THE ROLE OF SECRET SPACE PROGRAMS IN WORLD ECONOMIES

Dr. Michael E. Salla asserts that not just the United States, but China, Russia and the U.N. have secret space programs and a major objective of these programs is to extract trillions of dollars of rare metals from asteroids. See page 191 of his book The U.S. Navy's Secret Space Program & Nordic Extraterrestrial Alliance. On Figure 1 I looked to see if any of this is encoded in Torah. It appears that it is. The axis term is THERE IS AN ASTEROID. At the same absolute skip are THE ECONOMIC or THE ECONOMY, STANDARD, and USA. Under USA are CHINA and WORLD. The noun MINE at skip -1 is overlapped by MINER at skip -2. SILVER/MONEY is three rows directly above THE CURRRENCY. Odds against this matrix appearing by chance are about 22,560,347,921 to 1.

CURRENCIES AND METALS. The first metal that was used as currency was silver, more than 4,000 years ago in Greece, when silver ingots were used in trade. During the heyday of the Athenian empire, the city's silver tetradrachm was the first coin to achieve "international standard" status in Mediterranean trade. Since then there have been many fluxuations between silver and gold standards with occasional mixed standards. But these standands largely died with the Nixon Shock in 1971. While Nixon publicly stated his intention to resume direct convertibility of the dollar after reforms to the Bretton Woods system had been implemented, all attempts at reform proved unsuccessful. By 1973, the Bretton Woods system was replaced de facto by the current regime based on freely floating fiat currencies.^[2]

       Wikipedia explains the newer systes as follows:

A floating exchange rate (also known as a fluctuating or flexible exchange rate) is a type of exchange rate regime in which a currency's value is allowed to fluctuate in response to foreign exchange market events. A currency that uses a floating exchange rate is known as a floating currency, in contrast to a fixed currency, the value of which is instead specified in terms of material goods, another currency, or a set of currencies (the idea of the last being to reduce currency fluctuations).

In the modern world, most of the world's currencies are floating, and include the most widely traded currencies: the United States dollar, the euro, the Swiss franc, the Indian rupee, the pound sterling, the Japanese yen, and the Australian dollar. However, even with floating currencies, central banks often participate in markets to attempt to influence the value of floating exchange rates. The Canadian dollar most closely resembles a pure floating currency because the Canadian national bank has not interfered with its price since it officially stopped doing so during 1998. The US dollar is a close second, with very little change of its foreign reserves. By contrast, Japan and the UK intervene to a greater extent, and India has medium-range intervention by its national bank, the Reserve Bank of India. 

From 1946 to the early 1970s, the Bretton Woods system made fixed currencies the norm; however, during 1971, the US government decided to discontinue maintaining the dollar exchange at 1/35 of an ounce of gold and so its currency was no longer fixed. After the end of the Smithsonian Agreement in 1973, most of the world's currencies followed suit. However, some countries, such as most of the Arab states of the Persian Gulf region, fixed their currency to the value of another currency, which has been associated more recently with slower rates of growth. When a currency floats, quantities other than the exchange rate itself are used to administer monetary policy (see open-market operations).

       In December 10, 2020 NIKKEI ASIA published a prediction that China would overtake the U.S. exonomy by 2028-29 in COVID's wake. They point to the Japan Center for Economic Research. The nonprofit organization's sixth annual report on medium-term forecasts were released on Thursday and titled "Asia in the coronavirus disaster: Which countries are emerging?" It looks at the impact of COVID-19 across 15 Asia-Pacific economies through 2035.

       "The reports covers two main scenarios: a "baseline" or standard scenario, in which the crisis is a transient event like an earthquake, and an "aggravated" scenario that wreaks havoc on structural trends such as globalization, urbanization and innovation. Either way, China's quick success at containing the virus is expected to help it top the U.S. by the end of this decade."

SMOKE AND MIRRORS. There is something about the current system that has long bothered me greatly. It is that in the end, it's all based on perceptions (which may be wrong) and psychology. When we need correct information from China, we get propaganda. I never bought any precious metals until I turned 73, but by then it seemed wise to diversify. I bought a moderate amount of silver. It wasn't enough to hurt me financially if it went bust in value. Even a 50% loss in value would not seriously affect my ability to function in a crisis, but the amount bought would help me get to Israel if the United States collapses in a civil war. There I could ask for citizenship (under the Law of Return) and find work again if I need it.

       Of course when it comes to silver and other precious metals we often see secret investors or known investors like the Chinese who can set the market value by buying or selling massive amounts. They don't warn people like me, we just get blessed or curse by their whimsical decisions.

      Obviously in this card game it really helps to know what cards each player is holding behind their backs, especially in the race to mine enormous amounts of wealth out in the asteroid belt and/or on Mars. Table 1 shows which asteroids are most promising for harvest purposes.

