TRUMP ADMINISTRATION CABINET CHOICES

A link to all previous Trump matrices is here. There are 11 occurrences of the 8-letter term PRESIDENT TRUMP in the Torah Code. Nine are based on a short transliteration of his name spelled tav resh mem pey (as with Figure 1), and two are based on tet resh mem pey. Trump wants to throw out th Iran nuclear accord, so IRAN is the first term I sought. On Figure 1 IRAN overlaps and shares two letters with PRESIDENT TRUMP in one column that only requires 12 letters to see. Will we go to war?  OBAMA probably ensured that we will. On the matrix his name is one skip skip off that of PRESIDENT TRUMP and OBAMA touches his beloved IRAN. On Figure 1 there is in the open text ALL WHO GO OUT TO WAR, but it takes 348 of the 702 letters on the matrix to see it with PRESIDENT TRUMP and 492 letters to include OBAMA. Border security will also a major agenda for Trump and we see BORDER two letters to the left of PRESIDENT TRUMP. The full matrix also includes an ELS for immigant and one for wall, but these are not at a special case skip. In the open text we also find ISRAEL and TREATY.

With less than 24 hours left before Trump announced his choice for Vice President I decided to look at the top candidates. I looked first for my top choice – New Gingrich. I found such a matrix but it's larger than I normally accept. Figure 2 is about MIKE PENCE who it turned out is a fantastic debater and a very smart man. Pence has the better matrix, and after I posted the matrix it was announced that he was indeed the choice.  Standards chosen for the matrix search were based on the following needs: (1) Candidate name as axis term, (2) TRUMP as the first a priori search term and (3) reference to JOSEPH who was the viceroy in Egypt – second in power only to Pharaoh. Now that Trump has won the election, Pence is heading the transition team. While I likely have only a slim chance to be chosen as a science advisor I have applied for the position in the White House. My application reference number is P-0007502. I presume that Pence would be involved in picking me if it happens. If any of you know Vice President-Elect Pence, please bring my name to his attention. To my intel buddies in Fort Huachuca and on up to General Milley - this especially means you. You know what I can do. I wouldn't serve Obama or Clinton unless it was a matter of national survival (which I believe they oppose anyway) for obvious reasons, but my skills are tailor made for a Trump Administration.

On Figure 4 we see that Trump's Chief Strategist STEVE BANNON has PRESIDENT touching him in the column immediately left of his name. Trump knows that Bannon is not an anti-Semite. That doesn't mean that he never criticized us because we Jews are, like everyone else, not perfect. On this matrix TRUMP is at one skip less than STEVE BANNON. As is indicated in the open text crossing Steve Bannon's name, he will know that there is a distinction between Jews and others (like Egyptians who do not support President Al-Sisi).  In following Trump's leadership he will back the Jewish people over the Arabs when they stray from the path of peace.

How Steve Bannon and Breitbart News Can Be Pro-Israel — and Anti-Semitic at the Same Time

An article in Forward  by Naomi Zeveloff November 15, 2016 states that:

Steve Bannon, is widely known as a platform for white nationalism and anti-Semitism. It is also brazenly Zionist, peddling a right wing perspective on Israel.

Trump’s Jewish supporters have pointed to Breitbart’s Zionist stance to defend the president-elect’s choice of Bannon, who was painted as an anti-Semite by his ex-wife in court documents. Bannon denied making the anti-Semitic comments.

My Comment: If you asked my Catholic ex-wife from 40 years ago, she will tell you that I claimed to be a prophet. Nothing could be further from the truth. Judaism accepts no prophets after the Tenach (what Christians call the Old Testament). My ex-wife and I divorced over religious matters and went through an enormous custody battle that was covered in the press around the world. This was at a time that I was in the process of transitioning from being non-religious to Conservative Judaism and on to Orthodox Judaism. She misused many things that I said then. Ex-wives are a poor source of information.

