WILL NEW CALIFORNIA BECOME THE 51ST STATE?

FIGURE 1. Those in people in California who are sane have had enough with the extreme liberal lunatics who govern their state and who constantly show disloyalty to the United States. On January 15, 2018 they took the first step required to withdraw the geographic majority of California from the cities of coastal California that have long ensured that the Democratic Party owns all 55 electoral votes in presidential elections. This article will examine what is encoded in conjunction with their cause to create a new state called NEW CALIFORNIA and will look at the consequences of success or failure of the movement. On Figure 1 the axis term is a transliteration of CALIFORNIA. At the same skip are the words NEW and LIBERAL. A transliteration of PELOSI is on the matrix, but not at a special case skip (+/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term).
Figure 1 above: Nobody deserves the division of California more than Nancy Pelosi. As the spreadsheet below shows, this matrix was found against odds of about 1,701 to 1, but I will post one in the next day that should be more significant.
FIGURE 2. On Figure 2 the axis term is the same transliteration of CALIFORNIA shown on Figure 1, but at a higher skip. At the same skip (+111,348) are the words NEW and APPROVED. The matrix has an area of 855 letters. I did find an ELS of REJECTED at skip -111,348, but I had to increase the matrix to an area of 1,431 letters to show it with what is shown above, or drop off the APPROVED term and the phrase FROM GATE TO GATE, and use an area of 1,053 letters. A smaller area always trumps larger a area in cases like this because the larger area the higher the probability that we can find at an ELS any four-letter word desired. While the phrase FROM GATE TO GATE is of interest because it immediately called to mind a great symbol of the State of California - the Golden Gate Bridge, it was found a posteriori so it is not included in the calculation for statistical significance. To count the term for calculation purposes I must name it before conducting the experiment. Here the term was noticed only after I looked at the original matrix. However, open text phrases like this are still of interest to military planners who study my work (and there are many of them with some on line as I write this section now). There is another term here of great interest to contingency planners and it follows FROM GATE TO GATE in the same verse: EVERY MAN SLAY HIS BROTHER.
When I wrote contingency plans, one of them had the name Garden Plot. It was a Civil Disturbance Plan. The same name was used among all the military services of the U.S., though I see now that the parent plan goes by names like The US Civil Disturbance Plan 55-2 Operation Garden Plot/Conplan 3502. There are other numbers associated with the plan. All versions that I worked with were Unclassified but For Official Use Only. There were Confidential plans that were downgraded to Unclassified, and I have heard about a higher classified version (Top Secret) but I never saw it and this cannot confirm that it exits. However, the phrase EVERY MAN SLAY HIS BROTHER suggests what seems obvious - that a push to break apart California is a recipe for violent civil disturbances, if not an open civil war or revolution war. I.e., given the potential for such fighting, if a specific plan to address such a crisis in California does not exist, there is a need to commission the requirement to write such a plan quickly.
The most significant a priori terms on Figure 2 were COME OUT OF and PARTITIONED. COME OUT OF was of interest because I wanted to see if a new state would come out of California or if California would come out of the United States. The word was found against odds of about 49 to 1, while PARTITIONED was found against odds of about 17 to 1. The odds against find NEW at special case skip were about 3.26 to 1, but this includes the high frequency word (pronounced chodesh) at skip +1 (open text) where it generally means month rather than new (pronounced chadesh). So here, I'd rather see the word as it's shown, at the same skip as CALIFORNIA.
The word for REBELLION was found at a special cases skip (+1) against odds of about 7.69 to 1, but a caveat is needed here. The two letters immediately before (lamed alef) mean NO. However I don't think that the correct interpretation is necessarily NO REBELLION. Why? The first 4 letters of the 5 highlighted letters mean SPEAK. They occur at skip +1 some 309 times in Torah whereas the 3-letter word for REBELLION occurs only 48 times at skip +1. While it's true that there will probably not be a violent rebellion in California that will break the state apart in two (to as many as 6) parts, contingency planners are paid to prepare for all realistic contingencies. President Obama so perverted the values of many Americas in places like California, and the pothead, gay crowd out there so hates President Trump, that it is indeed possible that the right and left will go to war against each other. There is a real need to be ready for such a fight.
Figure 2 was found against combined odds of about 32,678 to 1. It is thus more significant than Figure 1, but both matrices need to be considered together.
