2018 CODES STUDY OF IRANIAN GENERAL SOLEIMANI

OVERVIEW. On 10/22/2015 I published Figure 1 below. It was an outstanding matrix then, and it remains so as I update my study of General Soleimani now in May, 2018. What has changed since then are 1) the election of President Trump, (2) the move towards surrender of Kim Jong-un, (3) President Trump pulling out of the Obama Iran Nuclear Accord, and (4) a direct confrontation  betwween the IDF and the Iranian forces in Syria under the command of General Soleimani. of initial note oin Figure 1 is the open textr statement  “On one way they will come out against you and in seven ways they will flee before you.” On the day after a massive Israeli strike against almost all Iranian targets in Syria, Prime Minister Netanyahu said, "If anyone hurts us — we will hurt them sevenfold." I will discuss this and update the full situation with respect to the Iranian and Korean problems as I finish the article.

       Iranian Army Major General Qasem SOLEIMANI is a commander of Iran’s Quds Force—a division primarily responsible for extraterritorial military and clandestine operations. He is listed by the U.S. as a known terrorist. In 2007, Soleimani was included on a list of Iranian individuals targeted with sanctions in United Nations Security Council Resolution 1747. The Quds Force has long provided military assistance to Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Gaza. After the U. S. invasion of Iraq, Suleimani gained increasing political and military influence in the country through al-Maliki's government and the Shia militia, which are equipped and directed by the Quds Force. Beginning in 2012, Soleimani helped bolster Syrian “president”/mass murderer Assad during the Syrian Civil War. Soleimani also assisted in the command of combined Iraqi government and Shia militia forces that advanced against the Islamic State (ISIL/ISIS/Daesh) in 2014–2015. He now is fighting along with Russia and Assad against Assad’s opponent and Daesh in Syria. On Figure 1 the axis term is SOLEIMANI. DAESH (ISIS/ISIL) and ASSAD are at the same skip as his name. Russian President PUTIN is close to SOLEIMANI. PUTIN shares a letter with Deuteronomy 28:7 which states of Israel’s enemies “On one way they will come out against you and in seven ways they will flee before you.” If Russia and Iran win the war against Assad’s opponents their armies will be on Israel’s northern border. In fact, Iranians sent about 20 missiles flying towadd Israel on May 9, 2018. This resulted in an enormous Israeli retaliation against Iranian forces on the same night. This is the reason why many people think we are now In the End of Days which is on the matrix. ISRAEL is on the matrix. Netanyahu sees Iran as Israel’s ancient enemy – Amalek. Fought with Amalek is also on the matrix. Finally, Soleimani’s rank, GENERAL, intersects his name, as do the CHINESE who are helping him and Putin, however the word for CHINESE had about a 75% chance to be on a matrix this large.

ELSs OF SOLEIMAN IN TORAH. There are 18 ELSs of Soleiman in Torah. Fourteen of them are wrapped (where the computer is allowed to make more than one pass through the 304,805 letters of Torah), but only 4 ELSs are in unwrapped Torah where the computer is limited to one pass through Torah. The ELSs of unwrapped occurrences of the name of the General are at skips +639, -3862, -28283, and -32249. Figure 1 shown above was based on a wrapped matrix. Most highly militarily significant matrices are found based on such matrices. Table 1 below shows that there are, based on Soleiman with no row split permitted, six matrices that also contain at least one ELS of Netanyahu and/or a 5-letter transliteration for Trump. Table 1 helped point the way to the matrix on Figure 3.

       Before exploring matrices based on the six ELS of Soleiman single out on Table 1, let's look at the significance of terms on Figure 1.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 1. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, which is SOLEIMANI at its 10th lowest skip in wrapped Torah. The most significant a priori term is In the End of Days which, before adjustment for the ELS rank of the axis term, was found in the open text against odds of about 76 to 1. In 2015 Republican Presidential Candidate Dr. Ben Carson said that we could guess that we are approaching the End of Days (see 1:31 into this link). The Arabic name for ISIS/ISIL is DAESH. It was found at a special case skip (+/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term) against odds of about 51 to 1. ASSAD was also found at a special case skip against the same odds of 51 to 1. With respect to PUTIN two spellings were sought. The traditional standard spelling for modern, non-Biblical names uses the letter tet for the T, but this letter is relatively rare in Torah. The other letter T is tav, and this is the one found for the transliteration shown. Of the 304,805 letters in Torah, there are 1,804 tets and 17,950 tavs. The odds against finding one of the two spellings of PUTIN were about 11 to 1. AMALEK was found in the open text against odds of about 15 to 1. Neither ISRAEL (which is found 591 times in Torah) nor GENERAL (which was not at a special case skip) were statistically significant. CHINESE had a 75% chance to be somewhere on the matrix. Although CHINESE and GENERAL both shared a letter with SOLEIMANI, no extra value was given to either term.

       The very interesting phrase “On one way they will come out against you and in seven ways they will flee before you”  was only found a posteriori this way in 2015 and is therefore not subject to a statistical analysis. I might have thought of it a priori after hearing Netanyahu's speech in May 10, 2018, but in a sense the horse had already left the barn. I only calculate odds for or against terms thought of before an experiment begins. This was not the case here. None-the-less, the phrase is of concern because it could refer to enemies fleeing before Soleimani. In fact, this phrase goes through and shares a letter samech with his name. Or it could refer to ISRAEL which is on the next row up touching SOLEIMANI and “On one way they will come out against you and in seven ways they will flee before you.”  This will be discussed further below. After dividing combined significance by 10 to account for ELS rank 10 of SOLEIMANI, this matrix was found against odds of about 5,278,531 to 1. If I find the seven ways expression on one of the six ELSs that I will explore on or after May 11, 2018, I will count it for odds caculations on those matrices.

SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 3. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, which is SOLEIMANI at its 8th lowest skip in wrapped Torah. The most significant a priori term is NETANYAHU at Skip +1. Before making an adjustment for the axis term ELS rank, NETANYAHU was found at skip +1 against odds of about 26 to 1. WAR was found in the open text against odds of about 11.8 to 1. Soleimani's rank of GENERAL is on the matrix in the open text against odds of about 10 to 1. No value was assigned to HE SHALL BESIEGE YOU because  it was only found a posteriori.  After dividing combined odds by 8 to account for the ELS rank of the axis term, the matrix was found against odds of about 383 to 1. While HE SHALL BESIEGE YOU is not counted in the statistical summary, the goal here is not to win an argument in the scientific community. Rather it is to demonstate to the Western Intelligence community what is encoded around an axis term that might be of interest to the military community. The volley to 20 or so missiles from Soleiman's Iranian forces into Israel was likely designed to test Israeli defenses. In 2015 there was an estimate that Hezbollah, allied with Soleimani, had to up 150,000 rockets.

FIGURE 4: THE ISSUE OF LEBANON. A quick check for the encoding of SOLEIMANI with LEBANON shows a match between the two in 119 letters (7 columns, 17 rows). SOLEIMANI  is at skip -32,249 (ELS rank 7) with LEBANON in the open text at Deuteronomy 7:24 which states:

Every place whereon the sole of your foot shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness, and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the hinder sea shall be your border.

The verse above is certainly of military interest here because it refers to the Biblical final borders of Israel. Table 1 indicates that this particularly ELS of Soleimani has a match with NETANYAHU at skip +1, but it takes 960 letters to show along with ISRAEL and PERSIA. Figure 4 shows these terms, but I have expanded it to 1,020 letters in order to show FROM IRAQ because, as the map on the figure shows, Soleiman brought the missiles into Lebanon by way of Iraq and then Syria. On Fox News on 5/12/2018 there was an estimate given that the number of rockets is now 160,000 - all smuggled in while the U.N. watched and did nothing.

SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 4. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, which is SOLEIMANI at its 7th lowest skip in wrapped Torah. The most significant a priori term is LEBANON in the open text. Before making an adjustment for the axis term ELS rank, LEBANON was found at skip +1 against odds of about 149.9 to 1. NETANYAHU is at skip +1 against odds of about 19 to 1. FROM IRAQ was located at an ELS one off the skip of the axis term against odds of about 13.5 to 1. I looked for this term because the map picture that I selected for the Figure had it on it. PERSIA was found at skip +1, but I used the combined frequency of PERSIA and IRAN because I would have settled for either name. As such, it was found at skip +1 againts odds of about 12.4 at 1. ASSAD was not at a special case skip, but it was on the matrix against odds of about 3.5 to 1. No extra value was added for the fact that ASSAD shares a letter alef with ISRAEL and a letter samech with PERSIA. The other terms on the matrix were not statistically significant. Overall, Figure 4 was found against odds of about 330,750 to 1.

A NOTE TO WESTERN INTELLIGENCE AND TO THE REST OF MY READERS:

        With respect to the large number of ELSs of SOLEIMANI, aside from issues of letter frequency this guy plays a major role in worldwide terrorism. The large number of matrices may well exist because there is a lot of intelligence encoded about him. I have submitted, via this web site, a proposal entitled Project Creator Decoder that would be a military grade version of CodeFinder that is combined with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve the speed finding and accuracy of matrices that focus on threats. For 21 years I worked to find threats encoded for free. I have also hoped for a relationship with U.S. Intelligence that is analogous to that between the Coast Guard and the Coast Guard Auxiliary, or that between the Air Force and the Civil Air Patrol. But, alas, I see the western intelligence IP addresses here daily, but there is little direct contact. Perhaps they don't take seriously what is free. So, reluctantly the project that I propose has a price tag. Most of it is to pay for the participation of Dr. Robert Haralick at the City University of New York, his department there, and the help of CodeFinder author Kevin Acres in Australia. We need to buy his source code too and modify it. I am not happy about the fact that my proposal is unclassified. I see that a Russian IP (213.152.145.1253 ) and a Korean IP (119.197.7.98 ) has accessed it, but so have all the intended recipients - several times each day. Some of the vague responses are encouraging, but one of them had a possible threat included. For those in our defense establishment I would point out that while President Trump may have solved the North Korean problem, the Iranian issue very much remains. It is imperative that we get the best Intelligence possible. An AI-enhanced version of CodeFinder is, I believe, a needed addition to our intelligence arsenal. In developing it an added bonus will undoubtedly be gaining an enhanced view of Who the Creator of the Code really is. If it is indeed God then deciphering the Code may be the final step needed to bring in the Messianic Age that will be marked by the end of war. Certainly if all enemies know that we can find what they are thinking before they even think it, it will be harder for them to plan wars and terrorist attacks.
