Israeli scientists at MIGAL [The Galilee Research Institute] are close to developing the first vaccine against the (WUHAN) novel coronavirus, according to Science and Technology Minister Ofir Akunis. It could be ready within a few weeks and available in 90 days, according to a release. On Figure 1 the axis term is MIGAL VACCINE. At the same skip is TO CURE and DNA. At skip +1 is IN CHICKEN. MIGAL sequenced the DNA of the novel coronavirus causing the current worldwide outbreak. They found that the poultry coronavirus has high genetic similarity to the human one, making it easier to produce a vaccine. ISRAEL is in the open text with CHINESE overlapping it. The virus started in Wuhan, China. ISRAEL hopes to be number One in stopping this crisis. ONE is in the open text. Odds against this matrix were about 255,693 to 1.

CHINA, RUSSIA, AND THE U.S. CIA AND IRAN ARE POSSIBLE CREATORS OF THE VIRUS BUT THERE MIGHT BE A CANADIAN SOURCE OF IT.
1. CHINA. We are justified to think that the virus started in Wuhan where the Chinese have their military bio-warfare facilities. Most likely it escaped from there accidentally, or was deliberately released as a test of a way to cull the enormous population and cut air pollution. I last visited China in 2007. I took the Trans Siberian Railroad from there to Mongolia and on to Moscow. From landing in Beijing until about 10 miles from the border between China and Mongolia I couldn't see a thing - all there was was thick smog. But this virus has shut down cities and now the air is clean. I see that China wants to blame the U.S. Army for transferring the virus to Wuhan. This is improbable unless Brennan does have the ability to control our bio-warfare research.
2. RUSSIA. There are 3 or 4 countries that people often speak about when considering a plot related to engineering this virus. One is Russia. They did a lot to interfere with the 2016 U.S. Presidential election. In fact, the false accusation that President Trump was colluding with the Russians was a big factor in the failed impeachment effort. And yet, the Democrats in America, who are basically socialist in nature and (who especially in the Bernie Sanders camp) love Russia (Bernie Sanders took his honeymoon in Moscow) tried to use a hoax to paint the President as a Communist. Trump has armed America as no president before has done since World War II. Putin doesn't like it. Trump's strength is the American economy. This epidemic threatens to rip it apart, posssebly helping a Russian-loving Sanders to get elected if Joe Biden's mild dimentia worsens. RUSSIAN is on a matrix with the axis term STOCKS WENT DOWN. See Figure 4 below. I notice that on March 13, 2020 there are only 45 cases of the virus in Russia, but no deaths. By March19, 2020 Russia had 199 cases, but still no deaths. Given the fact that the border between Russia and China is 4,209.3 kilometers, these are surprisingly low numbers of cases (although it's a very hard border to cross). By comparison, Iran and China share no border, and yet in Iran there are at least 429 deaths and 10,075 confirmed cases as of March 13, 2020. On March 19, 2020 Iran had 18,407 cases and 1,284 deaths. Italy (with an old population), which also has no border with China, had 35,713 cases with 2,978 deaths on March 19, 2020.
3. THE U.S. C.I.A. AND JOHN BRENNAN. By U.S. I don't mean the Trump Administration. Rather, I mean by rogue elements appointed under the Obama Administration that are loyal to former C.I.A. Director John Brennan. See Figure 3 for how the Torah Code names this guy as a Russian spy. One of the biotech companies trying to make a vaccine is MODERNA. In October 2013, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) awarded Moderna a grant worth up to $24.6 million to research and develop its mRNA drug technology to fight infectious diseases and biological weapons. Our CIA is not trustworthy because its Director under Obama was John Brennan. Brennan voted for a Communist for president in 1976. See Wikipedia at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Brennan_(CIA_officer)#Education. Brennan and anyone he hired are security threats to the U.S. and the world. In fact, John Durham may bring criminal charges against Brennan. His character is such that he could easily back an effort to produce a lethal virus, get it released, destroy our economy and then work to get a communist elected who would seize industries in the name of the state and "the workers." Because Brennan (almost certainly) works for the Russians it follows whatever he does to spread the virus serves Russian rather than American interests.
4. IRAN. IRAN is also on Figure 3 at skip +1. On March 10, 2020 an article appeared on Foxnews.com entitled Iran's Coronavirus cover-up: Is it now the epicenter of the virus? Of note in the article are the following remarks:
According to an analysis published this week by The Atlantic, as of the beginning of March, 7.9 percent of Iranian parliament members – 23 out of 290 – had contracted the virus. State media reports that each case was contracted from the official's home province, rather than passed on to and from each other.
Those figures, if applied to Iran's population, would come to 6.4 million cases.
