SIGNAL FROM THE FUTURE OR COINCIDENCE?

Are the miracles of Torah and the Temple due to the Creator, UFOs, or a signal from the future? This article will look at evidence from the Torah Code, and at a personal experiment that I ran between June 9, 2015 and September 4, 2015 in an attempt to detect a signal. Due to an incident on or around August 1, 2016 and some recent information about it I am restarting the experiment. The experiment wasn't finished in 2015, but there's enough data available now to reach out to other prolific writers who are required to provide a control group for the experiment. As for Figure 1, the axis term is SIGNAL FROM FUTURE. I was astonished to find JERUSALEM at the same skip just 2 columns right of it. One line under SIGNAL FROM FUTURE and centered about it is FROM MOUNT SINAI. At the same absolute skip as but in the opposite direction of SIGNAL FROM FUTURE and JERUSALEM is THE ALIEN. In the open text is THE TEMPLE and UFO. This matrix is much more significant than I'd like to see. I was just about to start this time experiment article with the opening statement that for a long time I have noticed that about two tenths of a second after I write words, they are heard on TV. While watching the PBS News Hour on April 1, 2016, as I started to write for a long time the words were then broadcast on the show. On June 9, 2015 I was curious about how often this phenomenon occurred, and I started keeping records. Keep in mind that I don't write during the Jewish Sabbath or High Holidays. Normally on other days I turn on my computer about 9 am, and write until about midnight, taking time out to shower, dress, pray, eat my meals, swim a half mile, and shop when necessary.  Table 1 is a list that records my results between June 9, 2015 and September 5, 2016. It was then temporarily suspended, and resumed again on June 22, 2016. Table 2 shows how the words were spaced with respect to time of day between June 9, 2016 and September 5, 2016. I don't record names like Obama or Trump that are constantly on TV, and often the focus of my articles. Are the results below significant? To answer this properly, I need a control group - composed of other prolific writers who note how often they experience the phenomenon.

Wikipedia states, “As with other forms of extrasensory perception, there is no evidence that precognition is a real ability possessed by anyone.^[5][6][7][8]” Of course, this position dismisses the possibility of prophecy. I’m not a prophet, but there might be something of interest going on here that doesn’t violate the laws of nature. Wikipedia argues that, “Precognition would violate the principle that an effect cannot occur before its cause.^[10] There are established biases affecting human memory and judgment of probability that sometimes create convincing but false impressions of precognition.”

Obviously, you are reading my article (and my request for help from prolific writers with an interest in time) on ArkCode.com, a Torah Codes website that examines the issue of whether Torah Code matrices are based on Divine creation, alien manipulation of the Torah text, signals from humans or a human in the future, questionable scientific protocols, or outright deception. The words shown on Tables 1 and 2 are not as impressive as the matrices (like Figure 1 above) found on my site, but they have aroused my curiosity.

Now, a few words are called for before exploring a more radical solution. In my home we have a TV in the living room, and another two in the bedrooms. The TVs are of different make and the cable boxes are not the same type. Often we notice a delay of sound (and visual image) on one set compared to the other. The TV in the back bedroom only has cable, with no box (it gets fewer channels than our other TVs). The delay in sound signal from the TV in the living room to that in the back bedroom causes an echo sound effect. The delay in signal reception is somewhat like what happens when I start to write a word or words and then hear it or them on TV. However, my head is not a TV receiver (although, when I was young and in the Navy serving on the aircraft carrier KITTY HAWK in 1970, I was able to hear the SPS-10 surface search radar whenever it swept by my head - with definite noise like zzzzzzz playing on the metal filings in my mouth).

