Philadelphia Energy Solutions Refinery Fire & Possible Sabotage

       On June 19, 2019 Lindsey Graham said, "If I were the president, I would tell the Iranians, if there's an attack on a ship or a pipeline or anything like that, we're going to blow up your oil refinery." Less than 48 hours later the sirens went off about 4 a.m. June 21, 2019 at the Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery. Seconds after the radio warning, the first of several explosions ripped through Unit 433, rattling the plant and lighting up the night sky. The fiery explosions (cause unknown) injured five workers, unnerved the city, and caused gas prices to spike on speculation of fuel shortages. By June 26, 2019 we learned that the refinery will close permanently, putting over a thousand people out of work. This article will look for possible connections to Arab-Owned Gulftainer operating the Port of Wilmington, the company’s Iranian ties, and their being the principle exporter of the Russian Club K Container Cruise Missile Weapons System. The nature of the radio warning needs clarification.

THE PHILDELPHIA OIL REFINERY EXPLOSION AND FIRE. Figure 1 raises the question of whether Iran has, in fact, used the Russian-built Club K Container Cruise Missile Weapon System (or just sabotage) to destroy the Philadelphia oil refinery while President Trump was contemplating how to get revenge for Iran shooting down our drone. In the last month Iran has attacked six oil tankers plus (via cruise missiles) Saudi oil facilities. They are trying to fight oil sanctions and drive up oil prices worldwide. With the 9-11 attacks most people who were watching the World Trade Center didn't realize it was a deliberate attack until the second tower was hit. Here too, if this was sabotage, the public may not realize that it was no accident unless a second refinery is hit, but President Trump may have had a warning before he cancelled the strike on Iran a few hours earlier. If he did it's unlikely that he would tell the world. Doing so would send the price of oil sky high, force us into war, and possibly ruin any plans that Israel may have for hitting Iran in the near future. UPDATE OF AUGUST 1, 2019: There was another major refinery fire outside of Houston on July 31, 2019. It injured 37 people. The cause was not immediately clear. Today there was another massive gas pipeline explosion in Kentucky that killed on person and injured at least five. Again the cause was not immediately known.

       On Figure 1 the axis term is PHILADELPHIA. At the same absolute skip is ATTACK. Above and in the same column as Philadelphia but at twice the skip of Philadelphia is MISSILE/ROCKET. At the same skip as MISSILE/ROCKET are OBAMA and SABOTEUR. CONTAINER is at skip +1 on the top line, PRESIDENT at skip +7 shares a letter yud with RUSSIAN. IRAN is at one skip more than Philadelphia. REFINER is at a non-special case skip. The area of the matrix with a white background is the operational section.  Why look for Obama? Because his Administration greased the skids for Gulftainer to get both Port Canaveral and the Port of Wilmington deals.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 1. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, which is PHILADELPHIA at its 2nd lowest ELS in wrapped Torah. The most significant a priori term is ATTACK which was found at the absolute skip of the axis term (before considering the ELS Rank of the axis term) on the full 1,020-letter matrix against odds of about 149 to 1. It's also on the 297-letter matrix with a white background against odds of about 513 to 1. The importance of this term is that it tells us that the incident in question was not likely due to a coincidental accident.

       On the full matrix the second most significant term is CONTAINER at skip +1 which is the best case skip. While it was found this way against odds of about 43 to 1, in order to show it I wound up with six terms that were easier to find than calling a coin toss correctly: ALTER, OBAMA, MISSILE/ROCKET, RUSSIAN, REFINER and SABOTEUR. That's not uncommon when you allow a matrix size larger than a thousand letters in area. So, it turns out, if we reduced the a priori terms from 11 to just 5 while reducing the area from 1,020 letters to 297, we wind up almost doubling the statistical value of the matrix. Now IRAN is on the matrix again odds of about 40 to 1, and the greatest traitor in world history (OBAMA) is here, parallel to PHILADELPHIA against odds of about 20 to 1. MISSILE/ROCKET is also here against odds of about 3.36 to 1. We have a nice matrix that tells us that PHILADELPHIA would suffer a MISSILE/ROCKET ATTACK planned by IRAN and facilitated by OBAMA. There was a RADIO warning. Had Obama been present at the skip of the frequency of the name at skips +/-1 and +/- 42,210  there would have been a total of just 3 hits. Instead, even though it's parallel to the axis term, I use the frequency determined by the Roffman Skip Formula and Roffman Skip Tables. As the spreadsheet indicates, that's 71 hits from skips 84420 to 84483.

         The area with a white background was found against odds of about 516,721 to 1. The full matrix was found against odds of about 292,637 to 1 which means that the expansion required to show it was not statistically justified.
