BIDEN, DEEP STATE AND TIME - SCIFI OR REALITY?

On January 24, 2021 my family and I watched the first two parts of a series called THE MAN IN THE HIGH TOWER. It shows what the world would be like if the Allied Powers had lost World War II and Germany and Japan ruled the U.S. Of course, everyone knows that we beat Japan, clobbering them with two atomic bombs. But I have known since about 1985 that Hitler survived the war and reached at least Argentina on the submarine U-944. Michael Salla followed the same trail that I did, even interviewing some of the same people (American historian Harry Cooper, as an example) and came to a similar conclusion after the Shark Hunter's (U-boat) convention near my old home in Florida (I lived in Homestead, the convention was in Key Largo). While the German Army didn't march into America, via Operation Paperclip 1,600 top Nazis (in combination with a technical force in Antarctica) worked their way up the Military Industrial Complex Eisenhower warned us about on January 17, 1960. Over time they came to control our Government. Any President who would dare to challenge them was shot or thrown out of office. They are the Fourth Reich. The Author of Figure 1 knew them well. I found the matrix immediately after watching the film. The Code warns us that Biden serves them.
STATISTICAL AND POLITICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 1. As per my usual protocol, no statistical significance was assigned to the axis term, here the 17th lowest ELS of DEEP STATE in wrapped Torah. Before factoring in the ELS rank of the axis term I found BIDEN at the same absolute skip as the axis term. It was at a special case skip against odds of about 156 to 1. Biden is defeating the United States not so much through an army as he is by Executive Order. EXECUTIVE and ORDER will be shown on Figure 2 with EXECUTIVE at the absolute skip of the axis term and ORDER nearby one skip off the axis term. However it requires three more rows to show it here and I don't like to go over 1,000 letters in area for matrix, so I'll skip it for now and post it later with Figure 2. We'll also look at some of these Executive Orders then.
Biden's first name, JOSEPH, is also on the matrix in the open text. but it's found 180 times this way in Torah (which is a high frequency) so it's usually not worth much statistically. I needed something more for help in naming him. His Executive Orders, like all before him, are signed by hand with souvenir pens. The expression BY THE HAND OF JOSEPH is perfect, and it's also on the matrix against odds of about 156 to 1. The most significant a priori phrase is REICH AND TIME. Normally I would look for each term seprarately. I want REICH because I think that many in our Government are Fourth Reich, be they Democrats like Obama, Biden, Pelosi, the Clintons, Schumer, Schiff, Nadler and the "Squad,"or Republicans like McConnell and Romney (who I once reluctantly voted for him as President). I wanted TIME because whether I read THE HUNT FOR ZERO POINT by Nick Cook or Salla's wonderful book's about the Secret Space Programs of the world, I get a message that the Nazis were and our Governments today are involved with time travel. Further, whether by design or accident, our Intelligence agencies have sent me evidence that time travel is real. I'm not sure if they can just signals through time, or people. I suspect the latter but it's up to them whether or not to bring me into the full secret in exchange for my research abilities. Now, wonder of wonders, the Encoder seems to know my thoughts about this. So against odds of about 311 to 1, He encoded them together, eight letters of REICH AND TIME in sequence at the skip of DEEP STATE, BIDEN, OCCUPY (plus EXECUTIVE as will be shown near ORDER on Figure 2). Overall odds against Figure 1 are about 11,785,121 to 1.

STATISTICAL AND POLITICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 2. As with Figure 1 per my usual protocol, no statistical significance was assigned to the axis term which is again the 17th lowest ELS of DEEP STATE in wrapped Torah. Before factoring in the ELS rank of the axis term, here BIDEN is at a special case skip against odds of about 408 to 1. The same odds apply to BY THE HAND OF JOSEPH. As mentioned before, Biden is defeating the United States not so much through an army as he is by Executive Order. EXECUTIVE is also at the skip of DEEP STATE (against odds of about 41 to 1) but the word for ORDER was not so significant because it's not at a special case skip. It had about a 70% chance to be found this way, which is why I left both terms off of Figure 1. Including EXECUTIVE and ORDER won Figure 1 would have taken the matrix up from an area of 980 letters to 1,085 letters. Again, I like to keep matrix area under 1,000 letters. Figure 2 was found against odds of about 572,034 to 1.
EXAMPLES OF SPECIFIC EXECUTIVE ORDERS AND A MEMORANDUM SIGNED BY BIDEN IN JANUARY, 2021. While Biden once spoke against overuse of Executive Orders he has quickly set the record for issuing such orders, laying out major changes to how Americans will be forced to live and doing so without benefit of debate or discussion in either House of Congress or in the courts.

