FALLEN AMERICA 1 - WHO IS BEHIND ITS DEMISE?

America has fallen. Obama has eviscerated our military, freed terrorists in exchange for a traitor, sold out Israel, and paved the way for Iranian nukes to destroy us. The Republicans have done nothing to stop it, which is why so many of us want an "outsider" to take over the White House. But who's really calling the shots? One man discussed in this article thinks it's Zionists, but clearly they lost in the effort to keep Iran from going nuclear. More, on that vote, The Jerusalem Post says that 19 out of 28 Jews in Congress voted against Israel. They thus fulfilled Zechariah 12:2-3 about Jews (Judah) turning against Jerusalem:

Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of staggering unto all the peoples about, and upon Judah also shall it fall to be in the siege against Jerusalem. And it shall come to pass that in that day, that I will make Jerusalem a stone of burden for all the peoples; all that burden themselves with it shall be sore wounded and all the nations of the earth shall be gathered against it. 

Zechariah 12:9 goes on to say, "and it shall come to pass in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem."  The Figure 1 axis term is AMERICA FALLEN. I had expected to see Obama strongly encoded with it as well as NETANYAHU, ISRAEL and IRAN; but Obama was out and instead I found another suspicion backed - the idea that aliens are playing a role in our demise. This article will link my research about NASA's Martian Weather data problems to what I personally know about UFOs.  Finally it will tie it all to informed speculation as to why treason rules in Washington. As is demonstrated on Figure 5, this article is written with the knowledge that the NSA is reading it and is directed at them with the hope that they can be convinced to actually stand for National Security rather than just the security of those who are behind massive coverups.

Discussion of Figure 1. More and more I hear television talk shows and my neighbors discuss a single baffling question. Why has our Government betrayed us? They are dumfounded by the fact that the Senate gave away its power to approve treaties. How could it swap its ability to approve a treaty with Iran, something that would require 67 votes to approve for the requirement to have 67 votes to defeat the deal? How could they so weaken themselves as to not even have the power to bring the deal forward to a vote? How could they hand the right to filibuster the deal over to Harry Reid? How could Republicans also require the House of Representatives to have 270 Congressmen to reject the deal when they only had 244 Republicans in Congress and all Democrats were determined the support the President and screw Israel and America except for only meaningless symbolic votes after the damage had been done? Normally the House of Representatives has no say at all on a treaty. But the Republicans allowed Nancy Pelosi, who rose to turn her back on Netanyahu when he spoke before a Joint Session of Congress, to have the power to screw Netanyahu and Israel.

     As noted above, when I sought the 10-letter long axis term on Figure 1, AMERICA FALLEN at its only ELS in wrapped Torah, I expected to see Iran or Obama at special case skips. I found both words, but not at special case skips (only IRAN is shown). However what I found was bizarre.  It was at the focus of a call I made to CDR C.B. Scott Jones, U.S. Navy (retired) a week earlier. What I found was an indiction that UFOs may have played a role in the vote.

       Here I need to say a few words about Scott. I first heard from him after I appeared on a History Channel show entitled Bible Code II, Apocalypse and Beyond in 2004.  From 2:59 to 3:50 of Part 3 I discuss ideas about who wrote the Code. My belief is that it's God, but I mention that Michael Drosnin's book forwarded the idea of alien's or a time traveler from the future. Scott contacted me about the Code after seeing that, and he invited me to his home in Kerrville, Texas to discuss it and what he claimed to know about UFOs.

     I took him up on the offer because of his incredible resume’. Skipping over what he does now, here a few highlights of Commander Jones' career:

• He was Special Assistant to Senator Claiborne Pell (head of Senate Foreign Relations Committee) from January 1985 until March 1991. 

• In post-navy careers he has taught at the university level and worked in the private sector research and development community involved in U.S. government sponsored projects for the Defense Nuclear Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, and other organizations.

• Earlier CDR/Dr. Jones was involved in intelligence collection and provided intelligence support to defense attachés throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. Later at the Naval Scientific and Technical Intelligence Center he was Head of the Missiles, Ordnance, and Astronautics Division. During this period he was Chairman of the Naval Missile Group which supported the Guided Missile and Astronautic Intelligence Committee. As Chief of the Navy’s Intelligence Anti-Ship Missile Task Force, he was a briefer to the President’s Scientific Advisory Committee, and testified before House and Senate committees and sub-committees of the Armed Services on technical naval intelligence.