Could the virus have started in Iran? While the Iranian Government appears to have been putting out lies all along, the first reported case was on February 19, 2020. According to Johns Hopkins University’s Coronavirus Resource Center, by March 8, 2020 Iran had reported 6,566 COVID-19 cases, or about one in every 12,000 people in its population.
The article in The Atlantic states that, "The disease started in China, but it became finally and irrevocably uncontained in Iran. Knowing that the Iranian number is much higher than currently disclosed tells the rest of the world that the epidemic is even further along than official statistics indicate."
As evidence for disinformation they point to February 28, when Masoumeh Ebtekar, one of the country’s vice presidents, announced that she had the virus. She was a particularly sadistic member of the group that held U.S. diplomats hostage in 1979 in Tehran.
If COVID-19 is so rare—fewer than 400 cases had been reported in Iran by the day she announced her diagnosis—what are the chances that one of the afflicted would be a famous politician? Soon we learned of three other senior officials who not only contracted the virus but were killed by it: Mohammad Mirmohammadi, a member of a senior advisory council to Iran's supreme leader, and Hossein Sheikholeslam and Hadi Khosrowshahi, both former high-level diplomats. Mohammad Sadr, another member of the council, announced his infection last week, as did Ebtekar’s fellow cabinet member Reza Rahmani. Recently, the speaker of parliament said 23 of his fellow members of parliament had tested positive. Two of them, Mohammad Ali Ramezani (February 29) and Fatemeh Rehber (March 7), have died.
Ashleigh Tuite of the University of Toronto’s and others noted that, by February 23, cases of Iranian origin had surfaced in Canada, Lebanon, and the United Arab Emirates. Given the volume of air travel between Iran and these countries, their estimate of cases in Iran on February 23, 2020 was 18,300. Since the epidemic reached 100 cumulative cases, the official numbers have doubled roughly every three days. If that rate held, the estimate as of March 9, 2020 would be 586,000. How does such reasoning fit in with the Canadian Ebrahimi meteorite hypothesis? Well, first of all the article above still calls for the virus coming to Iran via China.
BAT vs. "RAT"? Now, while a main idea of how the virus spread in China involved someone eating a bat, there is in a sense a rat at the heart of the Ebrahimi-meteorite story. I refer to whoever it was that stole the sample in Sri Lanka. Was it a Chinese agent, or an Iranian one? Someone likely had to know what was coming to Sri Lanka. The virus struck first big-time in the area of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which seems to hint at a Chinese agent if foul play was indeed involved. So why do so many people have the virus in Iran? China is Iran's biggest trade partner and one of its top three arms suppliers.
Does Iran have a bio-warfare research center? It's hard to distinguish between offensive and defensive research, but if Iran is conducting offense research it is probably at the Louis Pasteur Institute, the National Research Center of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (NRCGEB) or the Razi Institute for Serum and Vaccines. During the 1980s and 1990s reports continued to emerge of Iranian procurement of BW-suitable technology and materials—fungus strains from Canada and elsewhere.
5. CANADA. As I discuss in my article about the Ebrahimi meteorite, it's possible that this virus first arrived at Sooke, Canada and made its way via Victoria and from there by ferry to Seattle and perhaps by container ship from Seattle on to Wuhan. As of this update (March 13, 2020) the virus has killed 19 people at a nursing home in Seattle's Kirkland suburb. Business Insider on this date said that of 38 deaths in the U.S. thirty were in Washington State. While I don't think the Army has played any role in developing this virus, it's certain that they know of the Ebrahimi question. As of 9:15 pm on 3/12/2020 I see at least between 3 and 7 IPs that are DoD on the Ebrahimi article and at least another 31 DoD readers on this page. Many readers who come up as Level 3 Communications are also working for DoD. That's at least another 12 readers. My point is that these people by now should have asked the Canadians to test Ebrahimi for the Wuhan virus and any other extraordinary biological activity. If they have done so, great. If they haven't then they do deserve some of the criticism coming their way. I don't know if Craig was tested. His symptoms (temporary loss of all hair) don't match the usual Wuhan virus symptoms, but he ate some of the sample and he is under a hundred miles from where most American deaths have occurred. Science is about ruling out possibilities. DoD and the Canadians should investigate Ebrahimi and rule out the possibility of him contracting anything biologically harmful or contageous from his unusual mehad n iteorite finds.
On the issue of blame, if this disease turns out to be traceable to the Ebrahimi meteorite in Canada China is still to blame for the pandemic. Why? Because Craig had no idea of what he was up against. He temporarily lost all his hair but there were no doctors who were able to diagnose what specifically caused it. Once the virus arrived in China they saw the initial cases of pneumonia. Doctors tried to put out alarms, but they were arrested or politically intimidated. The first doctor to warn us about it died from it. What happened in Canada was likely an accident unless ET guided to the sites where the meteorites were found (he did mention hearing "voices). But what happened in China was deliberate on the part of the Chinese Communist Government.

