LEAKER VINDMAN, WHISTLE-BLOWER CIARAMELLA, SCHIFF, PUTIN & THE DEEP STATE.

       This article is based largely on the testimony of LT. COL. Alexander VINDMAN during the impeachment hearings held on 11/20.2019. During this hearing it became apparent that Vindman was the leaker to whistle-blower Eric CIARAMELLA, who's name serves as the axis term on Figure 1.  He is in the column next to CIARAMELLA, parallel to him, but at twice the skip of the leaker. Both murmured against and brought a false report against the President. In the open text is DO NOT UTTER A FALSE REPORT. So is MURMURED AGAINST. There was a lot of discussion about the President's attorney, Rudy Giuliani. RUDY is at the same skip as CIARAMELLA. PRESIDENT is at skip +1. In this arena the Russians are our enemy. There is an ELS of RUSSIAN on the matrix which is crossed by I WILL MAKE OF YOU A NATION A NATION MIGHTIER AND GREATER THAN THEY. The whistle-blower, CIARAMELLA, is likely in panic now that his name has leaked by Donald Trump, Jr. There is an ELS of LEAKER on the matrix, and PANIC in the open text shares a letter hey with CIARAMELLA.

       Figure 2 is based on an article from the Center for Security Policy published on November 2, 2019. The axis term is the same ELS of CIARAMELLA. The matrix is similar to that on Figure 1 but the focus is shifted down and RUDY is not shown because the matrix becomes too large for many terms to remain significant. We still have VINDMAN, DO NOT UTTER A FALSE REPORT, LEAKER, PANIC, KIEV, and PRESIDENT. But the word shown for RUSSIAN is stronger than that shown in Figure 1 because on Figure 2 it's at a special case skip (-1) against odds of about 41.9 to 1. Further there is a word for AGENT but it is not at a special case skip and it had about a 91% chance to be on the matrix. The latter two words are closer to CIARAMELLA than VINDMAN, but caution calls for investigation into whether both traitors are in fact working for the Russians to sew havoc in America. There is also a word for TO GOSSIP that touches CIARAMELLA, and shares a letter lamed with PANIC.  Four key words were individually easier to find anywhere on the 1,050-letter matrix than calling a coin toss correctly. They are KIEV, PANIC, TO GOSSIP, and AGENT. However, while by my protocol I use the 1,050-letter area for a standard probability calculation, I would point out to my friends in the Intel community that it only takes 187 letters to show them all with the whistle-blower CIARAMELLA. The area is 385 letters (35 columns by 11 rows) if we include RUSSIAN, PRESIDENT and DO NOT UTTER A FALSE REPORT.

      Which matrix has the most significant odds? Figure 1 with VINDMAN was found against odds of about VINDMAN was found against odds of about 103,359,552 to 1. The full Figure 2 with VINDMAN but without RUDY was found against odds of about 81,702,912 to 1. The part of Figure 2 with a white background without VINDMAN was found against odds of about 43,705,587 to 1. 

LIEUTENANT COLONEL (LTC) VINDMAN'S CHARTACTER (or  lack thereof). During the impeachment hearings Republican counsel Steve Castor questioned  Mr. Tim Morrison about Vindman's judgement. He indicated that Vindman was supected of leaking. Morrison (Vindman's boss) was concerned that Vindman did not keep him in the loop. Vindman violated the chain of command in going to lawyers without Morrison.  Vindman was then upset that he was cut out of a Ukraine trip. The transcript for these issues is here. Search for Vindman and you can read what Congressman Nunes and Morrison, the former senior director for European affairs at the National Security Council had to say to each other about Vindman.

       Elsewhere, LTC Jim Hickman , an Army officer, said that Vindman has a history of ridiculing America in front of Russian military officers. LTC Alexander Vindman, a naturalized US citizen born in Ukraine, made fun of his adoptive nation to Russian army officers in 2013, according to retired Army LTC Jim Hickman.

       “Do not let the uniform fool you,” Hickman said of Vindman in a series of Twitter posts, “he is a political activist in uniform.” House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff calls Vindman a hero and had him testify as part of the attempt to impeach President Trump. Vindman, on active duty, gave testimony described as short on facts and long on personal opinions. Vindman was detailed from the Pentagon to Trump’s National Security Council staff in 2018 as a Ukraine and Russia expert. He was on Trump’s July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

       “I know LTC Alex Vindman from a Combined US-Russian exercise called Atlas Vision [13] in Grafenwoher, [Germany],” Hickman said. “He worked with the Russian Embassy and I was assigned to the JMTC (Joint Multinational Training Command), within USAREUR (US Army Europe). Hickman witnessed the incident firsthand and says he verbally reprimanded Vindman. Other witnesses were present. “He was apologetic of American culture, laughed about Americans not being educated or worldly, and really talked up Obama and globalism to the point of uncomfortable,” Hickman said about Vindman.