• He was central to a major two-year program funded by Laurence Rockefeller that began with meetings in the Clinton White House to encourage the administration to review the policy it inherited from previous administrations concerning secrecy about extraterrestrial contact with earth, and change the policy to more openness. Clinton discovered that he wasn't cleared for that program. Work with Rockefeller was completed with an international conference, When Cosmic Cultures Meet, in Washington, D.C. in May 1995. It assessed implications, preparations and responses for the time when it is clear that higher intelligences from cosmic cultures are meeting.

       The questions that I called Scott for opinions about when it became clear that the Senate did not have the votes needed to overturn a veto by Obama on a motion to disapprove the Iran nuke deal were:

(1) Were our leaders operating under an assumption that in view of the alleged shutting down of our ICBMs at Malstrom Air Force Base by UFOs that passed over the base on March 16, 1967, aliens would protect Israel from Iran?

(2) Have the leaders of our Government been abducted by aliens and implanted with mind control devices?

      Before giving you his answers, please keep on mind that in his official capacity for Senator Pell, and on the topic of UFOs, Scott claims to have met with Chinese and Russian Government officials in China and Russia. You should also know that Scott claims to have been abducted by aliens throughout his life. Further, he claims to be in contact with them now. Now, I cannot say that I believe him, but I can say that given his background, I'm always curious about how he will answer such questions. In this case Scott asserted that:

(1) Under no circumstances would the aliens permit either Israel or Iran to attack each other with nuclear weapons – not necessarily because they were here to help us, but because it was against their interests here and in orbit above us.

(2) He was not sure about whether our leaders had or had not been abducted although he thought it was quite possible.

RETURNING TO FIGURE 1 AND ITS STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE: The most significant term is THE FALLEN (THE NEPHIM). This phrase in the open text echos the second word in AMERICA FALLEN. There was only one chance in 333 for (with) ALIENS to be somewhere on the 459-letter matrix at skip +1.   There was also only one chance in 333 for THE FALLEN (THE NEPHIM) at skip +1 to be somewhere on the matrix at skip +1. However if we ask what the chance was to have THE FALLEN cross FALLEN in 70 letters (10 rows * 7 columns) its one chance in 2,177. Figure 1 also offers us UFO at the same absolute skip as AMERICA FALLEN. UFO is at a special case skip (+/- 1  or the absolute skip of the axis term) against odds of about 5 to 1.

        There are two terms on Figure 1 that relate to a more natural explanation of why America has fallen. One is very much to be expected because the Torah is a book about ISRAEL. There was a 58.9% chance that Israel would be somewhere on the 459-letter matrix, although it it quite close to AMERICA FALLEN. The odds against it being in a 50-letter box where it touches Israel were about 10.8 to 1. Of more interest is that NETANAHU is at skip +1 on the matrix. He appeared this way against odds of about 42 to 1, but his name did not directly cross the axis term. So, at best, I think his name signifies the time that America would fall (i.e., during the reign of Netanyahu).  The combined odds against the entire matrix are 301,317,605 which is extremely significant. If we break that down to the alien issue and compare it with the Israeli/Netanyahu issue, without any significance being given to the axis term, the combined odds against THE FALLEN (THE NEPHIM), UFO and with ALIENS were about 1,196,776 to 1.

       The combined odds against ISRAEL and NETANAHU were only about 71.3 to 1. Therefore, in interpreting this matrix I find that the alien line of intepretation is 16,785 times greater than the Israeli interpretation. America has not fallen because of Israel. In fact, one of the reasons that Netanyahu tried so hard to stop the deal is that the letter I in the ICBMs that this deal gives to Iran stands for Intercontinental. These ballistic missile are meant to destroy New York, Washington and other major American cities. This is what Iranian leaders mean when the shout DEATH TO AMERICA. Israel is not just trying to save itself. It's trying to save America. However, when Iran accuses America of being the Great Satan, it's not far from the truth. America is led by the Great Satan, Obama, and his obedient minyons in the Democratic Party.