“He was and is and remains staunchly pro-Israel,” said Abe Katsman, the chief counsel for Republicans Overseas Israel, who has written for Breitbart News..

Yet though it would seem impossible to hate Jews but love the Jewish state, these two viewpoints are not as contradictory as they appear.

There is actually “little correlation” between anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism, according Steven M. Cohen, a sociologist at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. To be sure, anti-Semitism is found among the anti-Zionist left. But it is also found among the Zionist right.

“Many people who dislike Jews like Israel and many people who are critical toward Israel are affectionate toward Jews,” said Cohen.

My Comment: If President-elect Trump, who knows Bannon so well, thought there was any possibility that Bannon is an anti-Semite, he certainly would not have offered Bannon the job that he did, especially because Trump is so close to his Jewish children and grandchildren.  If Ivanka Trump or her husband Jared Kushner thought Bannon was an anti-Semite they surely would have advised Trump to pick someone else. White Evangelical, born again Christians supported Trump to the tune of 81%. This is an important constituency to maintain support of, and Cannon has the experience to keep them loyal. This same group tends to be strongly pro-Israel. However, their moral values are far closer to those maintained by Orthodox Jews than to those held by other Jews. Those Jews who aren't Orthodox tend to support agendas like gay marriage, which are clearly anti-Torah. Whoever is anti-Torah is also anti-Christian, because the Torah forms the first five books of a Christian Bible too Thus, if Cannon had criticized these types of Jews, he was right to do so. Liberals, be they Jew or Christian, who reject the moral judgment of the Creator and who want only a politically correct god and who will not recognize the religious freedom of religious people need an attitude adjustment. This will take more than just throwing out racist names. If Liberals want respect for their beliefs then they need to start having respect for those who disagree with them. 

GENERAL FLYNN - A GREAT CHOICE FOR NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR. On November 17, 2016 President-Elect Trump selected Lieutenant General Mike Flynn as White House National Security Advisor. On the matrix above MIKE FLYNN is the axis term. In the open text is GENERAL. FLYNN will play a key role in trying to defeat ISIS, which is at the same skip as his name, touching him in the column immediately to the left of his name. As the article on the matrix from IntelNews.org shows, the General has warned that problems with the Palestinians would be worse if Hamas were defeated and replaced by ISIS. In the open text just before GENERAL is ARMY (or FORCE) GRIPS THE INHABITANTS OF PHILISTIA (Palestine) Finally, Trump wants better relations with Russia, and in particular when it comes to defeating ISIS. RUSSIAN at an ELS shares a letter with MIKE FLYNN.

IS GENERAL FLYNN ANTI-SEMITIC?

       No. Like Steve Bannon, there have been concerns about the fact that General Flynn supports Israel, but he had an anti-Semitic retweet which he apologized for making (calling it a mistake).  Flynn wrote that "the corrupt Democratic machine will do and say anything" to get Clinton elected. "This is a new low," he said, retweeting a message that read: "Not anymore, Jews. Not anymore."

        So what do I, a Modern Orthodox Jew, have to say about it? I also want to apologize. I want to apologize to all of America for the fact that most Jews in this country are not religious, many (not all) don't really care about Israel, and continue to support the Democratic Party. As I wrote in my article about Steve Bannon, the major Jewish exception when it comes to party affiliation is with Orthodox Jewry. Frankly, when it comes to Jews (i.e., non-Orthodox Jews be they secular, Reform, or Conservative - those Jews who see no conflict between gay marriage and the teachings of Torah) - I repeat the tweet that Flynn apologized for - "Not anymore, Jews. Not anymore." There is, in the United States House of Representatives, a bust of Moses the Lawgiver. It is centered - opposite to and facing the seat of the Speaker of the House. It represents the laws of Torah that American law are based upon. All who support a dismantling of Torah and the U.S. Constitution can only been as enemies of our Republic - and of the Jewish people.

