NATIONAL EMERGENCY, OUR SOUTHERN BORDER AND THE WALL

       On Figure 1 the axis term is a 10-letter term meaning NATIONAL EMERGENCY. In the smaller 418-letter area matrix with a white background are BORDER FROM THE SOUTH (open text) and WALL (at skip -1).  Odds against these matches were about 1,451 to 1. On the full 1,056-letter matrix at skip +1 is TO BUILD. At skip -1 is USA. There is an ELS of GOVERNMENT that shares a letter mem with NATIONAL EMERGENCY. Other terms (not at a special case skip) are ARMY/MILITARY, BUDGETING, CRISIS and IMMIGRATION. Odds against the full matrix were about 16,578,146 to 1.

       On January 7, 2019 President Trump issued the threat of declaring a national emergency in order fund the wall. He didn't mention it in his televised speech on the next day, but it was clear that neither Pelosi nor Schumer were prepared to reach a compromise. If he issues a National Emergency the Democrats will likely try to block him in the 9th Circuit Court. Their order will likely need to be overturned by a higher court. Meanwhile about 800,000 people may have to do without pay.

         The real question here isn't whether the wall is needed for U.S. security. Leading Democrats the Clintons, Obama and Schumer who oppose it now voted for fencing before Trump became President. The issue is that the Left has a single issue: politically castrating or removing the President from office. The hatred between Right and Left has risen to the level of division that exists between Palestinians and Israelis, and is in fact fueled by rampant anti-Semitism on the Left which includes no shortage of self-hating Jews like Chuck Schumer. Schumer is a snake and it's important to understand how devious he can be. For instance, when he had to vote for or against the Iran Nuclear accord a few months before becoming the Senate Minority leader, he did a vote count. He knew that 60 votes were required to overcome a filibuster. When he saw that if he would vote against the Accord, the Republicans would still lose by a by a vote of 58 to 42, he voted against the Accord in order to please his Jewish constituency in New York. The full measure thus never came to the floor for a vote, and Obama sent Iran $150 billion plus another $1.7 billion in cash. If Schumer knew that his vote would have taken the Republican vote total to 60, he would have voted with the Democrats.

       Bypassing Congress gets my knee-jerk approval although I know that as a retired Coast Guard officer I might not get my retirement check at the end of the month. But I'd rather wait a year to get my pay than see Trump lose on the wall issue. Still, it's pretty obvious that Democrats will try to fight this right up through the Supreme Court (at a time that Justice Ginsburg appears to be in failing health). As I have written about before, we shouldn't overlook the fact that our country could be headed for a civil war unless politicians on both sides can cool it and learn how to be civil (something that Hillary Clinton has spoken against). While I see plenty of signs that the Republicans are willing to make generous concessions, there aren't yet any signs that the Left is also ready for a deal. Again, the situation is not unlike the divisions between Israelis and Palestinians. Why? Most Israelis would support a two-state solution. But Hamas rules 2,000,000 Palestinians and they are only ready to accept a deal that allows Israelis to choose how Hamas gets to slaughter them. There is thus no party ready to make peace with Israel. Likewise, there is no party on the Democrat side of Congress willing to cut a deal with President Trump.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 1. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here the second lowest ELS found for NATIONAL EMERGENCY in (wrapped) Torah. The most significant a priori term seen is SOUTHERN BORDER in the open text. Before factoring in ELS rank 2 of the axis term it was found against odds of about 365 to 1 on the same matrix with a white background, or 144.8 to 1 on the full matrix. WALL was found on the small matrix at a special case skip (+/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term) against odds of about 7.95 to 1. It's on the full matrix this way against odds of about 3.47 to 1. Without considering the 10-letter axis term (discussed under R Values below) the small matrix was found against odds of about 1,451 to 1.     

       Moving on to the full matrix, TO BUILD is at skip+1 against odds of about 26.7 to 1. It takes 75 letters to show TO BUILD and WALL. The issue of how to fund the wall has led to the current partial government shut down. I sought budget, to budget and BUDGETING. Of the three, the latter term was at an ELS against odds of about 16.5 to 1. Our (dysfunctiona) GOVERNMENT was not statistically significant, even though it shared a letter mem with NATIONAL EMERGENCY. It essentially had about a 100% chance to be somewhere in the matrix. This figure only drops to about an 86% chance if we just look at 437 letters needed to show GOVERNMENT with NATIONAL EMERGENCY. Since the crisis on our southern border is about unrestricted immigration (which is tantamount to loss of our sovereignty) I looked for IMMIGRATION and found it against odds of about 11.6 to 1. USA at skip -1 was an important find because the President's name is not on the matrix and there was a need to show which country is meant for the prediction (of course, the open text was about Israel's southern border). USA is at a special case skip against odds of about 10.8 to 1. ARMY/MILITARY had about an 84% chance to be there. After dividing combined odds by 2 to account for ELS rank 2 of the axis term, odds against the full matrix were about 16,578,146 to 1.