FIGURE 2 – CLARK MCCLELLAND. Clark was a Space Craft Operator at the Kennedy Space Center. He worked at the Space Center for over three decades until he broke some rules related to UFOs. He once informed me that he tried to drive into Area 51. I’m not sure if it was that event or another that led to his termination, but the drawing on Figure 2 is from his web site. It shows what he purports to have seen on a Department of Defense (DoD) TV monitor, a tall alien entity and two human astronauts in the cargo bay of a Space Shuttle on a DoD mission sometime around 1991. There is a question about the nature of the ET (assuming that it was an alien). Specifically, was it related to the Nephilim, or is it something else? We don’t have a photo, we can’t see its face, and all we have is Clark’s word. If you read my article about Clark you will find that we were once friends, but I found that while working at the Space Center with former Nazis like Wernher von Braun, Clark’s mind was poisoned by anti-Semitism. He blames all his health problems, poverty and publishing problems on Zionists (which he refers to a “Z”). Given some of things he says I would normally not mention him at all. So why do I include him here? Because his claim to have often been the last person seen on Earth by our astronauts has been substantiated by lunar astronaut Edgar Mitchell, and by a top Apollo/ Saturn V official that I spoke to with Clark at a museum in Titusville, Florida when I watched a space shuttle launch from there. He witnessed ever single manned launch from here in Cape Canaveral, and he has the autographed photos from just about all the astronauts to prove it. Clark's mind may have been affected by great pain in recent years, but if (emphasis on IF) he really witnessed what is shown on Figure 2, then what he saw was collaboration between the U.S. Government and alien entities. Clark lost his retirement when he was disciplined. Also lost are his military records and all university records (supposedly due to fire). He gets by on Social Security, selling souvenirs from our space program, his writings and donations.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 2. No significance is assigned to the axis term CLARK MCCLELLAND. He is crossed in the open text by ALIEN GODS. Odds against ALIENS or ALIEN GODS being anywhere on the 640-letter matrix were about 37 to 1. Clark claims to have witnessed not just an alien in the Shuttle cargo bay but also an alien spacecraft flying behind and in formation with the Shuttle. The term TO WITNESS is in the open text against odds of about 28.5 to 1. UFO is at a special case skip against odds of about 3.2 to 1. NASA was not significant. The  combined a priori  terms appeared against odds of about 3,522 to 1.

FIGURE 3 - GARY MCKINNON - the computer hacker who substantiated Clark's claim that there are Extraterrestrial astronauts. Wikipedia states that "Gary McKinnon (born 10 February 1966) is a Scottish systems administrator and hacker who was accused in 2002 of perpetrating the 'biggest military computer hack of all time,' although McKinnon himself – who has a diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome – states that he was merely looking for evidence of free energy suppression and a cover-up of UFO activity and other technologies potentially useful to the public. On 16 October 2012, after a series of legal proceedings in Britain, Home Secretary Theresa May withdrew his extradition order to the United States." On the matrix below the axis term is GARY MCKINNON. At the same absolute skip are NASA, TRUTH, VALIDATE (an extension of TRUTH), and THE ALIEN. At skip -1 is UFO. At skip +2 crossing GARY MCKINNON is COMPUTER.

       You can hear an interview of Gary McKinnon here. A press conference between with President Obama and United Kingdom Prime Minister David Cameron with their discussion of McKinnon is HERE. The U.S. was so concerned about what McKinnon had found at NASA and other Government websites that it wanted McKinnon in prison for up to 70 years. McKinnon mentions that he saw a list of a few dozen extraterrestrial astronauts. Clark claims he saw one of them on a classified NASA TV monitor showing a space shuttle in orbit. Im not sure of the source of Clark's claim about extraterrestrial astronaut lists, but I met him after McKinnon's story was in the press, so he might just have been repeating what he heard about McKinnon's legal problems. 

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 3.  See my original article about McKinnon here. With no statistical value assigned to the axis term GARY MCKINNON, if we consider the full matrix with a priori words NASA, TRUTH,  and THE ALIEN at the absolute  skip of the axis term, plus UFO at skip -1, the combined chance to find these terms at special case skips, and COMPUTER at an ordinary ELS was about 1 chance in 134,190. 

GETTING PERSONAL – WHAT THIS FAMILY KNOWS ABOUT UFOs. The full story of what this family knows about UFOs and how it affected us is on this site at UFO DISCLOSURE – THE ROFFMAN FAMILY SECRET REVEALED. However, I’ll sum up that long article briefly here.

• On December 24, 1997, in the home of my father's brother (Eugene Roffman) I was introduced to a distant cousin, Stan Gross. Stan worked at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) where he played a key role in deciding when astronauts would be sent up. As is shown at this link, Stan coordinated the checkout of the Lunar Rover for Apollo 15.
  