       Wikipedia argues that many economic analyses indicate that the cost of returning asteroidal materials to Earth far outweighs their market value, and that asteroid mining will not attract private investment at current commodity prices and space transportation costs.^[58][59] But Wikipedia believes that there is no such thing as spacecraft (let alone major space programs) powered by anti-gravity. If Salla is right then the race for profit is much further along than imagined. Wikipedia does, however, acknowledge that “other studies suggest large profit by using solar power.^[60][61]

       In 1997 it was speculated that a relatively small metallic asteroid with a diameter of 1.6 km (1 mi) contains more than US$20 trillion worth of industrial and precious metals.^[11][63] Note: in 1997 the average closing price for gold was $331. In 2020 the average price at closing was $1,771.90.

       A comparatively small M-type asteroid with a mean diameter of 1 km (0.62 mi) could contain more than two billion metric tons of iron–nickel ore,^[64] or two to three times the world production of 2004.^[65] The asteroid 16 Psyche is believed to contain 1.7×10¹⁹ kg of nickel–iron, which could supply the world production requirement for several million years. A small portion of the extracted material would also be precious metals like gold.

       Platinum is considered very rare in terrestrial geologic formations and therefore is potentially worth bringing some quantity for terrestrial use. But nickel is being mined in many terrestrial locations, so the high cost of asteroid mining may not make it economically viable.^[66]

       Any outside source of precious metals could lower prices sufficiently to possibly doom the venture by rapidly increasing the available supply of such metals.^[68] Thus, even without considering defense implications, there is reason to hide the existence of anti-gravity capabilities be they derived by aliens or humans allied with them. The problem here is that hidden profit is one thing, but alliances that destroy our democracy and end our freedom are problems not to be ignored.       

WHO IS DOING WHAT IN SPACE NOW?   I have read five of Salla's books now. They are:

       I have not yet read Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs & Extraterrestrial Alliance - Book One of the Secret Space Program Series (2015)

       The first five books above, plus what Haim Eshed, the 87-year-old former head of the Israeli Defense Ministry's Space Division has written on December 9, 2020, and the list of world scientists who (with my Uncle Eugene Roffman - see Figure 2) were back engineering UFOs in 1960 constitute my main sources of information about massive Secret Space Programs. The Kennedy book, the Navy book, and the Air Force book are largely about Germans and Americans that (with alien help) developed antigravity craft that ranged in size from fighters to 2.5 kilometer-long intergallactic battle cruisers (see page 138 of The U.S. Navy's Secret Space Program & Nordic Extraterrestrial Alliance). Rise of the Red Dragon is largely about the Chinese space program and Secret Space Program (SSP). The Chinese SSP is not as far along as the American ones. Indeed Salla contends that the Navy SSP was unknown to the Air Force SSP until about 2016 and that comparing the Navy SSP to the Air Force SSP is likely comparing the Navy to the Coast Guard (no offense intended to my fellow Coasties, but I enjoyed serving on 5 aircraft carriers when I was in the Navy from 1967 to 1980 more than sailing on occasional small Coast Guard craft between 1983 to 2007).

RUSSIAN INVOLVEMENT WITH UFOs. Salla touches on Russia's involvement briefly toward the end of his Red Dragon book. But from Figure 2 I know that the U.S. and Russians were cooperating on UFOs since at least 1960.

       In March, 1960 (at the height of the Cold War) my father's brother attended the Third International Conference of Nondestructive Testing in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan. It was organized by the Science Council of Japan. Nondestructive testing is often used in the military to back-engineer weapon systems captured from an enemy. The conference in Japan had heavy participation by the U.S. military and in particular by people associated with our nuclear weapons programs and by Wright Patterson Air Force Base (Edward Dugger) and Los Alamos National Laboratory (Dr. Gerold Tenney). The latter two may have been involved with back-engineering what was found at the infamous Roswell Incident in 1947. But the Conference also had three participants from the U.S.S.R and one from Poland which was then a Warsaw Pact enemy nation. The Soviets who were present were Professor Dr. Mikhael N. Mikheev (Director of the Physics Metal Institute in Moscow); Pavel G. Mikhnevevitch (Engineer, All-Union Material Institute in Moscow), and Dr. Alexander D. Ivanov (Engineer, Radio Research Institute, Leningrad).  From Poland there was Professor Ignacy Malecki (Director, Institute of Basic Technical Problems, Polish Academy of Sciences). So there appears to be evidence that the West and the U.S.S.R. with Poland's help were back-engineering a common (possibly extraterrestrial) threat. Salla's books make clear that when Nordics helped the American SSP, they also helped the Russians to maintain parity. The Nordics, who helped the Nazis during the Holocaust and who are fine with using slave labor, at least have tried to keep our planet from experiencing a nuclear war. There are key items for military decision-makers to keep in mind:

1. Salla writes, "The extensive use of slave labor and a galactic trade in trafficking abducted human beings are among the most critical issues being currently negotiated in terms of future "official disclosures," according to Goode (Corey). Revealing the true scope of such crimes would predictably lead to demands for members of the Cabal/Illuminate and complicit global elites, being charged with "crimes against humanity." Predictably, behind the scenes this has led to Cabal/Illuminate demands for "limited disclosure," where the truth of such crimes is delayed for up to 100 years" (Salla's Navy book, page 195).