Is General James Mattis the General Patton that Trump promised to hire? He sure sounds like it. On Figure 6 the best spelling of TRUMP is four lines above the axis term, JAMES MATTIS at is third shortest spelling in wrapped Torah. Sharing a letter alef with TRUMP is GENERAL, but it's not at a special case skip (+/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term). With respect to TRUMP, if we just look for the name at its best (5-lettter) spelling, then odds against finding it on the matrix are about 265 to 1. But if we accept either of two 5-letters spellings, the more infrequent one used in the press that starts with a tet for T, or the spelling that starts with a tav for the T, then odds against finding it are altered to about 36 to 1. On Figure 6 the next most significant a priori term found was IN DEFENSE. It was found against odds of about 6.45 to 1. The general's knickname is Mad Dog. I found DOG at skip +1 against odds of about 3.67 to 1, but there was no mad, crazy or angry in associaton with it. NATO is a major issue. Will President Trump really make them pay for American support? Whatever the answer is, there was almost a 100% chance that I would find one of two transliterations sought for NATO, so it adds no statistical value to the Matrix although it does touch AND PREVAILED. ISRAEL had about a 67% chance. Overall, after factoring in ELS rank 3 of the axis term, if we allow extra value for the best spelling of TRUMP, the matrix was found against odds of about 4,234 to 1. If we base odds on TRUMP starting with a tet or a tav, then the odds against finding the matrix are downgraded to 671 to 1.

        On Figure 2 of the full Mattis article at http://arkcode.com/images/general_mattis_trump_matrix.png it's only eminently clear that Mattis was encoded to be a general (the rank is on the matrix 4 times in the open text and once at the same skip as JAMES MATTIS at its lowest skip). Odds against finding at least one open text use of the rank on that 1,120-letter matrix were about 6.8 to 1, and odds against finding the rank at the same absolute skip as that of the general's name were about 27.7 to 1. The other terms are not at special case skips. TRUMP is on the matrix, but at its weakest transliteration (finding of a 4-letter spelling of his name on a matrix this size is to be expected 94.5% of the time). The best transliteration was shown on Figure 6 above. On Figure 2 of the full article PENTAGON is at skip -4. Odds againt it being present were about 4.35 to 1. I looked for the general's nickname, "Mad Dog," but could only find DOG at skip -2 touching his name. Neither ISRAEL nor TORTURER were statistically significant. Overall, that matrix was found against odds of about 995 to 1.

The tough thing about making predictions with the Torah Code is that is that you often don’t know what or who to look for until after the fact. Until December 9, 2016 I don’t think that I had ever heard of ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson, and he certainly wasn’t on my radar was a choice for Secretary of State. But the news on Saturday night, December 10, 2016 was that Tillerson was likely to be the choice and by Monday, December 12 it was confirmed. On Figure 7 above the axis term is R. TILLERSON. In sequence with his name is DEPARTMENT and parallel to his name is STATE (at twice the skip of his name). At the same skip as his name is a simple transliteration of TRUMP. There is a better transliteration of TRUMP sharing a letter with STATE. In the open text is OIL and two references to BORDERS. Note: I have no idea whether I will be selected, but I have applied for a position as a science advisor in the Trump White House. If I am fortunate enough to be selected I may be able to make better predictions based on data available, but they would likely not go public. My primary interest would be in getting Amerca's space program back on track. President-Elect Trump has promised to drain the swamp in Washington. I'm here to tell you that the deepest part of the swamp is with those who have kept NASA from landing our astronauts on Mars.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 7. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here R. TILLERSON at its fifth lowest skip in wrapped Torah (3rd lowest skip at this spelling, 5th lowest if Hebrew letter tav and tets are considered for T, samech or shin for S). The primary a priori word sought was a transliteration of TRUMP.  There are 4 spellings that I checked for his name: In unwrapped Torah (one computer pass through the 304,805 letters of Torah), the numbers of hits for each spelling is as follows:

