Fetch? Did Fort Huachuca, UK MOD or China throw a stick from the future?

Attention Fort Huachuca: There's some sinister aspects to the report shown as Figure 2. The reverse IP starting at the 6 before the decimal (6.110.236.42) points to you although the full foward IP of 42.236.110.106 points to changing cities in China, first Chifeng and later Xinxiang 1,038 km away. A related reverse IP showed the U.K. MoD. But what caught my attention at first looked like the sense of humor that I've come to expect from you unless someone is trying to establish a link in time. I refer to the number of seconds that a reader was online at my site: 1,563,287,094 seconds! That converts to 49.57 years which is longer than the Internet has been around. If not a Huachuca joke or a computer error the only way to see such a figure would be to transmit part of the report from the future.

       I note that HUAWEIE (at the heart of the current U.S. - China Trade War) comes up on the report as does http://www.baidu.com/. They, like you, have a mars acronym. In your case MARS is the only U.S. Army Military Affiliate Radio System in the world. Baidu has MARS虚拟机（Memory Array RedCode Simulator). Core War is a 1984 programming game created by D. G. Jones and A. K. Dewdney in which two or more battle programs (called "warriors") compete for control of a virtual computer. These battle programs are written in an abstract assembly language called Redcode.

       I thought a joke played by a Huachuca rogue agent might make sense until I saw how Brookhaven and the UK MOD fit in. Their presence here (combined with the possible Chinese readership) tends to lend credence to the idea that at a minimum DoD has a capability to receive information from the future. Along these lines, as you know, I think that I have developed some ability via the Torah Code. I've tried to put out all of my methods on this site to ensure that DoD also will have this capability or the ability to improve on it. This doesn't mean that I approve of all Government or DoD behavior. But it does mean that despite your faults, protection of this nation and its principles as laid out in the Constitution are my highest priorities. My abilities and efforts center around how to read information sent back in time. If you want to do more than just deciphering what has been sent back then it would help if you would enlist my son, Dr. David Roffman (Ph. D, physics), into the effort but you're going to have to convince him that your motives are proper.

BROOKHAVEN NATIONAL LABORATORY GOES SNOOPING ON MY COMPUTER.

       There are five terms that appear on Figure 3 at the same absolute skip of 72,143 letters. They are axis term BROOKHAVEN, ROFFMAN, ADDRESS, SAME and INTELLIGENCE. At skip +1 is DISASTER. At skip -1 is a second word for INTELLIGENCE plus a very high frequency (low significance) word for DECEITFUL.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 3.  As per my usual protocol, no statistical significance was assigned to the axis term, here the 4th lowest skip of BROOKHAVEN at the spelling shown in unwrapped or wrapped Torah. However, for the V in Brookhaven it's possible to use a vet rather than a vav in Hebrew, and if I allowed for that spelling then we would only have this matrix at the 8th lowest skip for Brookhaven. When in doubt, it's my policy to go conservative and so at the end of the probability calculation you can see on the spreadsheet that I opted to divide the combined odds value by 8 rather than 4. Let's look at the key words for with special case skips (+/- 1 or the skip of the axis term). The most significant a priori key word found was ADDRESS. Before adjustments for ELS rank 8 of the axis term, it was found at a special case skip against odds of about 242 to 1. That's of interest because the whole point of the matrix is that Brookhaven was dishonestly using my IP address  (and the UK Minister of Defense took over for them). The next most significant term was my name, ROFFMAN which was found against odds of about 121 to 1. These odds were calculated based on spelling my last name with only 4 letters (resh feh mem nun, as my cousin spells it), or with 5 letters (resh vav feh men nun) as it's spelled on my Hebrew documents (things like my marriage license). SAME was found at a special case skip against odds of about 3.53 to 1. In part because of my concern about the potential misuse of time travel technology, but also because of the dangers of a national lab misusing my research, I sought DISASTER and found it in the open text and found it against odds of about 97 to 1. For INTELLIGENCE I found it a special case skip (that of the axis term) against odds of about 8.72  to 1. But I also found another synonym of INTELLIGENCE at skip -1, again against odds of about 8.72 to 1.

