HITLER AND THE FOURTH REICH
SEPTEMBER 17, 2020: There is photographic, documentation and Torah Codes evidence that Hitler faked his death and lived on in Antarctica, Argentina, and Colombia. His 4th Reich probably played a major role in American Government up to the present day. It is likely to be a major factor in the effort to bring down President Trump. Published on 9/17/2020, updated on 4/10/2021.
We have already examined what the Codes reveals about Hitler having escaped to Argentina and Antarctica. The Antarctica matrix is repeated below as Figure 2. Figure 1 is what I found when I searched for The Fourth Reich. I didn't find 4th Reich, but I did find REICH FOUR which is close enough to examine associated data. The first word sought was HITLER. I not only found it with its best spelling (tet rather than tav for the T), but it intersected and shared the letter resh with REICH FOUR. Further, at same absolute skip as REICH FOUR is UFO and ICE, which given the widespread claims of a Nazi/UFO base under the ice in Antarctica, are both significant finds. BUSH is at skip -1. It's a weak term, but given the times discussed in the matrix, it might refer to Prescott Bush (father of President George H. W. Bush and Grandfather George W. Bush) who allegedly helped finance the Nazis via his German steel magnate buddy Fritz Thysse. There is also an ELS of REPTILLIAN, the primary type of aliens supposedly at the base down there.
FIGURE 2 - HITLER IN ANTARCTICA? Did Hitler's travels end in Argentina or did he go on to a well-fortified base in the Antarctic? Before reading Dr. Salla's well-documented book about how aliens interacted with Nazi aerospace research and later U.S. research, I dismissed theories about the UFO flap over Washington D.C. between July 12, 1952 and July 29, 1952 being due to Nazi vehicles. Yes, I did believe (almost know) that Hitler escaped to Argentina, but I didn't see him as a major threat. Now I realize that I may have underestimated the danger if his major scientists continued their alliance with Nordic, Reptillian or any other aliens (perhaps descended from the Nephilim of Genesis 6:4).
Analysis of Figure 2 is divided into three parts.I won't repeat all of it here. It's in my earlier article about this matrix.
First we should consider that it only takes 27 letters (3 columns by 9 rows) to show the axis term ANTARCTIC with UFO at the same absolute skip. Odds against a match this close with UFO at a special case skip are about 72.2 to 1.
Next we look at the 324-letter with a white background. To the terms just mentioned we add HITLER, NORDIC, and FOREIGNERS which is also often translated as STRANGERS. I don't have a dictionary to back it, but I have also seen the word for FOREIGNERS translated as ALIENS. When the word in question, pronounced gayreem, is left off the calculation then this part of the matrix is found against odds of about 3,792 to 1. However, as the matrix grows in size two things happen - words seen before (like UFO) on the smaller matrices decrease in statistical value while new words are found (like HITLER and NORDIC here) appear. In this case UFO decreases in value from odds against at 72.2 to 1 down to about 6.5 to 1. NORDIC was found against odds of about 43 to 1.
There was one other matrix that paired ANTARCTIC with HITLER, but it was based on the second lowest skip of ANTARCTIC whereas Figure 2 is based on the lowest skip of the axis term (which is generally preferable). Here it's worth the time to discuss how the spelling and skip of HITLER affects the statistical significance of the name. Six cases with be considered: spellings with either a tet (preferred) for the T in Hitler, spellings with a tav for the T in Hitler, Spellings with either spelling at skip +1, and spellings with either spelling at others special case skips (-1 or the absolute skip of the axis term which here means +/- 21,123). Number of hits for these situations are shown on Table 1 below:
HITLER AT A SPECIAL CASE SKIP ENCODED WITH ANTARCTIC | TET OR TAV | TET ONLY |
Skip +1 | 0 | 0 |
Skip -1 | 0 | 0 |
Skip +21,123 | 0 | 0 |
Skip -21,123 | 0 | 0 |
The enemy of the Jews, for all times, is considered to be Am′alek (who attacked the rear guard with the weakest and sickest of us as we departed from Egypt). Hamen in Persia was such an enemy who tried to exterminate us. At the holiday of Purim when we read that story when his name comes up we make noise and boo it because this guy was supposed to be a descendant of Am′alek. In Exodus 17:14 the Torah command us as follows:
The result from the above formula is used in conjunction with Skips Tables found here show that for a 324-letter matrix there was about one chance in 13 to find a spelling for Hitler. This drops to about 3.43 to 1 on the full 760-letter matrix.