• In a discussion held in my uncle's kitchen, and in the presence of my older son (then a geophysics major at MIT and an Air Force ROTC cadet), Stan told me that as required by his job, he was shown the Roswell UFO in 1964. This statement, never retracted to me by Stan, led to a series of family-dividing fights and threats that extended from 1997 to the present.
  

• One threat to me for discussing this was made by my uncle in 1997. The fight with him lasted until 2007 when, on the last time that I saw him, he indicated that he was personally involved in the Roswell incident. My uncle insisted that I examine, in detail, a list of all the scientists who were with him (at the height of the Cold War) at the Third International Conference of Nondestructive Testing (NDT) in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan in 1960. • Cover page and participants with last names beginning from A to F including Edward Dugger from Wright Patterson Air Force Base where some Roswell wreckage was allegedly taken.
  

• Participants with last names beginning from H to M including three from the U.S.S.R (Dr. Alexander D. Ivanov, Professor Dr. Mikhael N. Mikheev, and Pavel G. Mikhnevitch) and one from Poland, a Soviet-aligned Warsaw Pact member (Professor Dr. Ignacy Malecki). Normally American NDT scientists would be involved in back-engineering captured or shot down Soviet military equipment while their NDT people would be doing the same with our equipment if they got their hands on it. In this case my uncle made it clear that we were cooperating with the Russians to back engineering a common threat from elsewhere.
  

• Participants with last names beginning from N to W including my uncle, Eugene Roffman as well as two scientists from Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory (where more Roswell wreckage was also allegedly taken) - Dr. Gerold H. Tenney (Nondestructive Testing Group Leader) and John D. Steely.
  

• An on-line search for a link between Eugene Roffman and Dr. Tenney lead to a Government publication issued in June, 1969 entitled Nondestructive Evaluation, A Report of the NMAB National Materials Advisory Board. On page I-iii Tenney is listed as a member of the Ad Hoc Committee (from Los Alamos) on Nondestructive Evaluation, while Mr. E. Roffman is listed on Page I-vi. 

• An on-line search for a link between Dr. Tenney, Nondestructive Testing at Los Alamos and the Roswell UFO lead to a statement by a worker at  the lab with the Nondestructive Test Group (NDT) at Los Alamos (Carol Syska) which reads, "Her boss, a senior scientist, was head of NDT and had been with the Lab since the beginning of the Manhattan Project. If testing had been done on crash debris, Carol’s boss would know about the tests and the truth of the crash at Roswell." The article goes on to state:
  

       Carol went to the man’s office and showed the report to him. She asked, "Is this true?"

       Carol’s boss, in a business-like manner, replied, "What is the level of your security clearance?"

       Carol said, "Sir, you know as well as I do what it is." (Carol told me that at the time she held a Q clearance. A Q clearance is a very high National Security clearance.)

       Carol’s boss, after a pause, said, "Well, do you have the need to know?"

       Carol said, "Guess not," and moved to the door.

       Carol’s boss said, "Just a minute." After another pause, he added, "I would advise you to read everything you ever see about this subject." That was the end of the conversation. Carol never discussed the matter again with her supervisor, the senior scientist, who is now deceased. But Carol believes the scientist gave her a hint of the truth.

• It's important to know what happened to Carol Syska after working at Los Alamos for 30 years. In fact, she went to work as a director at the Roswell UFO Museum.

MY MARS RESEARCH AND WHO IS CLOSELY FOLLOWING IT. The information given above about UFOs was not written in a vacuum, nor was it written in a near vacuum like that espoused by our Government for the atmosphere of Mars. I maintain a separate web site (MarsCorrect.Com) to document all the data that we have accumulated over the past six years to show that the Martian weather data NASA has fed us since at least 1976 is almost entirely wrong. Here I will only repeat the Abstract for our Basic Report for MARS CORRECT: CRITIQUE OF ALL NASA MARS WEATHER DATA, and provide a link to the PowerPoint Summary of this report. The abstract states:

