TWO GENERALS ARE ENCODED WITH SIGNAL FROM FUTURE

The segment of Figure 1 with a white background has been presented to my readers before. I will repeat the story behind it below, but it basically describes an incident that took place on August 1, 2016 when an agent with a background from the Fort Huachuca Army Intelligence Base in Arizona tracked me to the Port Canaveral, Florida Public Library. His first name was JOSEPH. Although he spelled his second name for me I only show the first 4 letters of the 5-letter name here to protect his identity. The name starts with the word SAPPHIRE and it ends with a vowel letter. For purposes of this article he will be referred to as JOSEPH SAPPHIRE. The axis term is SIGNAL FROM FUTURE. Odds against the part of the matrix with a white background are about 95.856 billion to 1. Three new terms were found on 6/4/2021. They are (General) MILLEY, (Major General POTTER (Commanding Officer of Fort Huachuca until a recent transfer to the Pentagon), and SECRET at skip +1. Although the matrix increased in area from 152 letters to 528 letters, there was only one finding of POTTER at a special case skip in Torah and total odds against the matrix grew to about 458 trillion to 1.

THE INCIDENT LEADING TO FIGURE 1.  On August 1, 2016 I drove my son’s car from my home in Cape Canaveral, Florida to Wells Fargo to pay my mortgage, and then went on to the Cape Canaveral Public Library to return at least one book, and check out another. When I parked there was no other vehicle anywhere nearby. I was inside for not more than 5 minutes. When I came out a man had parked his car 2 spaces left of mine. He was not coming inside the library, but was in fact standing to the right of his car, essentially blocking access to the vehicle that I was using. He seemed to be waiting for me (see the location on Figure 1). 

       Joseph made sure to tell me his full name twice, spelling it for me the second time which was wise because I didn't quite get it right the first time. While I gave him my card, which reads LT Barry S. Roffman, USCG-Retired, Martian Meteorology Research along with included images of Mars as well as my phone numbers and web sites, he did not have a card for me. With respect to my card, he asked me if he could keep it. Frankly I found that a bit odd. His reaction to the card was almost akin to what would be expected if I were handing him a historical document.  He also indicated that he had an interest in meteorology.

       Joe said he lived near the NSA in Maryland, but denied working for them although Army Intel might be a possibility since the Army Intelligence Base at Fort Huachuca, Arizona has read all my web sites at least once per week since November, 2014 when I started keeping records.  Again, probably the strangest thing about the incident was that he seemed to know of the book that I had just checked out.  On Figure 1 above the axis term is SIGNAL FROM FUTURE. JOSEPH is on the first line. His second name, here cut short at SAPPHIRE, is on the next line down at skip +1 (SAPPHIRE is in the open text in conjunction with urim). The author of the book that Joseph caught me with, G. BEAR is at skip +1 three lines under SAPPHIRE. Go down another three lines and there is the word for BOOK at skip +1. THE PLAGUE is at skip +1. All of this was found in 136 letters against odds of more than 17 million to 1.

       If I expanded it to 152 letters I picked REICH at skip -1 CONTROLLER at skip +1 (COLD as part of it) and ROCK at the skip of the axis term. Germans supposedly experimented with time travel and many of their scientists were moved the U.S. under Operation Paperclip. Allegedly, as part of a secret Fourth REICH, they aimed at getting control of our Government. They may have been aided by coming into contact with Craig Ebrahimi’s meteorite. According to Dr. Elaine Humphrey at the University of Victoria in Canada the ROCK pulses COLD. This may because it has viral properties. Dr. Jerzi Sawicki (who works with Dr. Humphrey) agrees with me that there is a potential that the meteorite is infected because of its very cold temperature and its temperature variations with water condensing on the main rock when it has been at room temperatures for months. Odds against the 152-letters matrix are about 95.8 billion to 1. While my initial encounter with SAPPHIRE was before COVID-19 hit us, Fort Huachuca, has not only closely followed everything that I have written about moving information through time, but they have also more than once (whether by intent or accident) provided me with information about the probable or confirmed future. SAPPHIRE showed too damn much information about my life and the life of my son, David. Included in that knowledge was apparently the exact moment that I would arrive at the library and what book that I would check out (Slant by Greg BEAR: topics nanotechnology and artificial intelligence). I had never heard of the BOOK before spotting it on the shelf while SAPPHIRE was  (unknown to me) waiting for me in the parking lot outside. Yes, SAPPHIRE could have known that my son had, two weeks earlier, earned his PhD in physics with a thesis on nanotechnology, but (without time manipulation equipment)  he couldn't have known that David would master artificial intelligence five months later while doing his post doc at Yale. David was not yet in contact with Yale.