As I noted above the part of the matrix with a white background is found against odds of about 3,792 to 1. What if I had counted FOREIGNERS? There was about one chance in 72.3 to find it or the word sought for aliens, which would have taken the odds against finding the matrix to about 276,319 to 1.
The full 760-letter matrix has two terms that take the combined significance against it to up to over 96,000,000 to 1. Anytime I look for an alien-related matrix one of the first words I look for is NEPHILIM. It's here against odds of about 100 to 1 and that's why I expanded the matrix to 760-letters in area. A word for GENERALS is also here at skip +1. The odds against it were even higher than NEPHILIM, but I really wanted Admiral Byrd. An admiral in the Navy is the same rank as a general in the army, and a military base for Hitler, his Nazi friends and aliens would surely include some generals. The word is here against odds of about 201 to 1. To reinforce the area in question as being where the South Pole is found I looked for both words. POLE shares a letter with ANTARCTIC, but South was missing. FROM THE SKY is at the same skip. Whatever the odds, there is enough here to get a fuzzy picture which must be combined with what other matrices (like Figure 1) hint at. I would been more impressed with Figure 2 had HITLER at the same skip as ANTARCTIC on Figure 2, but we should not overlook that HITLER is at the same skip as the axis term SOUTH AMERICA as is shown on Figure 3 below. He apparently stopped in South America in Argentina, but his final destination appears to be Antarctica. In the years to follow Nazi war criminals, especially Wernher von Braun, took America to the moon. But what were the other Nazis doing in Antarctica and elsewhere if Hitler survived the war? I don't like to think about it. But somehow I can't get President Eisenhower's final words as President out of my mind. Again, on October 7, 1945 on page 10 an article appeared in the New York Times entitled Hitler Believed Alive, Eisenhower Tells Dutch. He never recanted it. This man, in his last speech as President said:
In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.
We should take nothing for granted. And that, most likely, means that we should not take for granted that Hitler killed himself.
FIGURE 2
FIGURE 3 - HITLER'S STOP IN SOUTH AMERICA ON THE WAY TO ANTARCTICA? - The axis term on Figure 3 is the only transliteration of SOUTH AMERICA. The first 4 letters mean SOUTH, while the last 5 letters are the transliteration part. There is no final letter that has the A sound like aleh or hey, but in the Torah vowels are never written and a petach line under the last letter (kuf) would work. There are two letters that have a T sound in modern Hebrew. The tet is often used, and this is the most common letter used in transliterations of HITLER, but out of the 304,805 letters in Torah there are only 1,804 letter tets, while for the other letter T, tav, there are 17,950. Thus it is far more common to find an ELS of a name with a tav than a tet, and this is the case with HITLER on Figure 3. Figure 3 has an ELS of SUBMARINE. In the open text running through SOUTH AMERICA is THE OLD MAN OF WHOM YOU SAID IS HE STILL ALIVE? This, of course, is the question.

WARFARE AFTER THE LIKELY HITLER ESCAPE. If Hitler escaped alive in 1945 then World War II did not fully end when the Third Reich collapsed. It merely morphed into a new form of warfare in which, like a cancer, a Fourth Reich spread from places mostly out of sight in Argentina and Antarctica through our aerospace industry via Operation Paperclip and eventually up, not just through Congress, but into some Executive Branches.
Wikepedia states the following about Operation Paperclip.