To a certain extent, this article is written for the benefit of my son, David, who earned his PhD in solid state/material physics by the summer of 2016. When David was younger he wanted to create a time machine, or at least come up with a way to send a signal back in time. By the time he had reached the doctoral candidate status, and had all required physics course behind him, he thought his original desire to be impossible. However, if he comes up with a way to overcome the problems that he now sees as obstacles, and can find a way to send signals back (and get them into my head), then I hope to pick them up via extensions/updates of Tables 1 and 2. I had hoped to end this article with a discussion of a more detailed of this experiment, I will get to that again below. But then I found Figure 1 above. I am not comfortable with what it seems to imply, but I don't get to choose what's found at an ELS in Torah. I only get to comment on what I find, and try to analyze what's statistically significant and what is not.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 1. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here SIGNAL FROM FUTURE at its 7th lowest skip in wrapped Torah. The primary a priori word sought was JERUSALEM. In the Hebrew text of the Tenach (what Christians call the Old Testament) JERUSALEM occurs 664 times at skip +1 with the 6-letter spelling found on the matrix, and another 5 times with the modern 7-letter spelling. I sought both spellings on the matrix. Note that in the Torah, Jerusalem is never found at skips +1 or -1. So the only other special case skips to seek are those at the absolute skip of the axis term. SIGNAL FROM FUTURE is at skip +49,842. There is only one ELS of JERUSALEM at that absolute skip in Torah. After factoring in ELS Rank 7 of SIGNAL FROM FUTURE there was only one chance in 1,814 to find JERUSALEM in a 24-letter box with the axis term - really less - one to chance in 2,721 because there were only 16 letters left to find Jerusalem after the column with SIGNAL FROM FUTURE is eliminated from consideration because its 8 letters conflict with JERUSALEM. Odds against finding JERUSALEM at a special case skip somewhere on the full 442-letter matrix were about 690 to 1. This is why I was shocked to see JERUSALEM so close to SIGNAL FROM FUTURE. But the other a priori key words were also quite significant. Before factoring in the axis term ELS rank of 7, UFO was found at skip +1 againsts odds of about 58 to 1, THE TEMPLE and MOUNT SINAI were each found at skip +1 against odds of about 43.6 to 1 and one of three synonyms sought ofTHE ALIEN was found at a special case skip against odds of about 12 to 1. In all, odds against Figure 1 occurring by chance alone were about 132,500,832 to 1. As such, the matrix raises fundamental theological questions of the highest nature.

USE AND MISUSE OF THE TERM ELOHIM. There are obviously many problems with the the Biblical version of Creation that arise as early as at the third word of Torah. The Torah begins with Bereshit (in the beginning) bara (created) Elohim (God) et Hashamayin (the heavens) v et haaretz (and the earth). Elohim ends with the letters yud mem. This is normally a plural ending. However the verb bara is singular. Jews use the verb to justify our understanding that there is One Deity who is not at all divided. Christians overlook the verb and start their arguement for the Trinity with the plural ending in Elohim. However, Elohim does not always mean God. For example, The noun elohim is used with a plural verb in 1 Samuel 28:13. The witch of Endor told Saul that she saw "gods" (elohim) ascending (olim עֹלִים, plural verb) out of the earth. Problems with the proper understanding of Elohim are manifest with the International Raëlian Movement which has been described as “the largest UFO religion in the world.”^[7] Raëlians believe that scientifically advanced extraterrestrials, known as the Elohim, created life on Earth through genetic engineering, and that a combination of human cloning and “mind transfer” can ultimately provide eternal life.

       The issue of why God allows misleading or unclear texts in Torah, whether in open text or in encoded text, is a difficult one, but one highly relevant to Figure 1. In Genesis 1:26 we read:

And God said, "Let us  make man in Our image, after Our likeness.

       Here I will quote from the commentary in the Stone Edition of The Chumash.

When Moses wrote the Torah and came to this verse (let us make) which is plural and implies that there is more than one Creator, he said: "Sovereign of the Universe! Why do you furnish a pretext for heretics to maintain that there is a plurality of divinities?" "Write!" God replied. "Whoever wishes to err will err...instead let them learn from their Creator Who Created all, yet when he came to create Man, He took counsel with ministering angels." (Midrash). Thus God taught that one should always consult others before embarking upon new initiatives, and He was not deterred by the possibility that some might choose a sacrilegious implication in the verse. The implication of God's response, "Whoever wishes to err," is that one who sincerely seeks the truth will see it; one who looks for an excuse to blaspheme will find it.

       That warning should be kept in mind with respect to Figure 1. The matrix could be used to argue that the miracles of Torah are due to a scientist or alien from the future who sent a signal back to Moses. With respect to the alien possibility, see Figures 2A and 2B. Figure 2A has ROSWELL UFO as an axis term that is close to DO NOT SET UP AN ALIEN MAN OVER YOU, while  Figure 2B has as a (short) axis term SAUCER that intersects RID THYSELF OF THE ALIEN GODS. However, the issue of human input in the future transmitting a signal back is still of interest, even if it doesn't explain how the Torah was written. Frankly, the Torah and Torah Code are so complex and beautiful - as with the story of Joseph (Jacob's son - not my friend at the library)  that even with time signal transmission equipment, I doubt that any human or computer could combine both. However there is the matter of Moore's Law (really, more of an observation than a law) which states that the number of transistors in a dense integrated circuit doubles approximately every two years, and how it would affect the the capabilities of artificial intelligence in a future supercomputer.

