PRESIDENT TRUMP'S U.S. SPACE FORCE

On June 18, 2018 President Trump announced his intention to create a six U.S. military service - Space Force. I've read of such plans in several science fiction novels before, but this plan (which is needed) actually was encoded into the Torah over 3,300 years ago. On Figure 1 the axis term is SPACE FORCE. At the same absolute skip are the short transliteration of TRUMP, and MARS. A military service is needed to fight wars. Sharing a letter mem with MARS is WARS. All of this was found in a 95-letter box against odds of about 12,153,098 after factoring in ELS rank 12 of the axis team. 

       In this article I will comment on three possible Space Force missions: (1) Facing Russian, Chinese or other Earth-originated threats in space-time; (2) Preventing possible impacts from asteroids and comets; and (3) Defending the planet against any possible extraterrestrial life forms with hostile intent.

TRANSITION FROM THE AIR FORCE SHOULD START WITH EXAMINING THE AIR FORCE SPACE COMMAND MISSION STATEMENT. It is as follows:

"Provide resilient and affordable Space and Cyberspace capabilities for the Joint Force and the Nation."^[10] As a result, AFSPC's activities make the space domain reliable to United States warfighters (i.e., combat forces personnel) by assuring their access to space.

According to Wikipedia, AFSPC's primary mission areas are:

• Space forces support, involving the launching of satellites and other high-value payloads into space using a variety of expendable launch vehicles and operating those satellites once in space
• Space control, ensuring the friendly use of space through the conduct of counterspace operations encompassing surveillance, negation, protection and space intelligence analysis^[11]
• Force enhancement, providing satellite-based weather, communications, intelligence, missile warning, and navigation; force enhancement is direct support to the warfighter.

FIRST IMPRESSION: The mission statement needs enhancement to reflect not just space, but space-time. In conjunction with space-time I will also discuss the possibility of a temporal threat that will probably require a large black budget to address.

1. The Foreign Space Threat. In terms of dealing with Russian, Chinese or other Earth-originated threats in space, Space Force can largely cut and paste from the Space Command Mission Statement to fulfill the nation's needs in this limited arena (although thanks to SpaceX we are seeing the end of entirely expendable launch vehicles). That's not good politically because the Democrats in Congress only understand how to oppose and try to overthrow our President. They will likely call generals to testify and many of those generals will not be happy to have part of their rice bowl carved up and given to others. Expect them to argue that costs involved in creating a new service are unjustified. The best case argument for having our forces in space would likely be to intercept a potential EMP generating nuclear device set to go off 300 miles over Kansas, thus knocking out our electric grid leading to massive starvation.        There are likely to be many questionable Establishment Republicans (like John McCain) who are all too ready to kill anything that President Trump wants, so we have to move on to the asteroid mission and then examine the ET issue which is so highly classified and culturally sensitive that it will be hard to have the Congress handle it in a responsible manner.

2. The Asteroid/Comet Threat. Within a day of the President's announcement we began to see articles about how NASA, Space Force and foreign space agencies would address an asteroid threat, but a quick glance at what they were talking about revealed a ten-year required response time which may be fatally inadequate for a lot or all of us. The 18-page plan, called the "The National Near-Earth Object Preparedness Strategy and Action Plan," would involve work from agencies across the federal government, White House officials said — even, potentially, Trump's proposed Space Force. In looking through the Action Plan which is dated June, 2018 I noticed that there was no estimate of how much money should be committed to the project. Instead there was only one boilerplate reference to budget that stated:

"Any commitment of Federal resources to support the activities outlined in this document will be determined through the budget processes. Most actions should not require allocation of additional resources. Actions requiring additional resources could come from redirection from lower priority Federal Agency activities and/or from State, local, or other resources. Recognizing the challenges of planning for events such as NEO impacts that are low probability but threaten very high consequences, agencies should prioritize accordingly and consistent with existing authorities."