Operation Paperclip was a secret program of the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA) carried out largely by special agents of Counterintelligence Corps (Army CIC), in which more than 1,600 German scientists, engineers and technicians, such as Wernher von Braun and his V-2 rocket team, were taken from Germany to the United States, for U.S. government employment, primarily between 1945 and 1959. Many were former members, and some were former leaders, of the Nazi Party.[1][2]
The primary purpose for Operation Paperclip was U.S. military advantage in the Soviet–American Cold War and the Space Race. The Soviet Union was more aggressive in forcibly recruiting more than 2,200 German specialists—a total of more than 6,000 people including family members—with Operation Osoaviakhim during one night on 22 October 1946.[3]
While Americans were becoming aware of great German scientists (some of whom were war criminals) being moved to America there as another operation in effect that is described very differently by our Government vs. the press in Chili. I speak of Operation Highjump. Here various sources include Wikipedia give the following description:
Operation HIGHJUMP, officially titled The United States Navy Antarctic Developments Program, 1946–1947, was a United States Navy operation organized by Rear Admiral Richard E. Byrd, Jr., USN (Ret), Officer in Charge, Task Force 68, and led by Rear Admiral Richard H. Cruzen, USN, Commanding Officer, Task Force 68. Operation HIGHJUMP commenced 26 August 1946 and ended in late February 1947. Task Force 68 included 4,700 men, 13 ships, and 33 aircraft. Operation HIGHJUMP’s primary mission was to establish the Antarctic research base Little America IV.[1][2]
HIGHJUMP’s peaceful objectives, according to the U.S. Navy report of the operation, were:
1. Training personnel and testing equipment in frigid conditions;
2. Training personnel and testing equipment in frigid conditions;
3. Consolidating and extending the United States' sovereignty over the largest practicable area of the Antarctic continent (publicly denied as a goal even before the expedition ended);
4. Determining the feasibility of establishing, maintaining, and utilizing bases in the Antarctic and investigating possible base sites;
5. Developing techniques for establishing, maintaining, and utilizing air bases on ice, with particular attention to later applicability of such techniques to operations in interior Greenland, where conditions are comparable to those in the Antarctic;
6. Amplifying existing stores of knowledge of electromagnetic, geological, geographic, hydrographic, and meteorological propagation conditions in the area;
7. Supplementary objectives of the Nanook expedition (a smaller equivalent conducted off eastern Greenland).
This was no small task force. Key personnel and assets, according to Wikipedia (which may contain some disinformation) were as follows:
Rear Admiral Richard H. Cruzen, USN, Commanding
Eastern Group (Task Group 68.3)[1]

Dr. Salla's book, Antarctica's Hidden History, asserts that Task Force 68 retreated early from the area after suffering heavy casualties when it was attached by UFOs that belong to Nazi Germany. In part, Salla claims are based on a Chilean press interview of Admiral Byrd and a Russian documentary. Galnet Wiki sums up the video as follows:
An extraordinary 2006 Russian documentary was recently translated into English revealing new information about a US Navy Antarctica expedition in 1946/47. Originally scheduled for a six month period, the scientific¯ expedition was officially called The United States Navy Antarctic Development Program, and given the operational name Highjump. The naval component of Operation Highjump was known as Task Force 68 and comprised 4700 military personnel, one aircraft carrier (the USS Philippine Sea among the largest of all carriers of the time), and number of naval support ships and aircraft. The Naval expedition was headed by famed polar explorer Admiral Richard Byrd, who had been ordered to consolidate and extend American sovereignty over the largest practical area of the Antarctic continent. Byrd's expedition ended after only 8 weeks with many fatalities¯ according to initial news reports based on interviews with crew members who spoke to the press while passing through Chilean ports. Rather than deny the heavy casualty reports, Admiral Byrd revealed in a press interview that Task Force 68 had encountered a new enemy that could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds.
In a German publication Die Mär von Hitlers Festung im ewigen a partial translation says, "The occupation of the ice fortress would have stood up to British special forces in winter 1945, and even US soldiers in the southern summer of 1946-1947. It was only in 1958 that "Neuberchtesgaden" was destroyed by three US atomic bombs. The most extreme proponents of the conspiracy theory claim, however, that the Ice Nazis would have survived even after that - equipped with UFO technology. None of this is true."