(a) On March 29, 2019, the President granted to TransCanada Keystone Pipeline, L.P. a Presidential permit (the “Permit”) to construct, connect, operate, and maintain pipeline facilities at the international border of the United States and Canada (the “Keystone XL pipeline”), subject to express conditions and potential revocation in the President's sole discretion. The Permit is hereby revoked in accordance with Article 1(1) of the Permit. IMPLICATIONS: Increases our need to buy oil from our enemies. The oil that would have gone from Canada to the U.S. will likely now go to China. Further, this order throws about 11,000 U.S. workers our of their jobs. The enture order was likely written by the Chinese Commnists who are working hard to destroy America. |
| Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government | For purposes of this order: (a) The order defines the term “equity” to mean the consistent and systematic fair, just, and impartial treatment of all individuals, including individuals who belong to underserved communities that have been denied such treatment, such as Black, Latino, and Indigenous and Native American persons, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other persons of color; members of religious minorities; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) persons; persons with disabilities; persons who live in rural areas; and persons otherwise adversely affected by persistent poverty or inequality. Note: the term religious minorities is not specific enough. On January 20, 1993 my security clearance was pulled and I was forced off active duty because a Commander Mike Adams complained that I had asked to switch duty days a few months before. My request was to allow me to attend synagogue on Rosh HaShana (Jewish New Years). I filed a complaint with a BCMR. During the process I was told that the Jewish religion was not an accepted minority. In 34 years of military service this was my encounter with anti-Semitism. It kept me from being promoted to Lieutenant Commander, even though I was recalled to active duty in 2003 and I stayed on active duty until my 60th birthday in 2007. The incident still affects me in that it reduced my retirement pay from that of an O-4 to O-3. Indeed, in light of the Meritorious Service Medal (see citation here) that I earned at retirement, it is highly likely that I would have made Commander (O-5) or Captain (O-6) if I had not been forced off active duty in 1993. It seems likely that by religious minority Biden means Muslim. Christian likely do not qualify as minorities, but left-leaning politicians want to treat them as OK to persecute because they often oppose abortion.

| Trump's election campaigns in 2016 and 2020 was were based on a promise to BUILD THAT WALL. Despite fearse opposition by the the House of Representatives and the need to fight and win many court battles, by the end of his first term he had built at least 452 miles. All but about 47 miles was replacement of existing outdated or dilapidated barriers. A private organization called We Build the Wall constructed about five miles. The total length of the continental border is 1,954 miles. Biden explained why he was signing a record number of Executive Orders like this to to stop further construction of the Wall. It was not based on common sense. It was simply to undo everything done by Trump. Biden has shown no inclinatation to defend the U.S. from anything or anyone except President Trump. | |
| The order states. "People of color experience systemic and structural racism in many facets of our society and are more likely to become sick and die from COVID-19. The lack of complete data, disaggregated by race and ethnicity, on COVID-19 infection, hospitalization, and mortality rates, as well as underlying health and social vulnerabilities, has further hampered efforts to ensure an equitable pandemic response. Other communities, often obscured in the data, are also disproportionately affected by COVID-19, including sexual and gender minority groups, those living with disabilities, and those living at the margins of our economy. Observed inequities in rural and Tribal communities, territories, and other geographically isolated communities require a place-based approach to data collection and the response. Despite increased State and local efforts to address these inequities, COVID-19's disparate impact on communities of color and other underserved populations remains unrelenting." IMPLICATIONS: By failing to mention the white community the order implies that all other communities, even the incarcerated, deserve extra help beyond what is given to heterosexual whites.

| Protecting the Federal Workforce
| President Trump fired his biggest broadside yet against the federal bureaucracy by issuing an executive order that would remove job security from an estimated tens of thousands of civil servants and dramatically remake the government.
The directive, stripped long-held civil service protections from employees whose work involves policymaking, allowing them to be dismissed with little cause or recourse, much like the political appointees who come and go with each administration.
My opinion: It thus was a major blow to "the Swamp" (Deep State or Fourth Reich). Biden, a flunkey of the later this cancelled this new policy in order to ensure the continuation of the old corrupt state.

| Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation | "Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports. Adults should be able to earn a living and pursue a vocation knowing that they will not be fired, demoted, or mistreated because of whom they go home to or because how they dress does not conform to sex-based stereotypes." IMPLICATIONS: Biological boys can use female restrooms and showers. Transvestites can rejoin the military. Modesty or sexual morality are now politically and legally incorrect. America is a Province of Sodom and Gomorrah. Only perverts are protected. Suck it up America - you voted for Biden (unless, of course, your vote was stolen)!

| Economic Relief Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic
| "Background. The pandemic caused by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has led to an economic crisis marked by the closure of small businesses, job loss, food and housing insecurity, and increased challenges for working families balancing jobs and caregiving responsibilities. The current economic crisis has affected Americans throughout the Nation, but it is particularly dire in communities of color. The problems are exacerbated because State and local governments are being forced to consider steep cuts to critical programs to address revenue shortfalls the pandemic has caused." Implications: Black lives matter, if you're white helping you first ain't right. We have recently had a black President - twice elected by a mostly white population. The current Vice President was chosen not for appeal (she only had a 2% support level during the primaries) but simply because she is a "female person of color." Biden promised that he would chosen such a person. We also now have a Secretary of Defense chosen because he is black. No high job has been denied to persons of color. On the other hand, we have never had a Jewish President or Vice President, which is fine for me because having one might endanger all Jews whenever he or she made a mistake. It's time to remove all racial preferences from our Government. The main reason for failure for some minorities is not discrimination. It's due to almost 3/4 of their children being born out of wedlock. While Government should encourage morality, the liberals in it (especially Biden) encourage as much immorality as possible.

| Ethics Commitments by Executive Branch Personnel | At the top of the Executive Brank is Joe Biden. His Executuve Order states, "I commit to ethical choices of post-Government employment that do not raise the appearance that I have used my Government service for private gain, including by using confidential information acquired and relationships established for the benefit of future clients." FACT: On October 4, 2020, the New York Post showed how unethical Joe Biden is when it wrote,"At considerable personal risk, former Biden family business partners Tony Bobulinski and Bevan Cooney, and computer shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac, have come forward with tens of thousands of primary-source documents — internal corporate records, emails, and text messages — detailing years of business dealings that centered on trading on the Biden name. This material suggests that, despite Joe Biden’s insistence that he knew nothing about his family’s business deals, he was well aware of his son Hunter Biden’s business ventures in China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and elsewhere. "We now know that Joe Biden met directly with his son’s Chinese business partner, Jonathan Li, in a Chinese hotel lobby on a fateful trip in 2013 (a trip that allowed Hunter to spend hours with his father, the vice president, on a transoceanic flight to Beijing aboard Air Force Two). Ten days later, Hunter landed an unprecedented $1 billion private equity deal, bankrolled by the Chinese government. "But this was not the only meeting Joe Biden had with Biden family business partners. As the New York Post reported, emails on Hunter Biden’s hard drive reveal that on April 16, 2015, Joe Biden met with a high-level official of a controversial Ukrainian energy company, Burisma, which had put Hunter on its board. And a recently unearthed photo shows that Vice President Biden met with Hunter’s Kazakh business associate in Washington, DC."

| MEMORDANDUM ON PROTECTING WOMEN'S HEALTH AT HOME AND ABROAD | It is the policy of my Administration to support women’s and girls’ sexual and reproductive health and rights in the United States, as well as globally. The Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2151b(f)(1)), prohibits nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) that receive Federal funds from using those funds “to pay for the performance of abortions as a method of family planning, or to motivate or coerce any person to practice abortions.” The August 1984 announcement by President Reagan of what has become known as the “Mexico City Policy” directed the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to expand this limitation and withhold USAID family planning funds from NGOs that use non-USAID funds to perform abortions, provide advice, counseling, or information regarding abortion, or lobby a foreign government to legalize abortion or make abortion services more easily available. These restrictions were rescinded by President Clinton in 1993, reinstated by President George W. Bush in 2001, and rescinded by President Obama in 2009. President Trump substantially expanded these restrictions by applying the policy to global health assistance provided by all executive departments and agencies (agencies). These excessive conditions on foreign and development assistance undermine the United States’ efforts to advance gender equality globally by restricting our ability to support women’s health and programs that prevent and respond to gender-based violence. (b) The Presidential Memorandum of January 23, 2017 (The Mexico City Policy), is revoked. COMMENT: This means that the U.S. will be paying for killing lots of babies in countries around the world. |