       Before factoring in ELS rank 5 of the axis term, the tav resh mem pey transliteration was found at a special case skip (+/- or the skip of the axis term) against odds of about 120 to 1. Note: these odds also include the odds against finding the other 4-letter spelling of tet resh mem pey. A 5-letter spelling (tav resh alef mem pey) was also found on the matrx (but not at a special case skip) against odds of about 14.8 to 1. No extra value is assigned for the fact that TRUMP and STATE share a letter mem with each other. The next most significant term was BORDER. The odds against it appearing in the open text were about 11 to 1. No additional significance is attached to the fact that there is a second reference to borders with BORDERS OF THE LAND touching DEPARTMENT and R. TILLERSON although a top priority of the new administration will be to get control of America's borders through construction of a wall on our southern border and strict control of visas issued to foreigners who want to enter our land. The ELS of STATE was found against odds of about 5.8 to one. However it's a pretty one in that it's parallel to the axis term (and DEPARTMENT), although no extra value is assigned for this fact. To have extra value assigned STATE would have to be at the same absolute skip as R. TILLERSON (or be at skip +/- 1). Instead it's at twice that skip.

       Finally, OIL was found in the open text against odds of about 2.8 to 1. This is less exact than normal because in Hebrew OIL is only three letters and the three will often be found in sequence as skip +1 when they are really part of one word that follows another. So the actual frequency of OIL (using the term pronounced shemen) will be lower in terms of when these letters really mean oil (as they do on the matrix). Overall, after factoring in ELS 5 of R. TILLERSON, this matrix was found against odds of about 66,205. This compares favorably with the odds found against the Romney Matrix which were about 4,819 to 1.

POLITICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 7. If Tillerson is not confirmed then the matrix may ultimately mean nothing, or at best the fact that Tillerson was nominated. However, if he is confirmed, then I need to make this clear about our relationship with Russia. It is NOT what the public has been led to believe, and it has NOT been what the public believes it to be for a very long time (at least since 1960 when the Cold War was raging in the public conscience). This is particularly true with respect to cooperation in space. When I watch an Atlas V rocket take off from here in Cape Canaveral, Florida, I'm not watching the American-built rocket engines pushing it up that once took John Glenn into orbit. I'm instead looking at the work done by a Russian-built RD-180 engine burning kerosene and liquid oxygen to power its first stage (an American-built RL10 engine burning liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen power its Centaur upper stage). Further, when American astronauts want to visit the space station primarily built by the United States they must fly aboard Russian rockets launched from Kazakhstan, and again land there. However, the cooperation between the U.S. and Russia goes much, much further than this. It is described elsewhere on my site in conjunction with UFOs, but to link to that article here is to invite every reader to be monitored by the Department of Defense (DoD) Network Information Center, and this at a time that I am applying for a job in the Trump Administration (as I wrote above - to help drain the real swamp).

     The truth is not only out there, but it's on the three sites that I produce or contribute to - this one, MarsCorrect.com, and Davidaroffman.com. What I write about Mars and also about the issue of UFOs is closely monitored by NASA, U.S, Intelligence Agencies, the European Space Agency, the Kremlin, the Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos), and the Chinese National Space Agency (among others). Twice in my life I've received threats related to my research - once back in 1997 and again in the summer of 2016. So far it appears that NASA has refrained from hiring my son, Dr. David Roffman, perhaps in part because of my writings. I'm not sure as to whether or not President-Elect Trump knows what is really going on, and that is why I'd like to be one of his advisors. My application to work for him included a reference to the primary intelligence agency that tracks me, and a list of all the IP addresses (about 500) of those mentioned above in this paragraph that track my work. With respect to Trump having close relations with Russia, given our mutual interest in space I have no problem with it. I do have reason to be slightly concerned about the Chinese Government types who read my sites but my concerns would best discussed with our intel folks (who know what I am talking about) rather than published here.

As for Tillerson's medal from Putin, it really isn't a big deal. Take a look at who else has been awarded the Friendship by Russia:^[7]
