BIDEN AND HARRIS TAKE OATH AS PREDICTED

       Most of my readers are from U.S. or British Intelligence. Originally my main purpose for doing Code research was to learn if the Torah Code could be used for actionable intelligence for the U.S. military. They are reading my site almost continually and I see the the UK MOD is here today too. They often have the chutzpah to use my home's IP address in the form of its Reverse IP. Today both are here to learn Biden's fate. It is my general policy to not publish specific information about when somebody dies because they are plenty of nuts out there willing to act in an attempt to fulfill prophecy. I don't want to encourage them. I can talk carefully about items encoded that did not work out in reality quite as the ELS implied. This is such an article. The matrix shown only has a 5-letter axis term (shorter than I normally require). Originally I used an 8-letter axis term but the critical hour has passed without the dread act occuring. The 8-letter term was at ELS rank 2 and was found against odds of about 250,000 to 1 IF the act had occurred, but it did not. Figure 1's axis term is BIDEN, but it is at ELS rank 17,706 which is too high to be statistically significant. But what remains may be of interest for future research.

THE REST OF FIGURE 1. By far the most significant term is the month and day of the 2020 Biden inauguration - 7 SEVAT (January 20).  It contains two very low frequency letters - zayin and tet. It was found on the full matrix against odds of about 403 to 1 before considering axis term rank. Odds against it being on the part of the matrix with a white background are about 854 to 1. It has the same skip as BIDEN, but it's only 4 letters.  Can the date be used as an axis term? Its ELS rank is still high - 3,317. What else is here? I could not find PELOSI, but SPEAKER was the second most statistically significant term. I could not find PRESIDENT or VICE PRESIDENT but I could find a 3-letter transliteration for HARRIS. So we have on a matrix not just the day and month of the inauguration, but also the top three (nauseously liberal) people supporting Chinese agendas - Comrad Biden, Comrad Harris, and Comrad Pelosi (the Speaker of the House).  If the far right or others wanted to take down this government without waiting for another national election, this was the day to make it happen. What about the year? It was not on the matrix. The Hebrew date of 7 Shevat is January 20 in 2021. What about in the future?

WHAT ELSE IN ON FIGURE 1? Even if Biden gets reelected there will not be another 7 Shevat that will occur on a January 20 (which is our Presidential Inauguration Day) between now and 2029. If the Revolution is going to occur on the 7th of Shevat, it will not be in our world. However, in 24 years of Torah Code research, I have almost never found an exact date ahead of an event. Rather, I find portraits composed of words whose value must be appraised through statistical means that are not perfect. If something seems 99% likely to happen it doesn't guarantee that it will happen. Likewise, if something has a very slim chance to come true, it doesn't mean that it won't come true. Winston Church helped England win World War II. He seemed guaranteed to be reelected, but he lost the election. We (supposedly) still have free will. Trump seemed headed for a sure victory a year earlier, but COVID and well targeted election interference plus a corrupt press altered that destiny.

       Is the original axis term now defunct? No. It remains an ever-present danger. People who speak Hebrew fluently may spot it Figure 1. Every president elected faces the same threat. But what is defunct is the timing of such an event, if it occurs. The 7th of Shevat ended at sunset in Washington D.C. on January 20 and the event of concern did not occur. President OBAMA is encoded with ATOMIC HOLOCAUST. But it did not occur while he was in office. It might occur under a future President Michelle Obama, and it might occur during Biden's term since he wants to restore relations with Iran. It's also possible that it will never occur. The Code helps us get a fuzzy picture of that future, but a corrupt (Fourth Reich-controlled) press likely shrouds truth and makes it much harder to understand what is really going on in the world. Did anyone ever actually launch a nuclear warhead at the U.S.? If you asked me that question last summer I would have said, "No." But if you asked me now my answer is, Likely, yes. Everyone in Hawaii with a cell phone on January 13, 2018 received a warning about an incoming ballistic missile attack. The warning was issued at 8:07 am and not taken down until 8:45 am. Our Government then said it was all a mistake. But there were many people who claimed they had seen a missile shot down. See Chapter 20 of Michael Salla's book US Air Force Secret Space Force Program.