       “He would speak with the Russian soldiers and laugh as if at the expense of the US personnel,” Hickman said.

       “It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional, one of the GS [civil service] employees came and told me everything. I walked over and sat within earshot of Vindman, and sure enough, all was confirmed.

       “One comment truly struck me as odd, and it was with respect to American’s falsely thinking they’re exceptional, when he said, ‘He [Obama] is working on that now.’ And he said it with a snide ‘I know a secret’ look on his face. I honestly don’t know what it meant, it just sounded like an odd thing to say,” according to Hickman.

       Bashed America ‘in front of subordinates’ and ‘Russians’

      “Regardless, after hearing him bash America a few times in front of subordinates, Russians, and GS Employees, as well as hearing an earful about globalization, Obama’s plan, etc., I’d had enough,” Hickman recalled.  “I tapped him on the shoulder and asked him to step outside. At that point I verbally reprimanded him for his actions, and I’ll leave it at that, so as not to be unprofessional myself,” said Hickman. “The bottom line is LTC Vindman was a partisan Democrat at least as far back as 2012. So much so, junior officers and soldiers felt uncomfortable around him,” Hickman said. “This is not your professional, field-grade officer, who has the character & integrity to do the right thing.”

        In view of his character and remarks the Soviet-born Vindman should be treated as a potentual Russian agent until proven otherwise. He should not be placed in a position that requires a security clearance until it can be positively proven that he is not guilty of high treason.

       Figure 3 below doesn't show Ciaramella or Vindman. It was sought to see how PUTIN relates to the DEEP STATE. It also hows that Adam SCHIFF who (in an insane manner) has been running the impeachment hearings in the House of Representatives is at the same absolute skips as PUTIN and DEEP STATE. Also at this skip is FROM BUSH. Elsewhere  on the matrix is BUSH  SIN at skip +1. Neither of the Bush Presidents seem to be involved in the current impeachment fiasco. So why show them? Notice that on the cartoon by Ben Garrison that I included for Figure 3 (and Figure 5 below) there is a turtle labelled THE BUSHES. The senior President Bush first served as CIA Director. As I discuss elsewhere on this site, frequent speculation about Bush Sr. is that he controlled the UFO coverup, supposedly telling President-elect Carter that Carter didn't have a need to know about it even though Carter claimed to see a UFO with his own eyes.  PUTIN touches BARACK. On the same line at skip -1 is BARACK H, PRESIDENT in the open text and KERRY at skip +1.  Figure 3 was found against odds of about 1,749,886 to 1.

         Figure 4 is still based on the same ELS of CIARAMELLA at skip 72,035. It was sought to learn whether it was worth extending down Figures 1 and 2 further to show VOLKER at the same absolute skip as CIARAMELLA and RUDY. Odds against the matrix were a little over 108 to 1 (just for the parallel terms including VINDMAN). While odds against VOLKER at the same absolute skip were about 39 to 1, to show it would so devalue terms right of CIARAMELLA and VINDMAN that it was not worth the effort to check. Including it would simple make Figures 1 and 2 too large.

       Who is Kurt Volker? He worked in a volunteer capacity as the U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine until his resignation on September 27, 2019.^[3][4]  On November 19, 2019, Volker testified before the U.S. House of Representatives during a public hearing, during which he corrected or reversed statements made in his closed hearing, regarding mention of investigations, stating instead that Sondland "made a generic comment about investigations," which Volker and others found "inappropriate."^[41][42] He had previously said that he was not aware of any link between investigations (into Hunter Biden and the Ukrainian role in the U.S. 2016 Presidential election) and a White House visit.^[43] On November 21, 2019, David Holmes, who serves as head of political affairs in the US Embassy in Ukraine, described Volker, as well as Sondland and U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry as “The Three Amigos” who ran the Ukraine campaign with Trump and Giulani.^{[44][45][46][47]}

Extract of and comments on WHAT IS THE DEEP STATE by the cartoon artist Ben Garrison

       What is the The ‘Deep State?’ or shadow government. Ben Garrison writes that it features agencies that have been allowed to accrue way too much power and scope under little oversight. In other words, he says, we allowed a monster to be created.

       What is the Deep State? Garrison thinks it consists of the Illuminati who control vast fortunes. It includes the central bankers, the Bilderbergs, the CFR, and the spy agencies that illegally track and record Americans. They want power and control through collectivism. It’s the beast that wants bring about the New World Order. It’s the creature that Eisenhower tried to warn us about. It’s the entity that took out Kennedy when he tried to stop them. Since then, we’ve had too many presidents who were elected under the tacit approval of the Deep State. The possible exception was Ronald Reagan, and he wasn’t the same after he was shot by Hinckley.

