ISRAEL, GIBRALTAR, AND PRACTICE ATTACK ON IRAN

In the matrix below Gibraltar, Iran, and Persia are all found encoded parallel to each other at the same absolute skip, with Gibraltar at skip 136,199 while Iran  and Persia (Iran’s old name) are at skip -136,199.  To find this matrix the software used must be capable of a wrapped matrix search, as is the case with CodeFinder and a private program employed by Dr. Robert Haralick.  Persia is crossed by Israel in the open text. The line where Iran starts its ELS has, in the open text, TO SPY OUT THE LAND which is sort of what Israel is doing in conducting a practice attack against Gibraltar (see the insert with this military exercise mentioned in the News on May 3, 2009).
