WUHAN VIRUS FEARS PUSH DOW DOWN AT LEAST 3,583 POINTS.

       By February 27, 2020 the Wuhan coronavirus had killed at least 2,858 people and there were another 83,368 confirmed cases in at least 53 countries. It hadn't affected the stock market much until February 24, but it finally became clear that the infection was beginning to reach serious numbers not just in China where there were 77,658 cases, but also in other nations where there were at least another 3,273 cases.  Several airlines ceased flights to infected countries. Many businesses are shutting down, often stopping critical parts from reaching factories in other nations. Tourism is taking major hits. It's not surprising that the stock market was finally hit hard. On February 24, 2020 it lost over a thousand points in a day. On Figure 1 the axis term is STOCKS WENT DOWN. At the same skip as the axis term is PLAGUE. USA and IN 5080 (English year 2020) are both at skip -1. WUHAN is at one skip more than the axis term. WUHAN is touched by THOUSANDS in the open text. I originally sought THOUSAND because that was about the number of points that the market fell that day (the final number was 1,031.61 points). The Hebrew here is THOUSANDS rather than THOUSAND which seemed to hint at a market drop of at least 2,000 points as the economic consequences of what threatens be a pandemic began to set in. TRUMP, our President on this day, is on the matrix but not at a special case skip.  On February 25, 2020 the market was down another 879.44 points for a total record two-day loss of 1,911.05 points. On February 26, 2020 it dropped 123.77 points further and it fell another 1,190.95 points the next day taking the total loss to 3,225.78 points.  The matrix was found against odds of about 12,303,615 to 1. QUESTION: IS THE NUMBER 3,200 THE ROUNDED OFF BOTTOM NUMBER OF STOCK MAR  KET POINT LOSSES?  ANSWER: NO, BUT  THE MARKET DID DROP THROUGH THE 3,200 POINT LOSS LEVEL. SADLY, THE NEXT DAY IT CLOSED DOWN ANOTHER 357.28 POINT. After the weekend it went back up about 1,294 points on Monday. The right part of the prediction is THREE THOUSAND touching WUHAN. The AND TWO HUNDRED after it was wrong.

WARNING GIVEN THE NIGHT OF FEBRUARY 27, 2020 ABOUT THE POSSIBLE BOTTOM OUT STOCK POINT LOSS ON FIGURE 1: The number 3,200 crosses WUHAN. We will soon know if this turns out to be the rounded off number of points lost in the stock market in this crisis. I gave some thought to buying stock but decided against it on three grounds:

       (1) Such action might color the motivation of my research for 23 years of Code studies. It would cheapen the religious value of the Torah.

       (2) While the scale of the market loss may turn out to be right, there is no indication of which stock to buy. Thus I might buy the wrong stock and this would lead to devaluing all my Codes research.

       (3) The Torah Code may allow for free will by encoding many outcomes in accordance with the many parallel worlds hypothesis from quantum mechanics.

       I have not encountered predictions before that would tempt me to place a bet. So if this turned out to be a correct number, it could have been just a lucky day match. However, the Wuhan virus seems to be massively encoded. We know that the word THOUSANDS is correct. But the loss recorded by February 27, 2020 was 3,225 points, not 3,200 points and by February 28, 2020 it fell another 358 points for a total loss of 3,583 points. Under the Jewish concept of prophecy there are no credit given for being close, a prophecy must be precise. 

      I did not recommend that my readers should invest in the market based on this matrix, but I do recommend that my friends in the Intelligence community should continue to follow my findings closely. In it bad guys in 2025 travel back in time to help Hitler get the A Bomb, while good guys travelled back from 1975 to help prevent it. When the folks from 1975 reach 1938 they soon discover that while most historical people and events are there, some are not or are not quite right. Frankly at times I wondered whether the plot was based on anything that my intel buddies in Arizona were doing. They have been on this article many times today. But if my picture is a bit fuzzy when it gets to the exact bottom line of the market reacting to the Wuhan virus, that's most often the kind of problem the fictional characters encounter in looking at the world as it's being reshaped by two different time travel teams. If there are any such teams operating in the real world one is obviously American. Who else could be involved? I have found China a lot on my Mars articles. I seem to have found China a lot on my Mars articles and also on anything that has to do with China or North Korea. Russia has been more often on my Ark Code articles. I have no clue if there are in reality any such teams, but I can say that many IP addresses that initially come up as Russian are in fact our DoD. They will always have a 6 or 7 before the first decimal point in the IP address, or at the last digit in the IP address. I have written about this before several times - which did much to cut the number of such visits.

       There is also a slight possibility that unknown readers of this site or other Torah Codes sites or works have taken actions that have altered our time line. In particular, Michael Drosnin, author of The Bible Code (1997) warned Netanyahu about an assassination attempt in Amman, Jordan. Netanyahu then cancelled the trip using a cold as his excuse.