Probably the best way to get at what really happened is to see what Admiral Byrd told the Chilean press (El Mercurio in Santiago, Chile on March 5, 1947). See Figure 5 below for the story written in Spanish, but we will first examine Figure 4 which includes a photo allegedly taken of Hitler when he was 55 years old in exile, documentation backing his presence in the town of Tunja, Colombia then and (even better) confirmation of his presence there that as encoded in the Torah about 3,300 years ago. The matrix on Figure 4 was found against odds of about 8,702 to 1.

WHEN DID HITLER REALLY DIE? The following article in The Guardian needs to be fact checked, shortened and compared with other claims. Michael Salla's Antarctica book had a Hitler picture porortedly taken in 1955 in Colombia (see Figure 4 above). The article below deals with claims that Hitler died in 1962 at the age of 73. There is no contradiction between Hitler being in Colombia, Argentina and Antarctica. Once he reached South America he was free to travel, but caveat emptor. Soon after I read the article below I was sent another one claimed that Hitler lived to 114. There is good evidence that Hitler made it to Argentina, but the issue of what he fate was from then on is far less clear although I think he lived long enough to jumpstart a Fourth Reich.
Hitler lived until 1962? That's my story, claims Argentinian writer
The startling theory that the Führer survived in exile until age 73 was examined in a book. Now its British authors are accused of plagiarism
The book Grey Wolf claims they both survived the Berlin bunker and lived for 17 more years. Photograph: Bettmann/Corbis
The notorious claim that Hitler escaped his Berlin bunker to live incognito in Argentina first gained popular currency in 1945, when Stalin spoke of it. Since then the idea has resurfaced occasionally, with alleged photographic and documentary evidence pored over by conspiracy theorists. Now the theory that the German dictator followed his fellow Nazis Adolf Eichmann and Josef Mengele to South America is at the centre of a fresh row.
The authors of the 2011 book Grey Wolf: The Escape of Adolf Hitler, which was made into a documentary film earlier this year, have been accused of plagiarism by a journalist in Argentina. Abel Basti claims his research has been unfairly used to substantiate claims made in the book. Grey Wolf, published by Sterling Publishing, based in New York, challenged the accepted view that the Führer shot himself in his Berlin bunker on 30 April 1945 and that Eva Braun also committed suicide by taking cyanide. Arguing that American intelligence officials turned a blind eye to Hitler's escape in return for access to Nazi war technology, Gerrard Williams and Simon Dunstan set out the case for a scenario almost too horrible to contemplate: that the Führer and Eva Braun made a home in the foothills of the Andes and had two daughters.
Hitler, they claim, escaped punishment and lived out his life in tranquillity in Patagonia until his death in 1962 at the age of 73.
The publisher billed the book as the result "of five years of travelling and interviewing eyewitnesses and piecing together a mountain of evidence". Now Basti alleges that this is "a grossly misleading statement" and that Williams and Dunstan held on to evidence he had spent years putting together.
Williams, a British TV journalist who has worked for Reuters, the BBC and Sky News, and his co-author, Dunstan, firmly deny the claim.
"Basti did in no way invent the idea of Hitler being alive in Argentina," Williams told the Observer. "Books on the subject existed as far back as 1953 and 1987. I have never plagiarised anyone's work. Simon Dunstan, as the author of over 50 books on military history, hasn't either. We're both very aware of the law."
Williams travelled in 2007 to Argentina, where he acknowledges that he received help from Basti, along with other researchers and translators. Basti now claims that on seeing the book and hearing of the new film he realised that the work he had handed over to Williams for use on an earlier documentary film project had been plagiarised.
Basti says he signed a contract conferring all rights to his work to Williams's company in return for substantial payments to come. On this basis, he adds, he introduced Williams to two key witnesses in the case for Hitler's survival, a Jorge Colotto and Captain Manuel Monasterio.
Filming began in September 2008, but was cut short when financiers pulled out due to the worldwide financial crisis. Basti claims his contract was terminated and so asked for his research to be returned but says nothing was sent back.
Following publication of Grey Wolf, Basti says he was incensed to see that he had been quoted as regarding one photograph as proof of Hitler's survival. The book has also annoyed Ricardo D'Aloia, the editorial director of Ambito Financerio, the flagship newspaper of a group that had earlier published reports of Basti's research. D'Aloia is angered at the suggestion that he handed the authors video and potential evidence belonging to Basti.
