MATTIS QUITS HIS SECDEF JOB AS TRUMP QUITS SYRIA.

On December 20, 2018 Secretary of State James Mattis resigned over differences with President Trump. This was right after the President announced his intention to withdraw all 2,000 American troops from Syria. In ancient times Syria was part of Assyria. The resignation was also after the two sparred in public about canceling war games in South Korea as a reward for North Korea's cooperation with cancelling its missile and nuclear tests. On Figure 1 the axis term is JAMES MATTIS. At the same absolute skip are ASSYRIA and KOREA. At skip +1 is QUITTER. This could refer to the President quitting Syria (after defeating ISIS, we hope) or Mattis quitting his job. The best spelling of TRUMP is at skip +2.  B. OBAMA is at skip -1 two rows above PRESIDENT in the open text. NETANYAHU is at skip +1. He touches ISRAEL and FROM THE MILITARY.        The next most significant term is QUITTER. It was found at skip +1 against odds of about 178 to 1. When Mattis let us know that he was quitting his job as as Secretary of Defense it seemed to undermine our President.

        While I looked for Syria before Korea, the KOREA find at a special case skip against odds of about 89 to 1 was more spectacular in conjunction with Secretary Mattis because of what he said about it marked the point when many Trump fans began to wonder about him. On October 14, 2018 The New York Times reported that:

Never a direct critic in public, Mr. Mattis has privately disagreed with the president on issues like NATO policy, Mr. Trump’s decision to cancel large-scale joint exercises with the South Koreans, and the long-term effectiveness of the president’s withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal.

       But The Times also reported that:  

"The recent publication of a book by Bob Woodward may have widened those cracks. In the book, Mr. Woodward writes that after a briefing on North Korea, Mr. Mattis told colleagues that Mr. Trump had the understanding of “fifth or sixth grader.” Mr. Mattis denied saying that. However, with the luxury of hindsight, when the second summit between Trump and Kim failed in Vietnam, and the President left early, the President may have learned that Mattis summed up Kim better than he did.

        The Times notes that the Secretary was not only unhappy about our Korean policy, but he also found himself frequently treading a fine line on carrying out some of Mr. Trump’s orders, including moving slowly when the president tweeted an order to bar transgender troops from joining the military. The tweet, which came while Mr. Mattis was on vacation, caught the Pentagon brass off guard. I generally agree with the President on most issues, although it's North Korea may have taken advantage of what they saw as weakness in Trump because of the loss of the House of Representatives to the Democrats. The simultaneous hearing of Michael Cohen's testimony with the Vietnam summit, coupled with the constant treason of Schumer and Pelosi make the President look wounded. If General Mattis allowed leaks of his opposition to the President out in any way, that would have given pause to Kim making any great concessions. Decisions about how long to stay in Syria, or whether to give North Korea a chance to prove their intention to disarm are above the Secretary's pay grade. We elect the President to make them, though the opinion of the Secretary of Defense should be taken seriously.

      What about Syria? That modern name is not on the matrix, but its ancient name  ASSYRIA is and it's at the same skip as KOREA and JAMES MATTIS. Odds against ASSYRIA being at a special case skip were about 9.85 to 1. Mattis opposed our withdrawing all 2,000 troops from Syria. Was ISIS really totally defeated? Almost, but not quite at the time of his resignation. Since December, 2018 President Trump has indeed chosen to keep about 200 troops in Syria.

       If we get out of Syria then a primary target for any attempt by ISIS to regroup will be Russia rather than us. Russia, with its long held naval base in Tartus, Syria, has an established need to be in Syria, even if it means backing the murderous President Assad. I believe we don't need to be there in close proximity to the Russians. Israel can counterbalance much of what the Russians are up to.  ISRAEL is on the matrix but it had an 81% chance to be in the open text. Fear not, NETANYAHU is also on the matrix at skip +1 against odds of about 22.7 to 1. FROM THE MILITARY touches NETANYAHU. MILITARY at skip +1 had about a 26% chance to be somewhere on the matrix. As I update this article on April 4, 2019 I see that Netanyahu flew to Moscow today to thank President Putin for helping to return the body of Zachary Baumel. In remarks at the Kremlin, Netanyahu said the Russian leader acted “personally” in helping Israel recover Baumel’s remains in what is believed to have been Islamic State-held territory in Syria. Baumel, also an American citizen, was believed killed in a 1982 battle with Syrian forces in Lebanon. Netanyahu took the body back to Israel tonight. He attended the funeral which was conducted soon after the landing.   

        I am concerned about safety for our Kurdish allies, however supposedly Turkish President Erdoğan has given us assurances that he would hold off on a military operation against the U.S.-backed Kurdish forces in northeastern Syria, citing a telephone conversation this past week with U.S. President Donald Trump. Erdoğan said that, "Our phone call with Mr. Trump, as well as the contacts of our diplomatic and security units, and the statements from the American side have led us to wait a little longer." However he also said that, "Of course, this is not an open waiting period." There are two major reasons for why we have tolerated Erdoğan's constant murderous nature: (1) Turkey's control of the Bosphorus through which Russian Navy ships must pass when going to or from the Black Sea and the Mediterranean and (2) our presence at Incirlik Air Base in southern Turkey. We are considering cutting back on use of the base. Frankly I'm in favor of suspending Turkey's membership in NATO until Erdoğan is out of office, but there is the issue of whether Turkey would then ally with Russia. As write this update Turkey is posed to buy the Russian S-400 antiaircraft system. My preference would be to tell Erdoğan where to go, and to both recognize and arm an independent Kurdistan. The Kurds are allies of Israel, whereas Turkey acts like an enemy of Israel. On December 23, 2018 Netanyahu called Erdoğan an anti-Semitic dictator. He has also indicated that Israel may expand operations in Syria against Iran after the U.S. pulls out of Syria.

