DOES GULFTAINER AT PORT CANAVERAL CONSTITUTE A THREAT?

          A friend of mine (Bob) recently wrote me to see if I was aware of a threat in my back yard at Port Canaveral. There's no threat there. The port is out my front door. Most of the vessels in it are cruise ships, but occasionally I spot a container ship. Bob asked me to investigate a 94-page report by Mary Fanning and Alan Jones entitled The Perfect Storm that states a company named Gulftainer operates Port Canaveral, Florida and that it's tied to terrorists who are also linked to the Obama Administration. On Figure 1 the axis term is GULFTAINER. At the same absolute skip (+/-81,459) are OBAMA, NUKE, THREAT, MISSILE, PERSIA, and USA. At skip +1 is YOUR WEAPONS touching GULFTAINER. At skip -1 is PORT-PLACED and CLINTON. The matrix exists against odds of about 25,474,899 to 1. Thanks Bob. Your query was well worth researching. In fact, it taught me a lot about the Deep State.

        The article in question points to a potential hazard of up to four Russian-made cruise missiles being smuggled into the United States in a container. So the first question is, How good is our container inspection program?  In a 2016 document put out by the Congressional Budget Office I found this:

Each year, about 12 million shipping containers enter U.S. ports. After the September 11, 2001, attacks, concern arose that terrorists might use containers to smuggle weapons of mass destruction—particularly nuclear weapons—into the country. To reduce that threat, the federal government implemented several security measures. Among them, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), an agency of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), scans every container entering the United States by sea or land to detect radiation. CBP also identifies about 5 percent of all incoming seaborne containers as high risk, and it inspects those containers with X-ray or gamma-ray imaging systems. The agency opens and examines containers if the images suggest that the cargo is potentially dangerous or does not match the manifest.

       While the scan system, like every other system, might be defeated, if it works the right way that means that it would be easier to smuggle in a non-nuclear weapon than a nuclear one. Of course, a cruise missile could target a nuclear power plant. Such a missile, if launched from inside our borders, would be difficult to detect or track and could be an enormous threat. The report identifies the threat as Russia’s Club-K container missile launch system. The cruise missiles in question have been used in combat.        The deeper that I look into this situation the more it becomes apparent that the Democrats (including Obama, the Clintons - see the UraniumOne deal shown encoded below in Figure 4, and other top democrats (Jack Lu) have, en masse, been guilty of helping hostile Islamic forces acquire nuclear weapons and access our nation through Port Canaveral and the Port of Wilmington, Delaware.        That none of this has reached televised news is concerning, but the government has long controlled which stories get to see the light of day and which never do. As an example of how controlled our press is on May 29, 2019 FoxNews.com published an article entitled Former US. Defense official: We know UFOs are real - here's why that's concerning. The leaker was Christopher Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. There were supposedly near daily interactions between Navy aircraft and these objects in 2014 and early 2015. Their speeds ranged from 5,000 miles per hour in the air performing acts “beyond the physical limits of a human crew,” and emitting "no visible engine or infrared exhaust plumes" to underwater speeds that were over 70 knots. That's twice that of a nuclear submarine (they were tracked by sonar by on the USS Princeton).  Yet, what is really astounding, is not that we are seeing these things. What is astounding is that almost no news agencies cover the stories. Likewise, the more I look into the story of bypassed security for our ports and massive corruption that made it possible, the more I see that the media has largely refused to report on it. My initial concern was that this story needs to be dealt with by U.S. Intel, and that was my purpose in pursuing related matrices. But the situation is analogous to the Brennan story. I did originally hear Fox News mention that he voted communist, but no other networks discuss it and Fox bypasses this fact now when they mention his constant treason and acts to attempt to overthrow our President. It seems like our one great hope is that William Barr will clean house in the FBI, but he will likely have to get rid of Director Wray to do so. I hope I'm wrong, but Brennan was in power long enough to compromise much of the CIA. I don't yet have any suggestions about who should lead the effort to salvage their reputation, but if there are any patriotic CIA types reading this article now the responsibilty to fight corruption becomes yours the moment you are aware of the problem.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURES 1 AND 2. Again, as per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here GULFTAINER. Figure 1 is based on ELS rank 4, Figure 2 is based on ELS rank 1. Both matrices spell GULFTAINER as gimel lamed fey tav alef yud nun resh, but I also checked for gimel lamed fey tav yud yud nun resh.

        Combined odds against Figure 1 were about 25,474,899 to 1. By far the most significant term was OBAMA which was found at a special case skip (that of the axis term) against odds of about 321 to 1. Odds against other terms found at the absolute skip of the axis term (NUKE, THREAT, MISSILE, PERSIA, and USA) varied from about 13 to 1 (PERSIA) down to about 2 to 1 (THREAT). WEAPONS and PORT were easier to find than calling a coin todd correctly, but CLINTON (4 spellings were checked) at a special case skip was found against odds of about 6 to 1. To include RUSSIA and CLUB K at skip -1 would have required an expansion of 28 columns to the right.

        Figure 2 was less significant than Figure 1. The area with a white background was found against odds of about 2,874,921 to 1. The most significant a priori term was ATOMIC.  It was found against odds of about 529 to 1. Next in significance was TRUMP. Two spellings were checked (tet and tav for the T). One was found against odds of about 151 to 1. Third in significance was MUELLER who was found in the 228-letter segment against odds of about 35.7 to 1, but it only took 18 letters to show GULFTAINER and MUELLER. The increase in area required to show COMEY and PORT was not justified statistically. It dropped combined odds against the matrix to 539,130 to 1. Figure 2 demonstrates that there is a link encoded between GULFTAINER, TRUMP, and MUELLER.