TIME ISSUES - FUTURE AND PAST TENSE IN BIBLICAL HEBREW. As for time and tenses in Hebrew, an odd feature of Hebrew that often appears in Torah is that as Shlomo Karni (retired Professor of Electrical Engineering and Religious Studies at University of New Mexico) wrote in books, “A unique usage of the ‘vav’ occurs in Biblical literature: Prefixed to a verb in the past tense, it converts the verb into the future, and vice versa: Before a verb in the future tense, it converts it into the past. This ‘vav’ is called in Hebrew ‘the inversion vav’. In English, it is known as ‘vav consecutive’, or ‘the vav marking the past/future’ (the latter name is by the Academy of The Hebrew Language in Jerusalem).

COULD SIGNALS BE SENT BACK IN TIME VIA HYPOTHETICAL TACHYON PARTICLES? 

       David is dubious because most physicists think that faster-than-light particles cannot exist because they are not consistent with the known laws of physics.^[3][4] However most does not mean all physicists. If most are wrong and such particles do exist, they could be used to build a tachyonic antitelephone and send signals faster than light, which (according to special relativity) would lead to violations of causality.^[4]  A brief word from Wikipedia about how taychons would look:

        As for physicists like my son, the National Academy of Science charted belief in God as low as 7.5 percent among physicists and astronomers in a 1998 study. They tend to live in an atheistic subculture that frowns upon anything they can't describe without an equation. I raised David as an Orthodox Jew. I have to tell you that it isn't easy getting him to accept the general portrait of Creation found in Genesis. And yet, David affirms my method of statistical analysis for Torah Codes matrices. So when he looks at Figure 1 above he knows that it's not to be expected by chance. He has seen me find matrices like it several times per week ever since 1997 when he was four years old, but he has also seen the proof that I have seen about what really happened at Roswell. On April 4, 2016 we discussed the possibility that "ET" was behind signals beamed back in time to influence what Moses gave us, but the problem with this easy out for understanding how Torah Code matrices came to be encoded is that it still requires physicists to explain how the signal was sent back. If ET sent signals back, the same physics should be or become available to humans - and thus we have my on-going challenge to him.

LOOKING FOR PATTERNS ON TABLE 1. With not more than 2 days between successive words recorded, the following terms may represent potential signals received:

(1) Between 6/30/2015 at 10:01pm and 7/2/2015 at 10:37 am: American attack gay marriage report rape facts. This sequence may indicate a problem associated with gay marriage and massive rape, whether on college campuses or in the military. In 2015 not only was the military pushing acceptance of homosexual marriages, but it also asked Army male ROTC cadets to wear female red shoes to show that it was wrong to commit sexual violence against women. Cross dressing is forbidden in Torah. Note: This atrocity occurred at Temple University, my alma mater. With all due respect to the Army folks out west that report my research high up the Army chain of command, when I went to Temple I took Navy ROTC across town at the University of Pennsylvania. I was the only midshipman at Temple, and the poor Army ROTC cadets saluted every time they saw me because I had gold on my cover (hat). They wrongly assumed that I was an officer, which always made me laugh. Apparently Temple ROTC cadets are still not taught about uniforms because it's against regulations to dress as they were asked to dress. This is what you get when you have a perverted President leading the country.

(2) Between 9/14/2015 at 9:24 am and 9/14/2015 at 5:59 pm: New risk taking think unfortunately Schumer. Unfortunately Senator Schumer's September 10, 2015 no vote on the Iran nuclear deal was not enough to stop the deal with all its risks from going through. The Obama victory will almost certainly lead to a nuclear war. Iran is now building ICBMs. They will target our capital. See the sequence below for 3/17/2016.

(3) Between 11/16/2015 at 6:41 pm and 11/17/2015 at 10:49 am: Threat victims terrorist attack. The latest terrorist attack on Paris was on November 13, 2015.

(4) Between 12/19/2015 at 9:10 pm and 12/9/2015 at 11:34 pm: Pressure here Mars face frightened. There has long been pressure at NASA to dismiss the idea that a face was deliberately carved at Cydonia, Mars.

(5) Between 3/17/2016 at 10:34 am and 3/17/2016 at 4:35 pm: West American capitol government future. This sequence might warn that after an attack on Washington D.C. we might have to build a new capitol out west.

POSSIBLE SIGNALS RECEIVED ON 4/13/2016. Today (April 13, 2016) two words - CAPITAL and MILITARY were added to Table 1 above in conjunction with the IP addresses looking at ArkCode.Com and the articles opened by those IP addresses. I contacted my son, David, about them because he is involved. The information is included here with the hope (if not coincidental) that it will be useful to any U.S. military scientists (current or future) who are exploring or who will explore what I have written above about sending signals into the past. Before proceeding, I ask the military and Department of Homeland Security personnel who have the IP addresses given below to please forgive me for doing so. Previously I have made it my habit to avoid providing military IP addresses and full IP addresses of NASA readers located in the U.S. For those concerned I will discuss my IP address policies further below, however, if what I found today is not coincidental, then feedback becomes an important part of the investigative process. So here is what I found today. 