       Overall, after factoring in ELS rank 3 of the axis term, this matrix with 8 key words (B. OBAMA, QUITTER, PRESIDENT, KOREA, ASSYRIA, NETANYAHU, ISRAEL, and MILITARY) found at special case skips, plus TRUMP at its minimum skip, was found against astounding odds of over 1.3 trillion to 1.

        While Trump originally loved to refer to Mattis by his nickname Mad Dog, with time he looked more like a lost pound puppy. He recommended that the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff be Air Force chief, General David Goldfein. I don't yet know much about General Goldfein other than the fact that he is a fellow Jew, but I was thrilled to learn about General Mark A. Milley's selection because he once sent me a Facebook* friend request that consisted of nothing more (or less) than the Abstract to my 1,100 page report, Mars Correct - Critique of All NASA Mars Weather Data. I'm not sure if General Milley also follows my Codes research but it's likely that my Intel friends at Fort Huachuca have also passed information about it to him too. I saw that they were on this article several times on the day that I put it up in December, 2018, as they always are. DoD Intel folks are the primary audience addressed by articles like that you are reading now although the religious and scientifically curious are also certainly welcome here too.

       Before closing, I'd like to summarize what Figure 1 reveals and how to use this kind of finding. It is very rare to find so many key words at special case skips on a matrix this size. While there is surely more here than what I have found, and while funding Project Creator Decoder would be useful in finding it, what the Code does best is to paint a picture of a subject or situation. Probabilities help us understand what is background noise and what is not, but a matrix like this can give intelligence analysts a chance to understand where to direct their assets to get a better portrait of what the truth is.

WEDDING OF SECRETARY MATTIS? On April 3, 2019 I received an extremely usual blog request from a woman who claimed to be engaged to Secretary/General Mattis. She wanted to know if I could find him in the Torah Code. NOTE: On April 19, 2019 I received more answers to some of my questions that made me believe that the lady was being subjected to a scam that Mattis is likely unaware of. She claimed that her romance has been entirely on line. There was a Skype component to it. He can see her but she cannot see him. He has asked her for money. The marriage will supposedly be a proxy wedding on April 24, 2019 with Mattis remaining behind in a war zone in an Arab country where he works under a U. N. contract. I called the U. N. about this claim. They were not able to confirm it, but the position is supposed to be sensitive. Our Intel folks, who I see on board now, should check it out. There are claims that Mattis has been to Iran. For safety reasons, Mattis allegedly asked the woman being discussed to retain her maiden name. Proxy marriages are not legally binding in most jurisdictions.

       When I received the request from this woman I read over what I had last written here in December. I realized it wasn't as positive as I what wrote when he was selected as SecDef, but there were some problems both with the way I phrased certain political issues and with what four more months of history has revealed and I updated it accordingly.

       What I found above was astonishing in terms of statistical significance. It is very, very rare for me to find a matrix that exists against odds of over a trillion to 1. So we can say that the Author of the Code was certainly very concerned about the Secretary. I suspect that what He wanted was more patience when it came to listening to the President. Trump once said that he knew more than all the generals, and that has to be frustrating to them. The General likely felt frustration and feelings of doubt that may linger as a result of how his tenure came to an end. What a lot of people don't understand is that Torah's Author doesn't think like people do. Assuming that the Author is G-d, He would love this President above all others because Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital, he moved our Embassy there, he recognized the Golan Heights as Israeli territory and he did away with the fatally flawed Iran nuclear accord. The very last word of Torah is "Israel," and that nation, which is referred to in Exodus 4:22 (metaphorically) as His first born son will always be a primary concern to the G-d that we worship.

      On April 19, 2019 I wrote that I wanted the last thought above to be my closing thought. But like a lot of Jews who have gone before me, even the greatest of them, I have my moments of doubt at times. They were spurred in part by the Army Intelligence folks at Fort Huachuca who monitor this site many times every day, and by one agent who visited me on August 1, 2016. The doubt focuses on the possibility that the Code, meaning all the Torah, is the product of a future-based supercomputer. If that is true then there is a possibility that Mattis is struggling with how to deal with it and it might explain why so many of his actions raise eyebrows among those of us who are religious and patriotic, but I think it's far more possible that we have a woman there being plagued by a person posing as an officer (Mattis) who needs to be brought under control. There is a report that Mattis was seen in Richland, Washington (his home town) while he was supposed to be in the Middle East. So what is the truth?

       On April 25, 2019 I received another e-mail from the woman in question. She now knows that it was all a romance scam. Unfortunately she claims that she was taken for $27,000. There are still areas with the entire story that are problematic, but the bottom line is this. If what she says is true there is a crook running around using the name of a former Secretary of Defense - Mattis - to bilk people out of a lot of money. This is why I am asking Fort Huachuca to look at the issue from DoD perspective. However they may prefer to remain in the background, so I am also passing on the victim three ways to report the Fraud. If the thief is in the United States then the crime should be investigated by the F.B.I. If it is international then in scope then there are three ways to report it: (1) Report it to E-consumer, (2) Report it to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) which is a partnership of the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the National White Collar Crime Center, or (3) Report it to the Federal Trade Commission.