We present evidence that NASA is seriously understating Martian air pressure. Our 6-year study critiques over 1,000 Sols of highly problematic MSL REMS weather data, and offers an in depth audit of over 8,000 hourly Viking 1 and 2 weather reports. We discuss analysis of technical papers, NASA documents, and personal interviews of transducer designers. We troubleshoot pressures based on radio occultation/spectroscopy, and the small pressure ranges that could be measured by Viking (18 mbar), Pathfinder and Phoenix (12 mbar), and MSL (11.5 mbar – with this pressure measured on its sol 370, though later revised down to 8.65 mbar after we made an issue out of it). Vikings and MSL showed consistent timing of daily pressure spikes. We link this to how gas pressure in a sealed container would vary with Absolute temperature, to heating by radioisotope thermoelectric generators (RTGs), and to dust clots at air access tubes and dust filters. Pathfinder, Phoenix and MSL wind measurement failures are disclosed. Phoenix and MSL pressure transducer design problems are highlighted with respect to confusion about dust filter location, and lack of information about nearby heat sources due to International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR). NASA could not replicate dust devils at 10 mbar. Rapidly filled MER Spirit tracks required wind speeds of 80 mph at the assumed low pressures. These winds were never recorded on Mars. Nor could NASA explain drifting Barchan sand dunes.

Based on the above and dust devils on Arsia Mons to altitudes of 17 km above areoid (Martian equivalent of sea level), spiral storms with 10 km eye-walls above Arsia Mons, dust storm opacity, snow at Phoenix, excessive aero braking, and stratus clouds 13 km above areoid, we argue for an average pressure at areoid of ~511 mbar rather than the accepted 6.1 mbar. This pressure grows to 1,050 mbar in the Hellas Basin.

      Perhaps more important than just providing the Abstract, Report, and PowerPoint I also show below which NASA and related Government web sites monitor our findings. I will not include their specific IP addresses because I don’t want to get NASA workers into trouble, however I will (first) include the IP addresses for visitors from the Kremlin. This information is provided for the benefit of the National Security Agency (NSA) who may be concerned by the Russian traffic coming to our website. Figure 5 shows their last visit to this site. However I assume that they already know who the Russian visitors are. We do share a space station with them, and we do pay them for taking our astronauts to it. The same Mars data is posted by me on my MarsCorrect.com site and on my son's site at DavidARoffman.com. NASA types visit both sites a lot while the Kremlin seems to prefer my son's site though they occasionally visit ArkCode.com too.

       As I have shown above, there is evidence that even at the height of the Cold War, American and Russian scientists in the fields of Nondestructive Testing and Nondestructive Evaluation were working together to back engineer recovered extraterrestrial spacecraft. The reason it is important to understand who visits our Mars research is that if we only had nonsense they wouldn't continue to return so often. The list of visitors indicates who knows that our Government has been publishing bunk, and it begs the question of why they want to lie about Mars. For a long time I viewed the issue of unreasonably low Martian air pressure and other problems with Martian weather data as separate from the question of UFOs. I no longer do. I believe that there are dangers to our world that are related to this data, and I think we will be more effective at combatting those dangers once we have an informed public. I realize that I am placing myself in harm’s way by publishing everything that I do, but I implore NSA and other participants in the cover-ups to come down on the side of National Security rather than with the security of political and financial entities that exploit our people.

There seems to be some Kremlin interest in the claim by Dr. John Brandenburg about nuclear detonations in the ancient Martian past. Kremlin IP addresses that have read our articles on this topic are 66.102.9.7, 81.90.2.154 , 93.81.83.196, 128.69.205.66, and 176.192.142.134. As of November 5, 2015 there are no such hits by NASA-related IP addresses.

QUESTION: Why are American and Kremlin readers visiting our sites without benefit of proxy IP address that hide their identity? In the case of the Russians they may not care about hiding their IP addresses because they are simply trying to see whether JPL is correctly analyzing data that they collect and then disseminate to the world after it's been scrubbed of controversial findings. However there are more intriguing possibilities with respect to highly placed U.S. readers at places like NASA, JPL, Ames and even the NSA shown below. It may well be that there are many workers in the space community (like Dr. Gilbert Levin) that agree with our findings and who want to encourage our research. If this is the case then allowing use of an official NASA IP address may be there way of giving us a thumbs up without taking the risk of actually writing us and placing their jobs in jeopardy. It's also possible that NASA is groping with a way to make the inevitable disclosure about finding life in space. Perhaps they will weave our findings in with some kind of spin that matches their political agenda.