       Aside from the bumbling Carter and Ford, Garrison says what we mostly got since Kennedy were corrupt Deep State criminals posing as presidents. LBJ was a murderer who sent 50,000 soldiers to their death in an invented war in Vietnam. The Bushes cast us into middle eastern sand traps. The Deep State grew ever-stronger and raked in our tax dollars. Sometimes they steal it out right. (Remember the $6.5 trillion missing from the Pentagon?) We got the Bush and Clinton dynasties. Daddy Bush was a former CIA man who helped further the New World Order and the Deep State. Obama gave the Deep State even more power and its shadow grew longer.

       Then Trump arrived and the Deep State did their best to thwart him. Trump is a populist and a nationalist. He doesn’t want open borders. He defeated Hillary, the Deep State’s choice. Trump is an anathema to the globalist Deep State and they are still trying to take him down. Therefore, they concocted a ludicrous narrative that Russia aided Trump and ‘hacked the election.’ Instead of locking up Hillary, they invented grandiose lies and reverse McCarthyism. They are out to impeach Trump. Garrison warns that this could lead to civil war (and I have published similar warnings bcaked by the Torah Code including a warning about what would happen if Michelle Obama got elected President).

       Snowden told us the Deep State was real and now there’s no doubt whatsoever. Even McCain complained President Trump was a threat to their New World Order. Garrison wrote that it’s not the stuff of tinfoil conspiracy—it’s real and it’s a threat to our Republic. Trump may be our last, best chance to drain the Deep State swamp.

       I largely agree with Garrison. But there are two other players that need to be considered. One is the Vatican, and the other pertains to aliens, if they are really here (and I have evidence that they do).

THE DEEP STATE AND ET. The Roswell incident in 1947 was real. Our military said it had found a crashed flying saucer, only to change their story to indicate that it really wasn't a flying saucer. Rather, it was a "weather balloon." Many of our current politicians use a false anger at Russia to make themselves seem patriotic later, but the Roswell link just given reveals what is really going on since at least 1960. Let me be brief and explain why NASA and our Department of Defense (DoD) track very closely who goes to the last link. The link includes some of the Proceedings of the Third International Conference on Nondestructive Testing in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan in March, 1960. I just show who was there. One member was my uncle. Look for Roffman. But before he died at the age of 93 he insisted that I read who else was there. Besides people from Wright Patterson Air Force Base and Los Alamos National Laboratory where Roswell wreckage was allegedly taken for analysis; there are three Russian scientists listed (Dr. Alexander D. Ivanov - an engineer at the Radio Research Institute in Leningrad, Prof. Dr. Mikhael N. Mikheev - Director, Physics Metal Institute, Moscow, and Pavel G. Mikhnevitch - and an engineer at the All Union Material Institute in Moscow) one Polish scientist (Prof. Dr. Ignacy Malecki - Director, Institute of Basic Technical Problems, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw). Poland, like its Warsaw Pact Soviet partner was then hostile to America. This was only 2 months before Russia shot down an American U-2 spy plane over Russia. It was at the height of the Cold War. But everyone there was present to learn how to fight another, greater common enemy - an alien one. The DEEP STATE matches up well with PUTIN as was shown on Figure 3 because although we jockey with Russia for open control of this world, we are allied in space when it comes to dealing with a civilization which has no qualms about taking humans as hostage for their genetic needs and experimentation. An uneasy truce likely exists with respect telling the world about all this because the military industrial complex that President Eisenhower warned us about profits from alien-derived technology. 

       As for the Vatican, see the 7 matrices that I have in my Deep State & Vatican article. As the Vatican has done almost nothing to stop the rape of countless alter boys in churches around the world, it knows that its core doctrine is dead wrong. It's concern lies not with what happens to people being abducted, but with preservation of their wealth and power via a bait and switch theology. On May 14, 2008 the New york Times published:

VATICAN CITY — The Vatican's chief astronomer says there is no conflict between believing in God and in the possibility of extraterrestrial "brothers" perhaps more evolved than humans. "In my opinion this possibility exists," said the Reverend José Gabriel Funes, head of the Vatican Observatory and a scientific adviser to Pope Benedict XVI, referring to life on other planets.

       What we are seeing with the likes of Vindman, Pelosi, Ciaramell, Schiff, Nadler, and even the Bushes is only the tip of a very complex iceberg. I have been priviledged to be able to understand much of it, and with the help of the Torah Code and other software I constantly track the Intellgence personnel who track me to get a better picture of how the many diverse pieces of this puzzle come together. I think I've ot a fairly complete portrait of it all including aspects that relate to sending signals through time, but until or unless Fort Huachuca quits playing with me and brings me in as a full partner with their research, I can never be sure.