        The word CONTROLLER is at skip +1. The enormous question here is Who is the CONTROLLER? The 2-letter Hebrew for WHO preceeds CONTROLLER. What I think I saw on August 1, 2016 was an enormous display of technology. I was in the library for such a short period of time that it was almost like Sapphire's car materialized before me. Could Sapphire have been the CONTROLLER? Perhaps, but he seemed more like a user. There are two other power players on the matrix - Lieutenant General POTTER, but this was about four years before she took over command of Fort Huachuca, and General Mark MILLEY, now Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but then Chief of Staff of the Army. Whoever the CONTROLLER is, over time it seemed obvious that He (or It) was leaving clues as to His identity.  Did he have my car bugged to follow me? No, I was driving David's which I had just brought back from the University of Florida, and no bug was visible on an oil change. He could have tracked me via my cell phone. But that would not explain how he knew to start a conversation about nanotechnology and A.I. a minute after I checked out a book about them, and he did not follow me out of the library - he was waiting for me outside where he was blocking the entrance to my car.

        I  think Sapphire is Army Intel. We discussed an article that I had up about Hillary Clinton and Edward Snowden. The artwork included an image of Clinton with the question Wanted for president?  Next to it was a photo of Snowden with the words Wanted for treason? I part ways with many in our Intelligence community here. I think Hillary was guilty of treason for how she handled e-mail and should be imprisoned for it. I think Snowden was a hero and brought about much needed reform in how the NSA treats our citizens. There is another article about him at President Snowden? He is reshaping our law even now.

              So how does all this relate to JOSEPH SAPPHIRE? One of the first readers for the Clinton/Snowden story had an IP address for the Lincoln Technical Institute. Their street address is 9325 Snowden River Parkway, Columbia, Maryland. The reverse IP address for them is at Fort Huachuca, an Army Intel base in Arizona. I mentioned this to Joe, but I mispronounced the name of the fort - calling it HU-A-CHU-CA. He corrected me, telling me that HUA was one syllable. I asked him how he knew and he informed me that he was based there for three years. I told him that some of the IP addresses of my readers came up on the South Lawn of the White House, but I assumed that was just a generic point on the Google map for Washington. He immediately informed me that the South Lawn was where Marine One, the President's helicopter landed. Again I asked him about how he knew that and he claimed to work with the chopper at the White House for four years! As for Fort Huachuca, they visit here so often that I have an article up about them on this site entitled Fort Huachuca, Spies, MARS, and a Little Martian Humor. Craig Ebrahimi put Laura Potter on his list in March, 2020. At the time she was a 2-star Major General. She was later promoted to a 3-star Lieutenant General and transferred to the Pentagon. When COVID-19 was at its worst, POTTER was the C.O. at Huachuca. POTTER is the most significant a priori term on the matrix. And, THE PLAGUE is also there at skip +1.

       The conversation (or interview, if that was what it was) with Joe was not all entirely friendly. At one point he heard about how I was challenging NASA. I told him that I had published the names of scientists from the U.S., Netherlands, Canada, Belgium, (West) Germany, Taiwan, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Scotland, France, and Sweden as well as from the Soviet Union and its Warsaw Pact ally Poland who had met in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan at the Third International Conference of Nondestructive Testing in March, 1960. I have seen evidence that this group was apparently trying to figure out how to counter the technology that was recovered at the Roswell Incident. It was at this point that Joe told me he had heard about someone like me who had his computer impounded by the Government who then loaded child pornography on it. They then prosecuted him for the porno. Joe said the man never owned a computer again. I took his story as a personal warning that Joe's bosses were not loyal to the Constitution, but  its purpose might have been merely to test me.

       My response wasn't friendly. Joe said he was a Catholic. I told him about what I did to the Catholic Church after they baptized my older son against his will, and against mine. I forced them to change their doctrine and annul the baptism. Think I'm kidding? The press made it sound like they did me a favor. Actually, they gave me what I wanted because I was suing them for six million dollars, and they knew I would win. See the Release from Liability.  Note: the boy in question went on to earn an MIT geophysics degree, but despite initial orders to Space Command, he entered the Air Force as an Orthodox rabbi in the chaplain corps. My point in bringing up the custody battle was that I'm a bad guy to piss off and I don't back off from a fight. I often find Huachuca on my site reading the story of how I whopped the Vatican. That was the low point in the discussion, but it improved a lot from there - perhaps when we discussed the potential misuse of nanotechnology and/or AI. We spoke about people who claim that AI is a threat to human survival. Examples:

(1) ELON MUSK who said “I think we should be very careful about artificial intelligence. If I had to guess at what our biggest existential threat is, it’s probably that. He went on to say “With artificial intelligence we are summoning the demon. In all those stories where there’s the guy with the pentagram and the holy water, it’s like – yeah, he’s sure he can control the demon. Doesn’t work out.”