It's likely that most or all of my readers have seen the 1998 movies Armageddon and Deep Impact. So, other than early detection, we have an idea of what Space Force needs to protect our planet, but at least at the unclassified level as I update this article on June 22, 2018 we can't even get Americans into orbit without a Russian rocket launched from Kazakhstan. That only two of the 38 people preparing the Action Plan were Air Force and that the report was so vague is likely a good indication that this mission needs to yanked from the Air Force and given to a Space Force. The report incorrectly portrays a threat analysis that only mentions three events - the Chelyabinsk meteor that caused injuries and damage on February 15, 2013, the Tunguska impact in 1908, and the object that wiped out the dinosaurs six million years ago. But for much of our history we lacked the communications to learn about impacts in underpopulated areas. Even the Biblical story of Sodom and Gomorrah might be related to an object entering our atmosphere.

Further, in 2010 National Geographic stated that, “Pieces of a giant asteroid or comet that broke apart over Earth may have crashed off Australia about 1,500 years ago, says a scientist who has found evidence of the possible impact craters. Satellite measurements of the Gulf of Carpentaria (see map) revealed tiny changes in sea level that are signs of impact craters on the seabed below, according to new research by marine geophysicist Dallas Abbott. Based on the satellite data, one crater should be about 11 miles (18 kilometers) wide, while the other should be 7.4 miles (12 kilometers) wide.”  The article also indicates that “The new work is the latest among several clues linking a major impact event to an episode of global cooling that affected crop harvests from A.D. 536 to 545, Abbott contends.”

Do we have anything classified that could get the job done? Perhaps. In March, 1960 (at the height of the Cold War) my father's brother attended the Third International Conference of Nondestructive Testing in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan. It was organized by the Science Council of Japan. Nondestructive testing is often used in the military to back-engineer weapon systems captured from an enemy. The conference in Japan had heavy participation by the U.S. military and in particular by people associated with our nuclear weapons programs and by Wright Patterson Air Force Base (Edward Dugger) and Los Alamos National Laboratory (Dr. Gerold Tenney). The latter two may have been involved with back-engineering what was found at the infamous Roswell Incident in 1947. But the Conference also had three participants from the U.S.S.R and one from Poland which was then a Warsaw Pact enemy nation. The Soviets who were present were Professor Dr. Mikhael N. Mikheev (Director of the Physics Metal Institute in Moscow); Pavel G. Mikhnevevitch (Engineer, All-Union Material Institute in Moscow), and Dr. Alexander D. Ivanov (Engineer, Radio Research Institute, Leningrad).  From Poland there was Professor Ignacy Malecki (Director, Institute of Basic Technical Problems, Polish Academy of Sciences). So there appears to be evidence that the West and the U.S.S.R. with Poland's help were back-engineering a common (possibly extraterrestrial) threat.

Three big Ifs: (a) If there was a common attempt by the nations at the 1960 conference to back-engineer what was found at Roswell, and (b) if those attempts succeeded, then we might have a spacecraft that could be used to defend our planet from asteroids. Or for that matter, (3) if we have an agreement with ET to have them (for a price) deflect anything headed our way, then Space Force can probably get by with adopting or adapting most of the Space Command Mission Statement. But if the U.S. has really allowed itself to have no operable human-rated spacecraft in 2018, then Space Force is surely needed because the Air Force will have failed to prepare to defend our nation and the planet from an asteroid/comet threat. If we have such technology then given our cooperation in space with the Russians it would seem likely that we could have used it to ward off the Chelyabinsk meteor in 2013. However, no such defense was initiated, so unless there was a conscious calculation/decision to bypass interception to keep our technology for use only in a much more severe situation, we can likely assume that we are still largely or completely undefended. This incident shows the need for a Space Force.