FIGURE 3 - At the epicenter of U.S. security problems is likely to be John Brennan. He might be involved with the coronavirus but it will take more than a Torah Code matrix to convict him. Hopefully John Durham's investigation of Brennan will lead to criminal charges.
STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 3.
On March 2, 2020 John Brennan endorsed Joe Biden for President. As I keep saying, Brennan is a Russian spy who Obama appointed to head our CIA. Is this statement backed by the Torah Code? You betcha. On Figure 3 in the area with a white background - just 6 columns by the 7 rows (42 letters) needed to show the axis term JOHN BRENNAN (at ELS rank 3) - we find SPY (spies) in the open text crossing and sharing a letter gimel with JOHN BRENNAN. Further, RUSSIAN is also found sharing a letter vav with JOHN BRENNAN and a letter resh with RUSSIAN. Odds against this match were about 147,773 to 1.
On the full Figure 3 no value was assigned to YOU SHALL BE SMITTEN BEFORE YOUR ENEMIES because I didn't seek the phrase in an a priori manner. However it was found on the line under PLAGUE in the open text and touching all of that critical word. Three synonyms were sought for PLAGUE, with this one pertaining to leprosy and found in the open text against odds of about 3.5 to 1. The most significant a priori word on the full matrix is IRAN. It was found at skip +1 against odds of about 157 to 1. Brennan was all in favor of the Iran nuclear accord. Iran is now a major hot spot for coronavirus infections and deaths. As likely one of the greatest traitors in world history it's possible that he played a role in getting this virus to Iran as a biological weapon that needs further perfection, and it was mishandled, but I have no evidence for this hypothesis beyond the Code. All I can say about Brennan is that he seems determined to destroy the USA by any and all means possible.
IN CHINA is seen at the same skip as JOHN BRENNAN. It's at a special case skip (+/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term) against odds of about 105 to 1, but I couldn't show Wuhan without expanding the matrix too much. While RUSSIAN was quite significant on the 42-letter with a white background, when the full 969-letter matrix was viewed, there is about an 81.8% chance to find it somewhere so long as it's not at a special case skip.
Brennan knows that Biden confuses his wife (Mrs. Biden) with his sister, that he says he is running for that senate rather than for the presidency, that he thinks guns killed half our population in recent years, etc. etc. etc. Brennan must know that Biden is suffering from some form of dementia. His endorsement (and that of James Comey too) are probably aimed at being appointed to a position or positions in the Biden Administration where he (or they) can control the senile president. But, waiting in the wings is Michelle Obama. If Joe has a total breakdown between now and November Brennan's Democrat/Communist party can always prevail upon Michelle to accept a draft. Meanwhile, Trump is a hard guy to beat because of the economy, but Brennan knows that a global pandemic can severely threaten to break that Trump card. As I write this it was just announced that Italy will lock down 16,000,000 of its people. China had locked down over 50,000,000 of its people over this plague. People in Seattle are already being asked to work from. That might work for computer geeks, but not for blue collar workers. Frankly, Brennan would be delighted by the chance to start a depression here before the election.
The full Figure 3 was found against odds of about 1,083,685 to 1. If the Wuhan virus was created in America it's a good bet that Brennan played a major role in it.
FIGURE 4 - Is it possible that the Wuhan virus was constructed by any military other than the Chinese? As is apparent every time that Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer speak, there are plenty of evil people in the world. Rather than taling about a mutual, non-political effort to defeat the virus. Pelosi said: "This is shameful. He puts forth a proposal now that is meager, anemic in terms of addressing this. Ebola, we did $5bn. And now they're trying to take the Ebola money and spend it here.” In response, Trump said he would be happy to take whatever other money she wants to send to the effort. Schumer's intial response was, ""We've seen no sign that President Trump has any plan or urgency to deal with the spread of the coronavirus -- we need real leadership and we need it fast." Trump laid out his plans at an hour press conference later in the day on February 26, 2020.
Besides China, at least two counties are capable of producing such a weapon - Russia and the USA. On Figure 4, as is shown on its spreadsheet below, RUSSIAN is the most significant a priori term found in conjunction with the axis term WUHAN CHINA. It was found at a special case skip (+/-1 or the skip of the axis term) against odds of about 76 to 1. USA is only at skip -2. If deliberately encoded there it probably means that the USA is mentioned because that is the site where STOCKS WENT DOWN rather than who (if anyone) may have built the virus although there is the issue of John Brennan addressed above in Figure 3.