(2) STEPHEN HAWKING said, I think the development of full artificial intelligence could spell the end of the human race. Once humans develop artificial intelligence it would take off on its own and design itself on an ever increasing rate. "Humans, who are limited by slow biological evolution, couldn't compete and would be superseded."

(3) BILL GATES. "Humans should be worried about the threat posed by artificial Intelligence," Bill Gates has said. The Microsoft founder said he didn't understand people who were not troubled by the possibility that AI could grow too strong for people to control.

        It's also possible that the conversation took a friendlier turn when I emphasized that David would like to work for DoD, and be willing to sign a nondisclosure letter. Of course he is, like me, already fully aware of what is going on behind the scenes, but he isn't as combative in nature as I am. Since I wrote this David has found a very good job working on the tool (Ion Chamber Profiler or ICP) that calibrates linear accelerators for a private company, but for reasons that I won't go into here, it's obvious that DoD is never very far away from what he does. Note that Stephen Hawking once said that particle accelerators are the closest things to time machines. If DoD wants David to work on anything related to time I would suggest that they should offer his current employer a contract related to it. David bought a new house in 2018 not too far from us and he has no desire to work full time up north. He is, however, willing to travel and he needs secure communications, something that I suspect L-3 or CACI can help him with. But David is also aware of the porno threat made. He's not willing to work for anyone not loyal to our Constitution or anyone loyal to the Fourth Reich.

       When my encounter with Joe ended I asked him to contact me if he had any questions. At first he said he wouldn't, but then he changed his mind and said he might. As I drove away I noticed that his car had Maryland plates. He did not, while in my view, leave the area in the space next to the right of his car. He certainly did not make any attempt that I could see to enter the library. Based on that my son and I have had discussions about the relative difficulty of moving a signal back in time vs. opening a wormhole large enough for a person. On this issue, physics aside, I would point out that the axis term on Figures 1 is SIGNAL FROM FUTURE (not PERSON from future), however on Figure 2 below I can place SAPPHIRE in a 55-letter box with TIME COP or TIME POLICEMAN as the axis term. Is it possible that people can travel to our time from the future? There are five times that PEOPLE FROM THE FUTURE occurs at an ELS. Spelled alef vav mem hey mem ayin tav yud dalet, the phrase is found at skips +7826, +35097, -103558, +109523 and -114350 but there are no good matches with SAPPHIRE. The only moderately interesting match was between the ELS at skip +109523 (ELS rank 4) and EBRAHIMI at skip +1. This match (factoring in ELS rank 4 of the axis term) was found in 99 letters against odds of about 769 to 1. However, it's easier for me to believe that if there's a time traveler involved here, it's SAPPHIRE rather than EBRAHIMI. I didn't see anything that made me think the source of Figure 1 was an alien. If not written by God (who I do not rule out), the Author was or will likely be a Military Intelligence source with incredible A.I. skills.

 Craig Ebrahimi is supposedly an Iranian-born Canadian. On January 26, 2020 he sent me an email in which he claimed to be in possession of an alien embryo. He invited me to fly (from Florida) to his home in Sooke, British Colombia to investigate his meteorite. I warned him of the potential for his find to cause a pandemic and then I told him that I do (unpaid) freelance intelligence for Fort Huachuca, Arizona. He wanted to sell his 27-pound rock. I went on to notify Fort Huachuca of the potential hazard of his find (which had some viral properties). On March 27, 2020 about two hours before Craig claimed to be an alien himself, he sent me a list of people that he was attempting to get to back his research. The list is as follows:

       Note that the last name is actually Lieutenant General Laura POTTER, who was at the time the commanding officer at Fort Huachuca. While I have no knowledge of any communications between Ebrahimi and the General, I am certain that she would be aware of who he is and who I am because the Fort tracks everything I write (especially about them) and I maintain detailed records of articles about Ebrahimi and how I think he shipped the virus causing Covid-19 to the Center for Infectious Disease Control in Tianjin, China. I also maintain detailed records of what Fort Huachuca reads on my web sites. General POTTER is not the only flag officer on Figure 1 at the absolute skip of the SIGNAL FROM FUTURE. General MILLEY is also so recorded. MILLEY is the only person on Figure 1 who has ever contacted me. His Facebook Friend Request in December, 2016 was downright weird. It is simply fired the Abstract to our Mars Correct Basic Report back at me  - with no comment. The Report basically says that everything the Government tells us about Martian weather is a lie. Unfortunately I failed to capture his contact properly with a printscreen showing his words, but Figure 3 documents my reply to him. The comment about my son attending the Navy's nuclear power school turned out to be untrue because severe eye floaters kept him from passing the physical exam.