Note: The Chelyabinsk meteor was caused by a superbolide caused by an approximately 20-metre near-Earth asteroid that entered Earth's atmosphere with a speed of about 42,900 mph).^[6][7] It quickly became a brilliant superbolide meteor over the southern Ural region. The light from the meteor was brighter than the Sun, visible up to 62 miles away. The object exploded in an air burst over Chelyabinsk Oblast, at a height of around 18.5 miles; 97,000 ft).^[7][8] The atmospheric impact estimated was equivalent to the blast yield of 400–500 kilotons of TNT (about – 26 to 33 times as much energy as that released from the atomic bomb detonated at Hiroshima).^[9]  

The object was undetected before its atmospheric entry, in part because its radiant was close to the Sun. Its explosion created panic among local residents, and about 1,500 people were injured seriously enough to seek medical treatment. All of the injuries were due to indirect effects rather than the meteor itself, mainly from broken glass from windows that were blown in when the shock wave arrived, minutes after the superbolide's flash. Some 7,200 buildings in six cities across the region were damaged by the explosion's shock wave, and authorities scrambled to help repair the structures in sub-freezing temperatures. With an estimated initial mass of about 12,000–13,000 metric tons^[7][8][10] (heavier than the Eiffel Tower), and measuring about 20 metres in diameter, it is the largest known natural object to have entered Earth's atmosphere since the 1908 Tunguska event, which destroyed a wide, remote, forested, and very sparsely populated area of Siberia. The Chelyabinsk meteor is also the only meteor confirmed to have resulted in a large number of injuries. No deaths were reported.

3. The ET Threat. My uncle gave me the list of Nondestructive Testing Conference attendees shortly before he died at the age of 93. He never said anything definitive about the possible effort to back-engineer what was found, but the implication was strongly enough to stimulate all of the 9 years of our Mars-related research. See Davidaroffman.com. If there was any other great attention-getter in my life it was the UFO that I saw on my 10th birthday 61 years ago. See Figure 2 below. I never saw anything like it again. I often say that there are two types of people in this world - those who have seen a UFO and those who have not. I've never been drunk or stoned in my life. I have met many reliable people who claim to have been abducted. Their stories are all quite similar to each other, although literature is full of stories about people having their memories largely wiped out or suppressed in such incidents.  There is a tendency in our society to quickly label people who have come forth to testify about such encounters as crazy. Pilots may fear that they will lose their jobs if they make a UFO report. This plays into the hands who want to repress the truth, however the Government did recently release film of a 2004 encounter between the U.S. Navy and a UFO. If the film is real then creation of a Space Force is required. Even if there is a working relationship between our Government and a single alien race, existence one such race almost certainly implies existence of others. The political problem here is that if the public gets a whiff of any collusion going on between our Government or between multiple governments and ETs there will be an immediate link to claims of deals of alien technology (and all the money that can be made from it) and permission to abduct and wipe the memories from people who are not part of the in crowd/Establishment. If this threat were left unchallenged there is no telling how far it would go.

 Very few people trust our Government now. But the damage to our society is  obviously growing quickly. Many people, especially young ones addicted to video games, seem to be losing contact with reality. In fact, the World Health Organization just declared video game addiction as a mental disorder. While this may have no relationship to an alien issue, it leads to a less fit species that is easier to dominate - and that might be in line to swallow an alien agenda. Whatever the cause, we have reached a state of affairs in America where each major party largely looks at the opposite party as insane or brainwashed. One of them might be right but which?

You likely know that I'm not politically correct, but here is how I will answer the question. Imagine a situation where there is a mass murderer trying to break into a house with two people in it. He wants to kill both people. One of them, the liberal, says "Let's unlock the door and give the killer $151.7 to kill us." The other, the Conservative, says, "Let's reinforce the door and give him nothing. In fact, let's arm ourselves so we can defend ourselves." So with Iran. The liberals want to let all Muslims in while the Conservatives want to vet who gets in and make sure that we can defend ourselves. The liberals did encourage Obama to give Iran $151.7, and side stepping Congress they pushed through a plan that ensures Iran will be able to build unlimited numbers of nuclear weapons in another 7 years.