ON THE SPELLING OF HARRIS: Spelling of modern names is not as easy in Hebrew as it easy in English, but there are some interesting similarities. My wife's maiden name was Katherine (Kathy for short) Harris. But when she gives her first name over the phone she has to spell it. If not, people may spell her name as Catherine or Cathy. In Hebrew there are two letters used for S, two choices for T and two choices for K. Sometimes vowels are used, sometimes they are not. The name Roffman may be spelled with 5 letters (which I use) as resh vav feh mem nun but my cousin spells it with 4 letters as resh feh mem nun. Less likely but still working are 6 letters (resh vav feh mem alef nun) and 7 letters (resh vav feh feh mem alef nun). Now, with respect to HARRIS my first inclination is shown with three letters on Figure 1 as hey resh samech. But when I looked up this spelling on Google Translates I didn't get HARRIS, I got DESTRUCTION. It figures. Kamala Harris wants to destroy our economic system and our security. Wikipedia spells Harris with 5 letters as hey alef resh yud samech. In checking for KAMALA with Wikipedia I see that (1) it is spelled as qof mem lamed hey and (2) that spelling appears close to HARRIS, with KAMALA at skip -45533 which is the absolute skip of BIDEN.

       Figure 2 will show an axis term of 7 SHEVAT followed in sequence by KING. This is close enough to merit combining both terms into a single axis term at ELS rank 1 rather than 3,317. It will leave us with a matrix that has BIDEN, KAMALA, and HARRIS at the same skip as the date of the 7 SHEVAT inauguration/OATH-taking of the new "KING" of America. Biden's first name, JOSEPH, is in the open text, touching KAMALA. OATH touches BIDEN.  7 SHEVAT continues with KING.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FIGURE 2. By far the most significant a priori terms were BIDEN and KAMALA. Each was found against odds of about 427 to 1. While OATH was found on the 672-letter matrix against odds of about 16 to 1, in reality the original Figure 1 dealt with violence that was warned about by the FBI with a focus on Inauguration Day. When it failed to occur by sunset the whole matrix intially looked like a failure. There was only one chance to salvage it. I needed a relevant term to touch BIDEN to replace what I had found before. OATH was perfect, but still not enough. My axis term, had dropped from 8 letters (most common on matrices) to 5. I really needed another axis term to be found in the neighborhood, preferably with a skip of +/-45,533 so that BIDEN, KAMALA, and HARRIS would be at special case skips. That's a very tough requirement. Presidents are often sarcastically compared with kings. Sure enough 7 SHEVAT continued with KING. The combination gave me a new axis term at exactly the skip required. While no probability was assigned to 7 SHEVAT KING because I never assign significance to an axis term unless it's 10 or more letters or it's 9 letters with rare letters, combined odds against Figure 2 are about 238,746,605 to 1. It is a spectacular find. So in what sense did I write above that, "The Code helps us get a fuzzy picture of that (the) future?"

WHAT IS MEANT BY A FUZZY FUTURE AND HOW CAN MY FRIENDS AT FORT HUACHUCA HELP REFINE WHAT IS FOUND? It is said that the nature of the attack on 911 was foreseen, but not the exact date. In issues of military intelligence, the devil is often in the details. By the way, I note that the middle name of Kamala Harris is DEVI. Add a letter L at the end of that name and you will understand what she is all about. Am I imagining this association? No. I found the following online:

Figure 2 offers fantastic information about our time considering the fact that it is found in a book that's about 3,300 years old. In a relatively small matrix we have the first and second names at special case skips along with the date (day and month) that they took their oaths of office for President and Vice President. The matrix was found against odds of over 238 million to 1. But it's somewhat fuzzy, from a military point of view, because I did not find the year on the matrix. Joe Biden only succeeded in getting elected on his third attempt. He failed on his 1988 and 2008 attempts. 

NOTE TO DOD, FORT HUACHUCA AND UK MOD. I see that you are all here tonight. On our side of the "Pond" I have often tried to get you to invest in Project Creator Decoder. As I wrote at the link just provided, "In contrast to the WRR research with birth and death dates, this study begins with the understanding that statistically significant dates are rarely found in the Code in conjunction with world events. Rather, what are found in a meaningful way are relationships among people and between people and events. Thus a likely murderer may be encoded in a meaningful way with items like the victim, murder weapon, the location, and the motive, but without the time. It is possible that dates may emerge with a 3D analysis that two project participants have worked on, but addition of 3D software should not occur until the 2D software is perfected and shown to be predictive for military purposes. An example of the 2D type matrix sought is given in my discussion about the murderer Nicholas Cruz. " The problem with nailing down times is also highlighted with the Production of Figures 1 and 2 in the current article. It may be that there are many significant dates encoded. But the work involved in finding them manually is prohibitive. With the exception of the Sabbath and High Jewish holidays, I am doing almost nonstop research for free for the U.S. Government every day from about 10 am to 1 am the next day, taking time out only for meals, swimming laps, and food shopping.