Williams denies that he was introduced to key witnesses by Basti. He also denies D'Aloia's claims, which, he says, are "simply untrue". He adds that he "cannot see how quoting from taped interviews, thoroughly sourced to the company who made it implicitly clear that it was their material, is any sort of violation of copyright".
The claims about Hitler's life in exile in Argentina have been ridiculed by historian Guy Walters, who pronounced them "2,000% rubbish" when the book came out. "It's an absolute disgrace. There's no substance to it at all. It appeals to the deluded fantasies of conspiracy theorists and has no place whatsoever in historical research," he said.
RUMOR? A DECEASED IN LAW CLAIMED THAT HITLER DIED OF SYPHILIS. The man (my sister-in-law's deceased father-in-law, Harry L.) told me around 1981 to 1983 what he knew about it from his war days, but he was drunk when he blurted out the story. On the following day when he was sober he reaffirmed his tale but he said that he wouldn't discuss it further because "it might endanger his Air Force retirement." This surprised me since it was the first indication that our Government might have had a role in arranging for Hitler's escape. I've discussed what I learned about that escape in earlier articles, but I'll include it here too if you those who haven't seen it already.
MY EXPERIENCE INVESTIGATING HITLER'S FATE.
In 1981 I fought an interfaith custody battle that was covered in the world’s press. As is shown on my page about Hitler and the Vatican, I used 1933 New York Times press extracts about the Concordat between the Vatican and Hitler as ammunition to coerce the Vatican to annul the baptism of my older son; which was conducted against his will and mine at a time that I had joint custody of the boy, who is now an Orthodox rabbi. The New York Times covered my son’s story on September 22, 1981, but what they and all other new organizations didn't know was how I had procured the one of a kind annulment. They knew the contents of the letter of annulment signed by Archbishop McCarthy of Miami, but they didn't know about the Release from Liability that I signed it in exchange for the letter, which led to my acquiring what was effectively full custody of my son.
It was at this time, while conducting extensive research into the history of the Holocaust as I perused microfilm copies of the New York Times at the Florida International University Library, I came across an April 27, 1945 article (dated April 26, 1945) entitled Hitler Imitator Reported Ready to Die in His Place. I followed the story via the New York Times out as far as 1949. Briefly, a former grocer, August Wilhelm Bartholdi was a double for Hitler, was poised to “die on the barricades” while the real Hitler escaped. Two days later (just after midnight on April 29, 1945) Hitler married Ava Braun. Germany had time to prepare the Hitler swap, whether by switching dental records or drilling Bartholdi’s mouth to match Hitler’s. But they didn’t have time to properly prepare a duplicate for his bride. The following day (April 30, 1945) was the alleged suicide. Russian troops found two bodies burned beyond recognition. They were supposed to be Hitler and Eva Braun. Later we learned that there was a match with Hitler’s dental records. But once in my life I heard (but could never confirm) that the female corpse found did not have a match with Eva Braun’s dental records, however this aspect of the story does not match what Wikipedia writes. They indicate that, “by 11 May 1945, the Soviets had already had Hitler's dentist, Hugo Blaschke, and his dental technician confirm the dental remains found were Hitler's and Braun's .[64]
When the American troops arrived in Berlin they questioned the staff. All, except for two, said that it was Hitler who had died, but the New York Times reported that the maid and the chauffeur claimed it was the cook. However as I recall no name was given for the cook and it was unclear as to whether he was Bartholdi. By July of 1945 the Times was writing about unaccounted for U-boats that might be carrying Hitler, and by August of 1945 there were stories of U-977 being searched by U.S. Marines in Buenos Aires, Argentina. There was also a story of people seeing what looked like Hitler and Eva Braun coming ashore from U-944 elsewhere in Argentina, with them heading for Patagonia.