When I first joined the military I had to sign documents attesting that I was not a Communist or a Nazi. After joining up half the time I voted Democratic and half the time I voted Republican. In fact here is my voting record with years shown in red for when I voted Republican, and those in blue when I voted Democratic: 1968, 1972, 1976, 1980, 1984, 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016. The years when I voted for the winner are shown in bold print. But I never saw as many people that came across as being stupid as I did in 2008 when the Democratic Party seemed to morph into a Communist Party, and the youth of this land were largely so wrapped up in video games or so indoctrinated by left wing extremist nuts at our universities that they could no longer consider tolerating any opposing opinions. In backing our enemies while turning their backs on our friends like Israel and Egypt, the Obama-Clinton-Sanders-Warren-Pelosi-Schumer loving left constantly demostrate their disloyalty to this country. On the simplest level there is justification to deny them top secret security clearances.  But on a deeper level there is reason to suspect there might be a physical cause for what appears to a form of suicidal national behavior.

Elsewhere on this site I have written about a Stupidity Virus. See Figure 3 below. There the axis term is ALIEN VIRUS. Crossing it and sharing a letter with it are PRESIDENT at skip -1, and STUPID. It takes 54 letters to show all three terms. At the same absolute skip as ALIEN VIRUS are HOSTILE and the Hebrew year 5707 (1947) – the year of the Roswell incident. At skip -1 is THREAT and in the open text is THEY WILL NOT BELIEVE ME!  In 2014 there was a virus found that can cause stupidity and it was in 43.5% of a test group of 92 people. If 1947 was Year 0 of the spread of an alien virus that has infected a large enough percent of our population to be a major factor in a Presidential election, then Space Force may find the need to take on a major medical mission.

We tend to focus on an alien threat that is intelligent, and I have seen enough to be almost certain that such a threat is real and that there are likely financial considerations that are involved with keeping information about these entities from the public. However we face another threat that, while not as dramatic, is still cause for concern. I point to almost certain primitive life on Mars. It now appears that sometime during the 2020s or at latest in the following decade someone from Earth will land on Mars. They will find life there, and I'll even show what some it looks like on Figure 4. The issue here is whether they will return to Earth with an infection that gets loose.

PRIMITIVE LIFE ON MARS.  Early in January, 2016 I received an e-mail from David Kiepe. He's a regular reader of my MarsCorrect.com web site, and a man with considerable experience in the field of photographic analysis of images of Mars that have been sent back from our Mars landers and orbiters over the past 40 years. Without suggesting what the spherical objects seen below by Mars Science Laboratory on its Sols (Martian days) 1,185 and 1,189 were, he merely asked that I look at the “anomalies” on the photos. The first thing noticed was an egg-shaped but hollow object that looked like a geode. A geode is a round rock with a hollow cavity lined with crystals. But I didn’t see any crystals. Then David directed my attention to two greenish, spherical objects on the Sol (Martian day) 1,185 photo, and another on an image (not as clear) for Sol 1,189. Note that on November 22, 2017 Kiepe sent me similar photos for MSL Sols 1555, 1571 and 1797. By far the photo for Sol 1797 (shown in the upper left corner of Figure 4 above) was the most spectacular.

4. The Temporal Threat. Figure 1 is evidence that information about our time has found its way into the past. If technology played any role in the writing of Torah then there are certainly defense implications here - which might explain why up to half of my readers are DoD with an extremely high percent at Fort Huachuca. Until we can be more certain about the origin of highly significant Code matrices, we must be aware of a potential temporal threat that would best be addressed by a Space Force. I am not yet ready to replace God with a supercomputer or AI from the future. But to those at the Fort reading me now I want to be extremely clear.

