picks, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, were just 55 and 50 at the time of their respective confirmations. In the open text crossing Garner's name is FROM THE AGE OF 60 YEARS AND IF MALE. The verse in question (Leviticus 27:7) places a lower valuation (for tax purposes) on a man who who is 60 or older.
'If your valuation is of the male from twenty years even to sixty years old, then your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary. 'Or if it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels. 'If it be from five years even to twenty years old then your valuation for the male shall be twenty shekels and for the female ten shekels. But if they are from a month even up to five years old, then your valuation shall be five shekels of silver for the male, and for the female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver. If they are from sixty years old and upward, if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Leviticus 17:3 to 7
The odds against a reference to an age of 60 or higher crossing Garland are about 210 to 1.
The expression CHILDREN IN WHOM THERE IS NO FAITHFULNESS was found against odds of about 1,893 to 1. Here, however, there is an issue of just how a priori the phrase was. The words definitely describe what I was looking for, but the Torah also accuses my fellow Jews of being a stiff-necked people. And there is no shortage of other insults and rebukes that we got for rebelling so many times against Moses and the Lord. If we allow use of the NO FAITHFULNESS phrase after factoring in ELS rank 10 of the axis term, the matrix is found against odds of about 18,918,705 to 1. If we throw out the phrase by ruling it as a posteriori then what remains (W.B. GARLAND, OBAMA, and FROM THE AGE OF 60 YEARS AND IF MALE) was found against odds of about 9,990 to 1. Either way, the matrix is highly significant. Whether a priori or a posteriori, whether counted for statistical purposes or not, the phrase CHILDREN IN WHOM THERE IS NO FAITHFULNESS should be operative. There can be no better choice for the Supreme Court tTHFULNESS should be operative. There can be no better choice for the Supreme Court than a Torah-observant Orthodox Jew, or a Fundamental Christian. There can no worse choice than another Reform Jew or an atheist who does not accept the Divine origin of our laws of morality.