The matter of clearing the Russians is not so easy. The South China Morning Post (in Hong Kong) reports that:
Thousands of Russian-linked social media accounts have launched a coordinated effort to spread alarm about the new coronavirus, disrupting global efforts to fight the epidemic, US officials say.
The disinformation campaign promotes unfounded conspiracy theories that the United States is behind the Covid-19 outbreak, in an apparent bid to damage the US image around the world by seizing on health concerns.
US State Department officials tasked with combating Russian disinformation said that false personas are being used on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to advance Russian talking points in multiple languages.
“Russia’s intent is to sow discord and undermine US institutions and alliances from within, including through covert and coercive malign influence campaigns,” said Philip Reeker, the acting Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia.

OTHER COMPANIES WHO ARE TRYING TO DEVELOP A VACCINE
The 9-letter Figure 1 axis term with MIGAL in sequence with VACCINE is an excellent find that's matched by a priori key words that match MIGAL's efforts to produce a cure based on similarities in poultry coronaviruses and that infecting people. But MIGAL is not alone in the race to develop the first vaccine for the Wuhan/COVID-19 coronavirus. This part of this article will be where I place Codes information obtained about a number of companies conducting parallel research for both testing and vaccines. It will not be complete for a long time because I have not yet convinced DoD's Fort Huachuca and other relevant agencies/companies here all the time (like Level 3 Communications who have offices a minutes from my home) to fund Project Creator Decoder. There are many companies to evaluate. Although sometimes (as with JOHN BRENNAN as an axis term on Figure 3) seven letters with a low ELS rank can work well as an axis term, to reveal effective information it's best to use an 8 or more letters as an axis term. When a company name like MIGAL has 5 or less letters the axis term must have a meaningful term like VACCINE (4 letters in Hebrew) or WUHAN (5 letters) in sequence with it. To conduct such searches manually is not efficient. Project Creator Decoder would merge Artificial Intelligence with CodeFinder software to greatly speed up and increase the reliability of findings that may help us to substantially meet or defeat threats.
On March 4, 2020 Market Watch had a headline that read Inovia shares rally after biotech says human trials of coronavirus will start in April. It went on to say, "Other vaccine makers, including Gilead, Moderna, AIM ImmunoTech and Vir Biotechnology move higher." As the research for this article continues I'll try to find these additional companies and compare how strongly they are encoded with Vaccine or Wuhan. One such matrix was found on March 15, 2020 and is shown below as Figure 5.

On March 13, 2020 Roche received a green light from the FDA for emergency use of its high-volume coronavirus diagnostic, the first commercially developed test to do so. The agency said it approved the test within 24 hours of receiving the application.
The fully automated test is expected to substantially boost testing capacity in the U.S. in the coming days. Previously, the FDA authorized preapproved but validated testing for the novel coronavirus at specific, certified “high complexity” laboratories.
Now, this latest Emergency Use Authorization enables clinicians to run the Roche test on the company’s cobas 6800/8800 molecular testing systems, widely available at hospitals and labs throughout the country. It is also available in European countries accepting the CE mark.
At 1,725 letters in area Figure 5 is larger than matrices that I normally publish. Why the exception here? Answer: Leviticus 13:4 (which goes through the axis term) and the preceding verse deal with how to diagnose a plague (leprosy) and cover topic likes quarantine and shutting own. Because I want to show pretty an entire open text verse the 75-column matrix is wider than I normally permit. A translation of Leviticus 13:4 is as follows:
“But if the affected area of the skin is only a white discoloration and does not appear to be more than skin-deep, and if the hair on the spot has not turned white, the priest will quarantine the person for seven days.
It is important to realize that that "priest" is the man who basically serves as the doctor or scientific expert. Much of the Torah reads like a medical textbook. When it does we see the priest in action.
VIRUS is at the same absolute skips as ROCHE FOR/TO WUHAN. There are often an argument about whether it is racist to say that this virus is Chinese. The last letter of VIRUS is the first letter of CHINESE (which has the same spelling as SINAI. In the open text PLAGUE is 3 letters left of VIRUS.

As my regular readers know, my working research is posted as it is being done. What follows below should be thought of as my working notes.
NOTES FOR ONGOING RESEARCH. Figure 1 only took 9 letters to have MIGAL encoded in sequence with VACCINE. I found GILEAD (gimmel yud lamed yud alef dalet in a 30-letter, 5 column, 6 row matrix) at skip +108,740 with VACCINE (tav alef caf yud bet) at skip -1. The most impressive matches of GILEAD with WUHAN are summed up in Table 1 below. The best matches of MODERNA with WUHAN are shown on Table 2. The many matches may hint at the fact that many companies will be involved in manufacturing the vaccine because the whole world seems to need it.