On one occasion a gentleman  who admitted to serving there (at least in the past for three years) followed me to the library in my town, blocked access to my car and interviewed me for an extended period of time. His remarks seemed to indicate a fore knowledge of events that concerned my son. This is all described in my article entitled Warning Sent From the Future? There was a threat received early in our conversation, but the conversation finished on friendly terms. One two occasions I called the Fort to discuss the surveillance of my work. The first time I was hung up on, the second time I was allowed to at least transmit a message which, looking at my web site statistics over the last two days, apparently got through. On many other occasions I have written that it's not a good idea to write about many of the topics that I cover, but that unless we (DoD and I) talk, there is no other way to communicate my findings to DoD, and they are my primary target audience. Space agencies are my secondary target audiences.  I was I was a bit upset to learn that the Fort was disguising itself at NASA Ames by often using the collocated Google Mountainview California IPs to access my work rather than mere reverse IPs that were fun to figure out. A lack of response and a lack of secure communications means that whatever I write is seen by entities who are likely unfriendly. So when I say "hello," it's a good idea to return the greeting and arrange for a place where we can talk in a secure manner. 

DoD is reading this article because they have seen enough of my work to know that the Torah is encoded. There are major defense concerns that flow from this understanding. One is obviously the issue of Who encoded it and why did they do so. My son agrees on the reality of the Code, but not on the Author. I suspect that DoD has some insight into this matter, but they may only be a Code user or attempted user. By now the DoD community likely knows that I can often (but not always) get a fuzzy view of the future. To do any better we need to combine CodeFinder with an artificial intelligence aided search capability. Project Creator Decoder must be funded to do this, and while my proposal named the Department of the Army as the desired leader because of the constant monitoring by Fort Huachuca that was before our President called for a Space Force.

Project Creator Encoder is designed to give our Government the ability to detect threats that may lie ahead. From what I have just discovered there are interests in the Code not just from the Chinese and Russians, but also from the Iranians. So if our Government is going to do something with all my findings it should not wait forever although I have tried to put up enough data to allow an AI (hopefully American) to duplicate my methods. But I'm just trying to read the Code. DoD will want to understand something about how to move signals back in time. That's an area that I would like my son, David, to look at. Perhaps this needed research is why Brookhaven National Laboratory has the reverse IP of my computer and it explains why they hack into my system. But I have to tell you that this sneaking around is not the way to win David's loyalty or help. He needs a straightforward honest relationship to take on this task. If you want to bring him in he will need to be given rank of O-4 (major) up front and a six-year contract that allows him to continue living in the Melbourne/Cape Canaveral area.

What seems likely is that (if our project is funded) we will be able to more fully read and exploit the Code. It will be harder to actually send signals back in time, but my meeting with the fellow (Joseph) at the Cape Canaveral library makes me suspect that we will master the technology or somebody else will do so. The leap from moving signals faster than light to moving solid objects like people or a spaceship faster than light will be much harder - but if what I saw on my 10th birthday was an alien spacecraft then it's likely that this too is something that we will need a Space Force to adequately address.

What might explain how signals could move back in time? Of course there's always the wormhole idea, or folding space, something that a Space Force would want to get involved with. But I have a feeling that the best alternative lies in the area of quantum disentanglement. Here I will refer to Ray Kurzweil's book, The Singularity Is Near, When Humans Transcend Biology. I don't totally endorse everything that Kurzweil has to say. His ideas about how we can build nanobot-based brains and bodies that are far better than the originals leaves out any discussion of where the concept of a soul fits in. When we look at the Torah Code my son wants to reach immediately for an explanation that leaves out God. While I am willing to consider other sources I see no reason to exclude Him, and in fact I remain a Modern Orthodox Jew.

QUANTUM DISENTANGLEMENT. Kurzweil states, "Another intriguing suggestion of an action at a distance that appears at speeds far greater than the speed of light" (meaning that time would flow backward) "is quantum entanglement. Two particles created together may be "quantum entangled," meaning that while a given property (such as the phase of its spin) is not determined in either particle, the resolution of this ambiguity of the two particles will occur at the same moment. In other words, if the undetermined property is measured in one of the particles, it will also be determined as the exact same value at the same instant in the other particle, even if the two have traveled far apart." Kurzweil has an important typo here. He must have meant the exact opposite value at the same instant. His discussion continues, "There is an appearance of some sort of communication link between the particles."