            There are two other terms on the matrix that are not statistically significant. They are DECEITFUL and BOSON. At first glance BOSON looks intriguing because it touches BROOKHAVEN, but in Hebrew the S for some reason becomes a Z (zayin), and even if I stick with an S (samech or shin) there was a 94% chance to get the word someplace on the matrix. DECEITFUL had about an 80% chance to be at a special case skip. The reason that the probability is so high is that in a forward direction the letters mean said. That's a pretty common word in Torah.

         Overall, after dividing combined odds by 8, this matrix was found against odds of about 127 million to 1.

FIRST BROOKHAVEN NATIONAL LABORATORY CLIMBS UP MY BACKSIDE, NOW THE UNITED KINGDOM MINISTRY OF DEFENSE IS SNIFFING AROUND THERE! Yes England I have used an Alfred E. Neuman portrait of Napoleon to represent your military, and yes I know that you spell DEFENSE with a C instead of an S, but this is war. Don't expect mercy from me, just humor. As for you Fort Huachuca, yes I have long known that you control my host and two that I tried to hire to correct that.      

       Evidently my IP address has changed over the past two years. The following information is based on the reverse IP of the visitor address. 97.103.164.25 is supposed to be me, but the times and articles listed do not (and could not) match what was viewed by me. Clearly these articles were accessed the reverse IP (25.164.103.97) which is the UK MOD. This behavior matches what Brookhaven was doing in 2018. While they listed 97.103.164.25 as Cocoa Beach, Florida, that's a few blocks away. The real reverse IP at 97.103.164.25 is in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and it's my home. The IP trackers sometimes show my home as Cocoa Beach, and at other times get it right as Cape Canaveral. On the list of articles below I have looked up the URL of the articles listed and added a brief description of what each is about. Keep in mind that one day has 86,400 seconds. I shut down my computer several times every day and all night, so indications that an article has ben open continously for hundreds of thousands or millions of seconds do not relate to anything that I looked at on July 9, 2019 or any other day. Note that two of the articles are about a time machine or time control. Torah Code matrices that are predictive have evidently been sent back in time. How that happened is either what my Government readers want to know, or hide.

Summary: I don't list my findings by Tweet. I don't put them on Facebook. The only place to go to find the thousands of matrices that I have found is on this site. Most of my readers these days are U.S. (or British) Intelligence or military. I know that every time that I tried to move my material to a new host the IP address offered could be traced to Fort Huachuca. This should bother me more than it does, however since the purpose of my starting Codes research in 1997 was to learn if it offered actionable intelligence information and to offer it to our Intelligence community, I'm not overly concerned. What would concern me would be if they ignored my findings. At a minimum that would suggest that my findings are not significant.

       To be sure there are disturbing aspects of the Torah Code. Knowing that it exists has not strengthened my faith. I am still an Orthodox Jew. I still keep kosher and I observe the Sabbath in an Orthodox manner. What's upsetting is to find the incredible detail encoded about events in our time, but then to realize that the Encoder has not stopped any of it. The Holocaust is a classic example. And yet, even in the open text, He warned us in Deuteronomy 31:16-18 about His lack of intervention: 

And the Lord said to Moses: “You are going to rest with your ancestors, and these people will soon prostitute themselves to the foreign gods of the land they are entering. They will forsake me and break the covenant I made with them. ¹⁷ And in that day I will become angry with them and forsake them; I will hide my face from them, and they will be destroyed. Many disasters and calamities will come on them, and in that day they will ask, ‘Have not these disasters come on us because our God is not with us?’ ¹⁸ And I will certainly hide my face in that day because of all their wickedness in turning to other gods.

       Is there a possibility here of foreign or alien gods causing us all to forsake God? Certainly. This site and other writings about the Code discuss possible alien Authorship of it and I consider authorship by an AI in the future, one that our military may be able to interface with. It is not years of research that leads me to say this. It is due to the interview of me that was conducted by a man (Joseph) associated with Fort Huachuca on August 1, 2016. I could lecture DoD here, but I'm a Jew with Chuzpah. Instead I'll close with some words of advice to God. If you are indeed our Father, You need to make Your Presence known. Too many people are ready to worship technology. It's addictive traits often threaten to destroy interpersonal relationships. Recently on a cruise I noticed that about a dozen college students were using a Jacuzzi. There were about as many guys as gals. But none of them were talking to each other, Instead, all were texting others - probably not even on the ship. So just how did the Code come to exist? Will the answer be found via physics or in the spiritual world? Time will tell and the Code will help us understand exactly what drives time.