WHAT ABOUT READERS IN THE U.S. INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY? For starters, I deliberately pass on my findings to a retired intelligence specialist. What he does with it we don't discuss, but as a retired U.S. military officer, I actually have several friends in our intelligence community. I hope they are reading our findings. But it should be quite obvious that I'm no fan of President Obama. Recently in the news there is coverage of how Trump refused to rebuke a fan who said that Obama is a Muslim who was not born in the U.S. I don't think there is any reason for him apologize. Frankly, every word Obama speaks about Islam is glowing praise. The Muslim call to prayer is, in his words, the sweetest sound he ever heard. Under Muslim law; and because Obama's father was a Muslim, the President is a Muslim. Period. While I have heard that Obama converted, who converted him? Reverend Wright - who is known for having told his church, "God damn America?" What kind of Christianity is that? I will not believe that Obama is a Christian until he tells us why he came to reject Mohammed as a prophet, and why in his opinion the Koran isn't a holy book. If he never does that I see no reason to accept him at his word. As discussed at the beginning of the article, every word out of his mouth is treason. There can be no reason to agree to let Iran have ICBMs that can kill us all. So, to my readers at the NSA and in our intelligence community, I say this: If you are high enough up and can access the real Roswell records then you know if ET is here now. You know if people are being abducted and you know what we get in return for permitting these offenses to continue. You certainly can have your analysts exam the evidence that we present proving that Martian air pressure is two magnitudes higher than our government says. You can have other analysts look at Dr. Brandenburg's evidence for ancient nuclear explosions on Mars. 

        Please note that there appears to be a link between Los Alamos and Russia that may continue what my Uncle Eugene was involved with back in 1960. This might in part explain why the Kremlin likes to read our material so much. On 9/17/2015 Los Alamos accessed an article that named the Russians involved in NDT, possibly in reference to UFOs. The access occurred at 14:13:16 Central Time in the U.S. and just seven seconds later at 14:13:23 a Russian site (not in the Kremlin) accessed Arkcode.com. Perhaps this was a coincidence, but I rather doubt it. Certainly the NSA can check it. If requested by them I can provide the full Los Alamos IP address, but NSA has the talent required to find it easily.

LINKING THE TORAH CODE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF ABDUCTED POLITICAL LEADERS. I started this article with a Torah Code matrix suggesting that America has fallen due to an alien agenda. I wouldn’t be honest if I didn’t admit that the idea seems crazy, at least at first. To try to prove it with Torah Codes alone in an exercise in futility because the Code reality has yet to be proven in a manner that is acceptable to the general scientific community. They’re a tough lot because many of them (like my son, David) even when asked to verify the statistical significance of Code matrices will do so, but still refuse to accept the possibility that the Code written by God. David wants to know, “If there is a God, why didn’t He save us during the Holocaust?” The full answer is beyond the scope of this article, though I often point him to Chapter 28 of Deuteronomy for some understanding. As for hints of abducted politicians, one place to start would be with a book by Budd Hopkins entitled “WITNESSED: The True Story of the Brooklyn Bridge UFO Abductions.” It insinuates that United Nations Secretary General Javier Perez de Cuellar and two bodyguards were abducted on Nov. 30, 1989. A critique of his claim was provided by Philip J. Klass in Volume 42 of the Skeptical Inquirer’s UFO Newsletter published in November 1, 1996.

       Of note in the article about Perez De Cuellar is what happened when Budd Hopkins met him in Chicago. Hopkins wrote:

On Nov. 12, 1993, Hopkins had the opportunity to meet with Perez de Cuellar at Chicago’s O'Hare Airport, during his short layover enroute from Europe to South America. The interview was arranged by a Chicago reporter friend of Hopkins. When the reporter introduced Hopkins to de Cueller, his “passive, phlegmatic expression registered no change,” according to Hopkins. After discussing foreign affairs, the reporter asked Perez de Cuellar if he had thought about the UFO phenomenon, and he responded by discussing current foreign affairs issues. Finally, the reporter showed Perez de Cueller a magazine article about the Linda incident and pointed to a paragraph which described his own involvement. Hopkins reports that Perez de Cueller “muttered something to the effect that he didn’t ‘remember anything like that.'” Later, when pressed by the reporter, Perez de Cueller said that maybe one of his bodyguards “might have seen something...a light...years ago..."

When Hopkins met Perez de Cuellar, he handed him a packet of material dealing with the Linda case. Hopkins is impressed that Perez de Cuellar has never written to Hopkins to deny his involvement in the Linda incident. Hopkins concludes that “until he decides to go public with what he remembers from the night of November 30, 1989, he cannot have much inner peace."