MUELLER IS NOT ONLY CORRUPT, HE IS A KEY CONSPIRATOR

       For much of the last two years there was reason to question the integrity of Mueller. He had hired an extremely pro-Clinton staff (see CLINTON on Figure 1), however he hadn't said anything to confirm reasonable suspicions. But weeks after release of the Mueller Report (which cleared the President of the collusion charge, but made no final recommendation about obstruction) we finally heard the man speak. As soon as he opened his mouth we saw that he was personally making an attempt to overthrow the President via an impeachment. While he lacked the guts to write that the President obstructed justice, he strongly implied it in his ill-chosen words which were aimed at getting Pelosi to start impeachment. In doing so he clearly demonstrated that he is corrupt. See the matrices on Figure 3 that lay it all out.

       As for my friends in the military and in particular those in intelligence, my initial impression is that some of the actions taken by the Trump Administration addressed the Gulftainer threat but were not entirely effective. Along these lines I found the following:

President Trump recently blocked the takeover of an important American strategic asset by a potentially hostile entity. He must do it again, now.

In March, Mr. Trump prevented Broadcom, a Singapore-based proxy for Communist China, from gaining control of its U.S. competitor, Qualcomm. Today, Gulftainer, a company based in the United Arab Emirates, is poised to take control of the strategically located port of Wilmington, Delaware.

Unless the President intervenes on national security grounds, the Delaware General Assembly will approve this transaction on Thursday. Then a company that is co-owned by the family of Saddam Hussein’s nuclear bomb-maker and a joint-venturer with a Russian enterprise that conceals cruise missile launchers in shipping containers will be cleared to operate the Port of Wilmington.

That company already runs Port Canaveral, Florida and Jacksonville, Galveston and Oakland are in its sights.

Mr. Trump, Just say “No.”

       That's what US Rep. Duncan D. Hunter, R-Calif. had to say five days earlier when he asked the Trump administration to block Gulftainer from acquiring a 50-year concession at the Port of Wilmington, Delaware, in the latest of a series of controversies over foreign investments in US ports. But by October 10, 2018 we read:

Gulftainer plan to quintuple Wilmington, Delaware Port

Gulftainer has big plans for its Wilmington, Delaware facility. And although port competition abounds, if lower costs and a quick rail or truck trip from Delaware to the New York-Washington, DC hinterlands ensue, shippers would no doubt take notice.

       What this tells us is that despite President Trump's desires, our container inspection program is not as good as it should be.  The Democrats are doing their best to undermine the President on every issue. Our entire security apparatus has likely been compromised. Those in our military who have not be corrupted must remain diligent and aware that weapons could have already slipped into our nation (especially while the Democrats ruled).

CALL FOR ACTION BY ATTORNEY GENERAL BARR AND LOYAL MEMBERS OF OUR MILITARY

       As noted above, those in our military who have not be corrupted must remain diligent and aware that weapons could have already slipped into our nation especially while the Democrats ruled. Frankly, the Democrats have gone so far to the left that serious thought ought to be given to keeping as many of them as possible from acquiring top secret clearances. The more socialist they become the more they constitute an existential threat to the nation. To openly pull their all their clearances may not possible. Rather what we may initially need is to staff clearance granting offices in Washington with personnel that are sensitive to the fact that there are growing reasons to be especially careful about giving high clearances to extremely active Democrats . Beyond that the President must be briefed about how far this has gone. Given the heavy infiltration of the FBI and CIA it may be that we need a new agency, possible led by Attorney General Barr, that can operate something like the Men in Black (if they don't already exist). Who else should we look at for a leadership postion? Possibly Rep. Duncan D. Hunter. He tried to stop the Wilmington deal. In checking on this man via Wikipedia I find two items of particular interest:

       (1) In 2017, the Department of Justice began a criminal investigation of Hunter for alleged campaign finance violations.^[1][2] In August 2018, Hunter and his wife were indicted on charges including conspiracy, wire fraud, and violating campaign finance laws.^[3]So is he a bad guy or was he being framed by a corrupt DOJ before Barr took over on February 14, 2019? My bet is that he is a good guy because:

       (2) After the September 11 attacks, Hunter joined the Marine Corps^. He was commissioned as a second lieutenant. He subsequently served as a field artillery officer in the 1st Marine Division after the 2003 invasion of Iraq and completed a second tour in Fallujah, Iraq, in 2004, serving in Battery A, 1st Battalion, 11th Marines. During his second tour, he participated in Operation Vigilant Resolve, where he fought in battles in Fallujah.^[10]In September 2005, Hunter was honorably discharged from active duty. He then started a residential development company. In 2007, he was recalled to active duty and deployed to Afghanistan.^[12][13][14] He was promoted to captain during his wartime deployments as an artillery officer in 2006 and to major in 2012. According to an August 2018 report in Politico, Hunter still experiences the trauma of his wartime deployments as an artillery officer in Afghanistan and Iraq.^[9] According to Military Times, Hunter remained in the Marine Corps Reserve until 2017;^[15] other sources contradict this claim.^[16]