(1) IP address 152.121.18.252 accessed my biography at http://arkcode.com/custom3_1.html  at 13:33:25 Central Time (3:33:25 pm Eastern Time). Although the IP address is AS27030 United States Coast Guard, as is shown on Figure 3 below, the IP tracker that I use indicates that the reader came from the grounds of the White House. Note, this does not mean that the President read my site. But it's possible that a high ranking official there wanted to know more about me. There was an earlier Coast Guard visit to my biography today by Coast Guard Base/Air Base Elizabeth City, North Carolina (IP 152.121.17.251) at 9:16:58 am Eastern Time.  I have noticed that often central locations come up for major cities. Yesterday I posted over a hundred readers that mapped to the Kremlin, but that doesn't mean that Putin reads my stuff. All I can say for sure there is that I have many readers in Moscow. One thing I'm certain about. If Obama ever reads all the articles that I have about him, he's not likely to become one of my fans or grant my family any research grants (let alone, place me in charge of NASA).

(2) On April 13, 2016 there were also two visit to ArkCode.com by IP addresses that traced to the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C. They are also noted on Figure 3. Both visits were to my article about Tachyon Time which deals with how to send a signal back in time. The article, left under construction almost 4 years ago back on 6/26/2012, mentions my son David. Note how it started:

This article is being written in June, 2012 as a challenge to “my know it all” son, David A. Roffman. David graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University at the age of 18 with a B.S. in space physics. He will start his physics PhD studies at the University of Florida in August, 2012. David is a skeptical young man, who (like most physicists today) hasn’t yet seen any convincing evidence of the theoretical faster-than light tachyons that I mentioned when I discussed the Bible Code on the History Channel (see Part 3 of this link).

Tachyons could be used to send a signal into the past.

Nor, despite his own verification of the math that I use for statistical analyses of Torah Code matrices, has David yet accepted the reality of the Torah Code. So, in this article, I will show what happens when the axis term TACHYON TIME is combined with the shortest transliteration of our family’s last name, ROFFMAN. This doesn’t mean that either the Torah Code or tachyons are currently proven. Rather, the article is a challenge my son to find out if tachyons are indeed part of the solution for what he seeks – the physical and mathematical rules for Creation. Should he indeed find the answer one day, then this article will serve as a reminder that God made tachyons and He foresaw their discovery first.

Now with David hopefully within about three months of completing his doctorate in physics, the challenge still remains. The 2012 article was left unfinished because to go any further I need his mathematical skills, and possibly his future experimental skills. David and I discussed the challenge again today. He is aware that for me to ever accept the possibility of sending signals back into time one of the following things likely must occur: (1) Tachyons have to be found to exist by respected physicists. (2) David, possibly as one those physicists, must send a signal to me, and of course (3) I have to detect and recognize that signal.

A difficulty for us is that if David is to have access to equipment possibly required to send such a signal, he probably needs to be hired by an organization like DARPA (The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), and if he is he is unlikely to be able to tell me about what he is doing at that time. But he may be permitted to send a signal back to me before he is hired. So here I am looking for one, and waiting. And in this day when I add military and capital to Table 1, I find myself getting a hit on my biography from a military IP address on White House grounds, and two other hits from DHS in the capital on my article about tachyon time. So, perhaps, this is the beginning of a pattern that will (at some point) confirm the possibility of sending signals back into the past. But don't hold your breath for me to publish final results. Such a discovery would have enormous military implications. All technology can be used for good and for evil. As for my military friends at the top of the chain of command, if you are intrigued by all this, my son will need a job when he graduates this summer. The best way to control what is possible from all this is to offer him a job (six figures please) and then get him to sign a nondisclosure letter. Will David accept? Well this is a Coast Guard family. That hit from the White House today was from a Coast Guard IP address. Our motto is Semper Paratus - Always Prepared. And as for me - well I don't need a job. But if any of my research is appreciated by the power structure, then don't just send me Facebook invitations with parts of my Mars research attached. Let's quit the teasing and get to work together. 

THE RULES FOR WHO GETS RECORDED AT OUR WEB SITES. Let me make the tracking procedures for my web sites quite clear. If you come to ArkCode.com and you are not using a military IP address, a NASA IP address, a U.S. Government IP address, or an address that traces to the Kremlin, I will not look you up. If your address includes .mil, .gov, or .ru, I will look at who you are. Normally, if you are a .mil person, I will not record it. The only way your address will likely be partially recorded is if you are using a NASA computer. I generally don't record the full IP address because I don't want to get NASA folks fired (possible exception - Mars Science Laboratory REMS Team members who knowingly publish false Martian weather data).