       Linda Cortile was a woman who was supposedly abducted immediately before the Secretary General was allegedly taken. She wasn't any kind of political leader. Her story is similar that of other people (including CDR. Scott Jones) who believe they were abducted multiple times. I've met many who have similar memories, in most part because they write to me first, anxious to tell their stories to someone who won't call them crazy right away.  This doen't mean that I believe them all. I do record what they say and look for patterns. The stories are not as clean as the kind of Martian meterological data that we analyze.

       If you want to know how confident I am of my findings I'd say that there is a 99% to 100% chance that I'm right about Martian air pressure being close to a hundred times higher than what Uncle Sam (NASA) claims. That confidence is backed, in part, by all the NASA and Kremlin readers who come here and never dispute a word that I write, and also by changes that JPL have made to their Martian weather data (like that for Sol 370) after hearing from me.

       When it comes to UFOs, my confidence level is somewhere between 80% and 90%. I saw one of my 10th birthday in Northeast Philadelphia, and on-line I found reference to another sighting that night that was less than 21 miles away in Trenton, New Jersey.

       As for the Torah Code, my confidence level is somewhere closer to 50%. I believe that I can read the Code better than anyone else on Earth, but each Code matrix is only done properly with a good probability analysis. Although I believe that my method beats any other method, including Monte Carlo permutations done by Dr. Eliyahu Rips or Dr. Robert Haralick (who wrote the Foreword of my Ark Code book), the analysis is only of use for what is found in an a priori manner. I can't say that I think of every appropriate key word that should be sought. If I were employed by the NSA I would undoubtedly receive a more thorough set of terms to seek for each situation, but I don't work for them and I'm quite comfortable here in my retirement at Cape Canaveral. I didn't know that they are located at Fort Meade in Maryland until I found them via a Google map tied into an IP address search engine used to see who was reading what I had to say about ultraviolet radiation on Mars. I would not want to come out of of retirerment unless they were to put me charge of everything related to space, and even then I would insist that the program would be consistent with the morality established in Torah and with what is set forth in the Constitution of the United States.

AND IF THE NEPHILIM OR OTHER ALIENS CONTROL OUR POLITICIANS, WHAT OF GOD? IS HE STILL REVELENT? Here I can only give you my opinion. You must have noticed by now that with all I know about Mars, UFOs, and an out of control Government that serves hostile powers, I remain a Modern Orthodox Jew. If there are alien creatures out there that are really in charge, if we believe Torah, they've been around for a very long time, with the ability do whatever they pleased. Genesis 6:4 mentions interbreeding that sounds remarkably like what is often claimed about aliens trying to interbreed with abductees:

There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

These giants (Nephilim) were the reason that the Israelites (except for Joshua and Caleb) were afraid to conquer Canaan at first, and subsequently had to spend 40 years in the desert until that generation died out. Numbers Numbers 13:33 states:

We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.

Again, in Deuteronomy 9:2 we read:

       The people are strong and tall--Anakites! You know about them and have heard it said: "Who can stand up against the Anakites?"

      Who can stand against them indeed! Time for some speculation. Perhaps a better question is, "Which politicians and which military personnel can stand against an alien agenda that includes abductions?" And this takes us back to Figure 1. What do Nephilim, aliens and Netanyahu have to do with America falling? If the aliens have arranged for Obama to rule and ensure that Iran gets the Bomb, what's in it for them? They don't give a damn about us. They didn't prevent the Holocaust or the nuking of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. But when they lost a spacecraft outside Roswell, they were in the area where the only nuclear bombs on Earth could be found at that time. As cattle are to us, so is human DNA to them. When they shut down our ICBMs at Malstrom Air Force Base in 1967, they let us know that they had that power. We (and the Russians) may have come to depend on ET's ability to intercede. Perhaps this is what President Reagan was trying to tell us about aliens at the United Nations on September 21, 1987; at Fallston High School on December 4, 1985 and with Mikhail Gorbachev, in 1988 when he said:

"... when you stop to think that we're all God's children, wherever we may live in the world, I couldn't help but say to him, just think how easy his task and mine might be in these meetings that we held if suddenly there was a threat to this world from some other species from another planet outside in the universe. We'd forget all the little local differences that we have between our countries and we would find out once and for all that we really are all human beings here on this earth together" (White House transcript of "Remarks of the President to Fallston High School Students and Faculty" December 4, 1985).