I should note that I may smell an anti-Semitic rat here. Salla discusses slaves used for sexual and labor purposes, but he never say where they came from. Evidently the Nazis used them in Antarctica early in their operations setting up German/alien bases there. When the U.S. joined their operations later, Salla indicates that we accepted the use of slave labor. But strangely, I didn't see specific mention of Jews or Israel anywhere although there were three times that he mentioned Mossad. Two were innocuous but the third (on page 274 of his Red Dragon book) raises a question about a former U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Analyst and CIA case worker, Robert David Steele and a Deep State/Mossad orchestrated "false flag" coronavirus attack aimed at starting a war between China and the United States. The attempted nuclear attack against Hawaii mentioned below was also aimed at starting World War 3 between the U.S., North Korea and China. But in the case of the Hawaiian incident there is evidence in the form of everyone in Hawaii getting a warning on their cell phones and many people in Hawaii getting a warning on their cell phones and many people seeing an explosion in the sky that may match a submarine launched ballistic missile getting shot down.  With respect to a possible coronavirus attack on China in December, 2019 while there were rumors about the U.S. Marines bringing it in, I know that Craig Ebrahimi's likely infected meteorite sample was sent to Professor Chandra Wickramasinghe on June 19, 2018 and that he got it to and published with Professor Jiangwen Qu of the Center for Infectious Disease Control in Tianjin, China by October 2018. That gave the Chinese time to make a vaccine before the plague broke out. There was no reason for Mossad to be involved with the coronavirus other than a general interest in health a safety, but if there were Jewish slaves being bred in German-run facilities Antarctica then Mossad would want to save them.

2. There was a false "false alarm" for a nuclear attack against Hawaii on January 13, 2018 between 8:07 am and 8:45 am. This was not a false alarm. It was a real inbound SLBM that was shot down either by the USAF or by Nordics. This incident is covered in Chapter 20 of Salla's Air Force book (pages 377-402).         

       On page 194 of his Red Dragon book Salla mentions that the U.S. promised to share some its antigravity propulsion technologies it was developing for interstellar spacecraft and to enable the construction of an SSP that would be under the auspices of the United Nations - the "Global Galactic League of Nations." The purpose here was to help form a "Continuity of Species" program in case there might be a possible extinction level event caused by the sun. This assertion should be matched with the list of nations on Figure 2 which besides America includes Netherlands, Canada, Belgium, (West) Germany, Taiwan, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Scotland, France, Sweden as well as the Soviet Union and its Warsaw Pact ally Poland. It sounds like Salla is now preparing Book Six of his SSP series and it will be about the Russian SSP.

       With respect to economics, if it's true that the U.S. has 2.5 kilometer-long spacecraft it's not hard to imagine that one major purpose is to extract the mineral wealth of the asteroid belt and Mars. Again, Haim Eshed, the former head of the Israeli Defense Ministry's Space Division has claimed that there is "a secret underground base on Mars, where there are American and alien representatives."

       One last thought here. If we are successful in mining the asteroids and Mars, where do we land the materials when we bring them back to Earth? There are likely two places to bring them down. One would be in Antarctica. There they would be loaded on submarines for transport north. The other place would be underwater at bases that might exist there. In recent years we have seen the videos of so called tic-tac UFOs that can travel up to 500 mph underwater and over 24,000 mph in space. Salla discusses them on pages viii, 231, 232, 233 and 301 of his Red Dragon book. On page 231 he asserts that these craft are American and are built at Plant 42 in Palmdale, California. On page 232 he states that "other countries are developing the exact same technology, China being closest to us, Russia being probably not too far behind."

        One thing seems certain - if the world is seeing minerals being mined offworld then our previous calculations about currency conversion rates and no gold or silver standard would appear to be very wrong. The Fourth Reich supposedly helps to man our joint spacecraft. If so, they and their supporters will know what's really going on. For at least the U.S. our concerns about national debts are likely unjustified so long as the truth remains secret and so long as the ability to mine in space is ours alone. Recently China landed on the far side of the moon and it returned about 4.5 pounds of rocks. They didn't use the alien-derived technology then but it seems likely they are, thanks to Hsue-shen Tsien who helped to form the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, not too far behind us.