       This quantum disentanglement has been measured at many times the speed of light, meaning that resolution of the state of one particle appears to resolve the state of the other particle in an amount of time that is a small fraction of the time it would take of the information were transmitted from one particle to the other the speed of light (in theory, the time lapse is zero)." He then cites an experiment by Dr. Nicolas Gison of the University of Geneva to prove this concept. Sadly, after Gison suffered from dreams about falling, the dreams were premonitions of his death. He died from a fall while mountain climbing."     

       Kurzweil goes on to discuss the critical issue. Can useful information be transmitted faster than light? On this he says, "Yet even if we accept the interpretation of these experiment as indicating a quantum link between these two particles, the apparent communication is transmitting only randomness (profound quantum randomness) at speeds far greater than the speed of light, not predetermined information, such as bits in a file. This communication of quantum random decisions to different points in space could have value, however, in applications such as providing encryption codes."

       I am not a physicist. My son is. I often try to persuade him to take up certain avenues of investigation. This was easier to do while he was a student and it allowed me access to the minds of his professors at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University when it came to investigating Martian weather. However when it comes to the issue of time, he agrees that the Torah Code has current information that was encoded into a book that is about 3,300 years old, but he works hard at his new job in the field of medical radiation physics. He gets to use his skills in artificial intelligence to solve complex problems, but when he gets home he just wants to relax. Unless his boss pushes him into the areas of my concern because the Government offers his company a related project and contract, barring a military offer David is likely to just provide me with brief guidance but not the intense effort required to fully understand how today's news found its way into such an ancient text. And yet, the meeting with Joseph at the Cape Canaveral Library seemed to suggest that the day will come when David will solve the problem.

The National Near-Earth Object Preparedness Strategy and Action Plan and the Need for JOPES. As a retired Coast Guard Readiness Planner I was horrfied to read The National Near-Earth Object Preparedness Strategy and Action Plan. No, it wasn't the asteroids that troubled me. It was that the people who wrote the plan seemed to have no idea of what a military plan is. There was no indication that they understood the need for JOPES.  JOPES is the integrated, joint, conventional command and control system used by the Joint Planning and Execution Community (JPEC) to conduct joint planning, execution, and monitoring activities. JOPES supports senior-level decision-makers and their staffs at the National Command Authority (NCA) level and throughout the JPEC. Combatant commanders use JOPES to determine the best Course of Action (COA) to accomplish assigned tasks and direct the actions necessary to accomplish the mission. JOPES is a system that includes people, procedures, policies, communications, and supporting Information Systems (IS) software. However, there is a JOPES format that is essential for plans dealing with contingencies and there is no indication that it was in use here - probably because the people who wrote this plan were largely non-military and because it is often the case that largely reserve officers are used to write these plans with the active duty component having little or no ability to write such a plan. One of the many plans that I have written multiple versions of was COAST GUARD PACIFIC AREA CONTINGENCY RESPONSE OPLAN 9800 and revisions of it. To get an idea how this plan and other military plans are written in JOPES format please take a look at the Table of Contents which could easy be modified for a proper Near-Earth Object Response Operations Plan:

Conclusion

While I can only hope that one day my son will be called upon to solve the issue of how signals could be sent back in time do do something like warn us of an incoming asteroid or comet, I could write a proper Near-Earth Object Response OPLAN in my sleep. My last award for planning is shown below on Figure 5:

     I love to write. I'm 71 but to help point Space Force in the right direction I would consider returning to active duty or working in a civilian capacity that would allow me to continue living in Cape Canaveral. Or, it might be that it's best just to use me as a consultant. Semper Paratus.  Whatever the case and even if the decision is just to continue reading my work, the Government would be wise to talk to me in a non-threatening manner. It should respect my freedom and privacy unless there is a need for me to sign a nondisclosure letter because it's time for me to move on from speculation to certain knowledge about the topics that I like to research.