R VALUES. I generally don't use Rotenberg R-values unless I'm dealing with a 10-letter axis term (or in a few cases with a 9-letter axis term that contains relatively rare Hebrew letters like tet, samech. gimel or zayin). R-values are available on Code Finder reports, but I always edit them out because I disagree with how they are used by that program. Normally I assign no value to an axis term that is 8 letters or less in length, and the higher the ELS rank of an axis term, the more I penalize the combined odds of a matrix. Here p is the probability that the characters of an ELS will match the characters of a text in a random placement. N is the number of placements of an ELS of the given skip. An R value is defined as 1/E where E = pN. E is the expected number of times that in a random letter permuted text a random placement of an ELS with absolute skip less than the absolute skip of the ELS found in the Torah text, will match the characters of the Torah text in the placement.        Now, let's simplify all this a bit and apply it to Figure 1. If you're wondering about how likely the axis term was to be found in wrapped Torah, the answer is that this phrase occurs twice times at an ELS, but the one shown on Figure 1 is at the higher skip. It has an R value of 0.484 which means that based on letter frequency there is about a 32.8% chance to find it (Note: to change R value, found on the Code Finder report [in this case 0.484], to percent chance to find it, enter .484 into a scientific calculator like the TI30XA, hit second function, LOG, then 1/x and multiple by 100). As noted above, I normally consider including the R value in a calculation when the axis term is 10 letters or longer. Indeed here it is 10 letters. Thus although I reported above that the odds against finding BORDER FROM THE SOUTH and WALL with NATIONAL EMERGENCY were about 1,451 to 1, that statistics assumes no value assigned to the axis term. In fact, if we include the implication of the R value for NATIONAL EMERGENCY then the real odds against finding the 418-letter matrix are altered to about 4,422 to 1. Likewise the odds against the full matrix go from about 16,578,146 to 1 up to about 50,528448 to 1. Note: CRISIS was left off the spreadsheet, but this word had a 99.2% chance to be on the large matrix so it doesn't appreciably change the odds.

       The fact that there is another ELS of NATIONAL EMERGENCY means that there may be more information encoded about this subject.  Figure 2 below is based on an axis term of STATE OF EMERGENCY.

FIGURE 2 AND ITS STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE. Again, as per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here the second lowest ELS found for STATE OF EMERGENCY in (wrapped) Torah. As the spreadsheet below indicates there was one important word - BORDER - which is only visible if we expand the matrix from 672 letters up to 961 letters. On the expansion it was the most significant term - occurring against odds of about 10 to 1, but the combined value of the other terms dropped enough to say that the expansion was not justified. So our analysis is only for the 672 letters with a white background. On this matrix the most significant term is PELOSI. This inflexible lady who was most responsible for causing the government shutdown was found against odds of about 21 to 1.

       The second most significant term is WAR. It was found in the open text against odds of about 13.1 to 1. Pelosi and Schumer seem to be perfectly willing to move this nation toward a civil war that I wrote about before on December 13, 2018, but Pelosi - who spoke first after President Trump gave his Oval Office Address - plays a greater role because she is Speaker of the House, second in the line of succession. Schumer is only the minority leader of the Senate. If the President has to declare a National Emergency or State of Emergency, Pelosi will be the primary cause. Schumer is not the Senate Majority leader, but even if he were I was shocked to learn that he would NOT be in the line of succession at all! Rather, the man who is in the Senate who bears that honor is the (Republican) President pro tempore who is as of January 3, 2019 Senator Charles (Chuck) Grassley. After WAR, in decreasing order of significance the terms found on Figure 2 were PRESIDENT, WALL, ESTABLISHMENT, MITCH, CRISIS and SCHUMER. Combined odds against the matrix were about 25,354 to 1. It was this not as significant as Figure 1, but the proper term for what the President should declare is NATIONAL EMERGENCY rather than STATE OF EMERGENCY.

       Before you examine the spreadsheet for Figure 2, please allow me to point out that not every member of the corrupt, anti-American Establishment is a Democrat. While Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell should be commended for the role he played in keeping the nomination of Merrrick Garland from reaching the Senate Floor, in a sense he also bares major responsibility for the current Government shutdown and for likely forcing the President into an uncertain court battle to stop enforcement of a National Emergency that would allow the military to build the wall. I looked hard for McConnell's (last) name to appear in Figures 1 and 2 but could not find it. But when I looked for his first name, MITCH, I not only found it on Figure 2, but I actually found that it was contained in the axis term STATE OF EMERGENCY! Why is he in reality part of the Establishment that is at the heart of the problem? Because in December 2018 after Pelosi on live TV told President Trump that he could not get the then Republican House to pass a budget with $5,000,000,000 for a border wall, Trump proved her wrong and they passed it.

       At that time the Republicans could have passed a similar bill in the Senate with the Vice President casting a tie-breaking vote IF McConnell would have passed a bill to use the so-called nuclear option. Without such action, the Democrats could filibuster and block it. Without the nuclear option it takes 60 votes to pass anything in the Senate. McConnell had used the nuclear option earlier in the year to confirm Judge Kavanaugh. But MITCH refused. If 800,000 Federal workers go without a pay check starting on January 11, 2019, they can all thank Senator McConnell. 

       The spreadsheet below shows that there was about an 86.6% chance to find MITCH somewhere on the 672-letter matrix with a white background.  On the full 961-letter matrix those odds increase to over 94%. However, to show STATE OF EMERGENCY and MITCH requires only the 8 letters of STATE OF EMERGENCY.

      As I mention in my article entitled Talmud and Choosing Names, in a discussion of names and prophecy, the Talmud (Gemara for Berachos 7b) indicates that God inspires parents to select a name that has significance unbeknown to the parent.  Many years later, the aptness of the name becomes apparent to all. Finding MITCH here at an ELS inside the axis term is an example of what is meant in the Talmud.