       I also met with the Egyptian Government  twice  in 1999 to try to head of an atomic attack against Jerusalem that was described in Drosnin's book. The meetings were with Amin Mohsen and Yasser Abed on May 13, 1999 at the Egyptian Embassy in Tel Aviv, and on May 30, 1999 with Mahmoud Ayyad Alatrash, Gammal Mohammed and Khalid Hassan at the Northern Sinai Government Headquarters in El Arish, Egypt. After both meetings I voluntarily briefed our military Assistant Naval Attache' in the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv. The full story of these meeting is given in Chapter 17 of my Ark Code book. Note that at the time of these meetings in 1999 I only had about 2 years of Torah Codes experience. The information that I gave to the Egyptians was about where I think the Ark of the Covenant and the Fortress of Baal Zephon can be located in (or off the coast of) Egypt. The purpose of giving them this information was so that they could test the ability of the Code to make predictions. The deal was that if they found what we were talking about, they would take action to thwart Libyan and Syrian nuclear programs. They never reported back to me about their findings, if any. But years later the Israelis bombed the Syrian reactor under construction and the Americans got Libya to surrender their nuclear program.

FIGURE 2 - Is it possible that the Wuhan virus was constructed by any military of than the Chinese? As is apparent every time that Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer speak, there are plenty of evil people in the world. Rather than taling about a mutual, non-political effort to defeat the virus. Pelosi said: "This is shameful. He puts forth a proposal now that is meager, anemic in terms of addressing this. Ebola, we did $5bn. And now they're trying to take the Ebola money and spend it here.” In response, Trump said he would be happy to take whatever other money she wants to send to the effort. Schumer's intial response was, ""We've seen no sign that President Trump has any plan or urgency to deal with the spread of the coronavirus -- we need real leadership and we need it fast." Trump laid out his plans at an hour press conference later in the day on February 26, 2020.

      Besides China, at least two counties are capable of producing such a weapon  - Russia and the USA. On Figure 2, as is shown on its spreadsheet below, RUSSIAN is the most significant a priori term found in conjunction with the axis term WUHAN CHINA. It was found at a special case skip (+/-1 or the skip of the axis term) against odds of about 76 to 1. For specific studies like this where I'm trying to answer a question about who is involved I prefer to find the crucial key words at special case skips. I didn't see USA at a special case skip on Figure 1, but it was at a special case skip on Figure 1 above where the axis term is STOCKS WENT DOWN. Based on the placement (above and with a shared column with STOCKS WENT DOWN) we can speculate that if deliberately encoded there (against odds of about 19.2 to 1) it probably means that theUSA is mentioned because that is the site where STOCKS WENT DOWN rather than who (if anyone) may have built the virus. Thr 19.2 to 1 odds are based on the full 741 letter matrix, but it only takes 96 letters for the match to occur. Odds against a match that close are about 144 to 1.

         The matter of clearing the Russians is not so easy. The South China Morning Post (in Hong Kong) reports that:

       Thousands of Russian-linked social media accounts have launched a coordinated effort to spread alarm about the new coronavirus, disrupting global efforts to fight the epidemic, US officials say.

       The disinformation campaign promotes unfounded conspiracy theories that the United States is behind the Covid-19 outbreak, in an apparent bid to damage the US image around the world by seizing on health concerns.

US State Department officials tasked with combating Russian disinformation said that false personas are being used on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to advance Russian talking points in multiple languages.

       “Russia’s intent is to sow discord and undermine US institutions and alliances from within, including through covert and coercive malign influence campaigns,” said Philip Reeker, the acting Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia.

FIGURE 3: The Code seems to imply that the Chinese military was destined to release this virus in The End of Days. I showed a matrix based on the same axis term in Figure 1 of my previous article about the Wuhan virus but Figure 3 is much stronger. It tells us that the likely culprit is the Institute of Virology in Wuhan. The motivation for expansion was ting to determineo see if the expression IN THE END OF DAYS could be found in conjunction with the WUHAN CHINA axis term and PLAGUE. Figure 3 has a word that is either translated as PLAGUE or PESTILENCE (disease) in conjunction with leprosy and another PLAGUE or PESTILENCE (disease) in conjunction with a PLAGUE IN THE HOUSE. The word for plague here has three letters here and it has other meanings (like a sore). On Figure 1 in the previous article a 4-letter word was found.

       We are trying to determine if the Wuhan coronavirus was designed as a weapon by the Chinese (or any other) military. The most significant term on Figure 3 is DIE IN WAR which was found against odds of about 154 to 1. IN THE END OF DAYS was found against odds of about 116 to 1. WILL SURELY DIE and INSTITUTE were each found against odds of over 17 to 1. The virus may well have been made in the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Liu Zhiming was the director of the nearby Wuhan Wuchang Hospital located in the epicenter of the virus. He has died from the virus, but I don't have any statistics about casualties inside the Institute itself. in the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Allowing for 3 and 4 letter synonyms for PLAGUE, at least one was found against odds of about 4.9 to 1 (but two were found). Overall Figure 3 was found against odds of about 2,972,154 to 1.