       I looked for the date of the inauguration because I wanted to see what was likely to occur. There is still a negative event on Figure 2, but I don't know its date in part because I would have to sequentially type in and search every day month and year for the next 4 to 8 years to be sure that the program would find it (quickly if the Encoder decided to put it in the Code). I could not possibly do this and still have a life. So for Fort Huachuca and the rest of DOD I would recommend that you stop being so cheap. Finance the program. As for the UK MOD if you decide to finance it, I would like to see an approval from DOD before selling it to you. In 2018 I listed funding costs as follows:

Funding Costs. Expenses will occur primarily at City University of New York and in Brevard County, Florida with Principle Investigator, Barry Roffman. The university budget for my partner Dr. Robert Haralick is for five tasks:

• Produce a collection of AI-derived key word sets, including the axis key word, from a given collection of documents, and a given collection of words that are of interest.
  

• Produce a Monte-Carlo program that can compare the Roffman p-value approximation method with a variety of p-values produced by different monkey text populations to be able to understand in what way one is bounding the other. This will be done using the many tables on Roffman's website and Haralick's website.
  

• Interface the axis terms and key words with a wrapped search that involves the ability to make up to 5 passes through the 304,804 letters of Torah.
  

• Develop reports for the matrices indicating individual and combined p values based on the terms sought, and quantification of the military value of the matrix based on standard risk analysis (probability of the event vs. impact of the event).
  

• Once the above 2D program comes to completion, write a program to display 3D code tables.

UPDATE NOTE: Consider an alternative where I live in Israel and work with partners who are fluent in Hebrew.

The CUNY budget is $500K a year for four years ($2,000,000). This includes the time of Professor Haralick, one faculty member doing Natural Language Research, 1 Post Doc, 2 Graduate Research assistants and 2 Undergraduate programmers. The annual breakdown is as follows:

The Roffman segment of the budget will be $827,000 based on $200,000 per year for Barry Roffman (full time PI) plus $7,000 for a new computer, MATLAB program license and Sonic Wall equipment to ensure secure communications, plus $5,000 per year for travel.  Some of the Roffman fund may be paid by Barry Roffman to his son, Doctor David A. Roffman for work related to AI program creation or verification of CUNY AI work. He is also interested in investigating the means by which a signal could have been sent back in time to allow for creation of these matrices. but this research will not be part of the current project.

Kevin Acres: We will need to purchase the source code from Kevin Acres. He will need to recreate the internal and user documentation, and add a number of requirements to allow the software to interface with the AI output and to be compatible with newer versions of Windows. While the cost of his services in under discussion, Acres wanted to sell CodeFinder outright to us for $150,000 without documentation. We pointed out that we do not want to take over his business and that we are creating a program that will not be commercially available to anyone other the U.S. Government and whatever foreign entities (in any) they deem necessary. Here consider the U.S., Australia and Israel.  Acres asked us to make an offer for non-exclusive use of the Code source. We countered with $50,000 plus his hourly rate ($120) to complete documentation and Haralick’s needs (possibly including Monte Carlo techniques with accompanying best matrix storage capability). For now we estimate $100,000 for Acres, and he has accepted this figure for planning purposes.

Total Estimated Cost for the 4-year project: $2,927,000.

Alternative payment. I am aware of claims by Haim Eshed. I am also aware of an alleged capability of our Navy SSP to age-regress people by about 20 years. In order to bypass an inconvenient death that would interrupt my research, I would trade creation of such software for access to the Twenty and Back medical technology. At a minimum I would want it also for my wife, and probably for my son (Dr. David Alexander Roffman, PhD, physics). I have not discussed Dr. Haralick's cost estimates given above any further in the last year or two but I would imagine that he might well want to participate in the Twenty and Back technology too.