On October 7, 1945 on page 10 an article appeared in the New York Times entitled Hitler Believed Alive, Eisenhower Tells Dutch. He never recanted it. Over the next four years the Times covered a ruling that Hitler could not be proven dead for purposes of dividing his estate, and that a former Luftwaffe pilot (Peter Baumgart) had flown Hitler out of Berlin after he was reported to be dead. All of this was only of intellectual curiosity for me until I read in a now defunct newspaper, the Miami Times, about a U-boat (Sharkhunters) convention at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Key Largo, Florida. The convention is highlighted HERE. This was only about 25 miles from my home in Homestead, Florida. So I called the hotel and asked who was running the convention. The answer was, I thought, perfect. It wasn't a German. Rather it was an American historian named Harry Cooper.
Cooper listened to my summary of events, and promised to call me back later in the day if he could learn anything from the German submariners. He didn't return the call - not then anyway. But about two months later he did call back when the convention was long over, and when I had forgotten who he was. After refreshing my memory he informed me that he had learned that U-944 did indeed carry Hitler to Argentina. He put me on his mailing list (which, as a Coast Guard officer, I didn't want since it meant that I was having Nazi literature mailed to my home, something that migh affect my security clearance). He wanted me, a Jew, to join the group! And then, even better, he tried to convince me to travel to Argentina where he was going to dive at a U-boat wreck. This was at a time that General Galtieri was ruling the country. He was a guy who was, in his head, still fighting World War 2 because he actually went to war with (and lost to) England when he invaded the Falkland Islands on April 2, 1982. Argentina's nuclear power program was headed by Hitler's prime bomb maker, and of course the Israelis had found Adolf Eichmann hiding there, captured him, and brought him back to Israel where they tried and executed him. Although Harry Cooper is probably no more than an ambitious historian, I figured it was probably best to judge him based on his friends, and they were clearly German (and possibly Nazi) military men. As such, I passed on the chance to learn more about his friends under the watch of General Galtieri.
CONCLUSION. Based in large part on Figure 4 I am certain that Hitler survived World War 11. I have yet to research the claim that he and his wife had two daughters, but if they did it's likely that at least one of them plays a major role in the Fourth Reich. Other players are likely in NASA or financial sectors. The Bush and Kennedy families have well known pre World War II connections with the Nazis. I plan on reading more of Salla's research about the bankers involved. I fought with one of them (Deutsche Bank) in a real estate deal years ago, and came out a winner. See Odd Shortsale on my site. President George H.W. Bush (Bush 1) likely controlled whatever we were doing with UFOs. Their involvement in UFOs probably explains the sh*t eating grin that Bush 2 always had on his face. The expression, to me, came across as saying, I know about UFOs and what we do with them, and all you fools out there have no clue about how we can control you. I changed parties from Democrat to Republican when Bush 2 ran for president. I voted for McCain in the primaries - simply to try to keep Bush off the ballot and because I thought McCain was a hero based on his Vietnam service. But before he died McCain proved himself to be a liberal-loving traitor to his party. Trump told us that McCain was no hero - and he was right. McCain was just another Swamp creature, but Trump is not. Trump is a man who understands what Eisehower warned us about in his last speech:
A vital element in keeping the peace is our military establishment. Our arms must be mighty, ready for instant action, so that no potential aggressor may be tempted to risk his own destruction.
Our military organization today bears little relation to that known by any of my predecessors in peacetime, or indeed by the fighting men of World War II or Korea.
Until the latest of our world conflicts, the United States had no armaments industry. American makers of plowshares could, with time and as required, make swords as well. But now we can no longer risk emergency improvisation of national defense; we have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions. Added to this, three and a half million men and women are directly engaged in the defense establishment. We annually spend on military security more than the net income of all United States corporations.
This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. The total influence -- economic, political, even spiritual -- is felt in every city, every State house, every office of the Federal government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to comprehend its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.
In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the militaryindustrial complex.
Akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture, has been the technological revolution during recent decades.
In this revolution, research has become central; it also becomes more formalized, complex, and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for, by, or at the direction of, the Federal government.
Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been overshadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.
The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded. Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific technological elite.
It is the task of statesmanship to mold, to balance, and to integrate these and other forces, new and old, within the principles of our democratic system -- ever aiming toward the supreme goals of our free society.