"In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world" (Speech to the United Nations General Assembly, 42^nd General Assembly, September 21, 1987)

and

"I occasionally think how quickly our differences, worldwide, would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world" (From a speech with President Mikhail Gorbachev, in 1988).

        There is a 2-hour video of interest about a woman named Dr. Karla Turner that seems to sums up the threat in stark fashion. Supposedly she was murdered for discussing the threat by grays. I don't know if Dr.Turner was murdered for spreading the word, but here is what I want to get across to my readers and to the NSA. Why has Obama worked to give nuclear arms to Iran? He is following ET's directions.  What does ET get out of giving Iran nukes? They get control over us. They put us in a position where we must depend on ET to prevent Israel from preemptively nuking Iran (which, ET aside, is the proper response now) or on Israel depending on ET to save them from Iran.  But, the axis term on Figure 1 is AMERICA FALLEN. So, to my friends in U.S. Intelligence here is what I get out of the Codes. The uneasy truce that has existed between ET and our Government will likely not continue. To my friend CDR C. B. Scott Jones who has long worked for a treaty with ET, as I always tell you, you will not likely succeed. Not just because governments are not yet ready for such a treaty, but because aliens are no more trustworthy than the Iranians are. Scott claims that they have taken some of his memories, and is afraid to have them back. If so, assuming he is correct about abductions since he was a child, he shouldn't trust them. As my distant (but deceased) cousin, Stan Gross told me when describing how our Government viewed them, "You don't know what your neighbor is thinking."

    There is, I believe, a God. He created us and the aliens. But He also created all beings with some measure of free will. That means that if people or aliens choose to do evil, they can get away with it - sometimes for a very long time. As I tell my son with respect to the Holocaust, God gave us two paths - the blessing and life if we follow God's Law, and the curse and or death if we do not. Reform Judaism started in Germany. It rejected the Law and in return it was paid back with the Holocaust. Now we see the Democratic Party backing Planned Parenthood - a murderous organization that butchers fetuses (and sometimes newborn infants) to harvest their organs for profit. Is it any wonder that aliens feel more freer to harvest human genetic material? We have to get our act together. We have to get the truth out, because the falsehoods have only expedited a fallen America. The Ten Commandments seem to be shown on the U.S. Supreme Court, but they are not shown correctly. See Figure 6. What is really posted are commands to murder and steal.

       Recently we learned that intelligence indicating that we are losing the war with ISIS was scrubbed so that the White House would not have to deal with any negative analysis. Instead of Training 5,400 fighters in Syria, according to General Lloyd Auston, at a cost of about $50 million, we actually trained about 54 of which only 4 or 5 men remain alive and on the field of battle. To fight the war against ET we need an informed public, and a Defense Department that's on the right side. We also need to impress on dangerous human nut jobs (Iran) that there is, as President Reagen warned of, a common enemy. From what I have seen, we have been working on this problem with the Russians since at least 1960. By now we should have an understanding of how to defeat them technologically. The problem is, unfortunately, that politicians benefit personally from the alliance between governments and ET. In the end their corruption is likely linked not just to power, but to wealth. Technology derived from ET sources is highly marketable.

       I could write more about all this, but I have already said enough to put my life in danger. I would highly encourage my readers to view the video film made by Dr. Karla Turner. It is the most valuable film that I've ever seen on this topic. Note that Dr. Turner is not certain that the so called ETs are really from another world, although she thinks that's most likely. While I do not find fault in anything the said on the video, I would note that the set up for the video says the CIA murdered her, but a search elsewhere reveals that she actually died of cancer on January 10, 1996.

ALIEN ALLIES - THE VATICAN? I think it's possible that some time after the Vatican learned how wrong it was about Galileo and the sun going around the Earth, it may have shifted control of the organization to atheists. In partiular I find statements by the Vatican's Observatory Director (father Jose Gabriel Funes) about aliens without sin to be problematic. I think it's important to understand what's going on with respect to possible alien contact (and alleged abductions and abuse by aliens) in order to understand why the Vatican is often on the wrong and even criminal side of moral issues. For starters, if the Vatican is aware of alien life visiting Earth, or having interfered with religious experiences, that would tend to make it much easier to do what they have in fact done - negate the God-given claim of Jews to have the Land of Israel. It would also make it easier for them to allow homosexual priests to get away with child abuse. As the saying goes, If God does not exist, everything is permitted. So, if the top officials at the Vatican have been convinced by aliens that God does not exist, that would in fact explain much, if not all of their behavior.
