GENERAL MARK A. MILLEY, CHAIRMAN, JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF

      On December 8, 2015 I received an invitation on Facebook from then Army Chief of Staff General Mark A Milley. He's their top general. Of course, I accepted it but I don't know if I'll hear from again. Oddly, his invitation included the Abstract from my report entitled Mars Correct: Critique of All NASA Mars Weather Data. I'll include the current Abstract after my discussion of the statistical significance of Figures 1 and 2. The currrent Abstract differs from what he sent back to me largely with respect to the number of Martian days (1,171 then vs. 3,025 below) that MSL Curiosity has been on Mars. You can find links to the latest version of the report on my MarsCorrect web site. Figure 1 shows the best/longest spelling in Torah Code for MARK MILLEY. In the open text is the word for GENERAL. UFO and HYBRIDIZATION are on Figure 1 at the same skip as MARK MILLEY.  Figure 1 is expanded in Figure 2 (but without showing HYBRIDIZATION). I hid the bulk of the article about Milley for 5 months, but since he stepped in it by talking in public about fighting Little Green Men and Hybrid Armies at 34:10 to 50 in this video link, it's time for me to let the public see what the Code says about him. The Army Times had damage control up about his remarks (but they didn't know about him contacting me before). They say “little green men” was used in a non-extraterrestrial, military context as recently as 2014 when Russia annexed Crimea, to refer to men wearing unmarked green uniforms when their origin was unconfirmed. Further, the military has long talked a hybrid threat of regular forces, criminal elements, terrorist groups, cyber threats, etc.. Obviously the General could have avoided the controversy by defining these terms for the public when he used them. STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE FIGURES 1 AND 2. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here MARK MILLEY at its lowest skip (in wrapped Torah). His name is spelled with 2 letter lameds for the two L letters in his last name, although normally in Hebrew the consonant is not doubled.  As will be shown later, similar results can be found with only one lamed, but not for the lowest skip of the name spelled that way. Figure 1 just shows the first key word sought in conjunction with his name - GENERAL. The rank is actually quite common in the open text of Torah, occurring 43 times. Odds against it being found in the open text on this 234-letter matrix were about 30 to 1. Odds against finding UFO at a special case skip (+/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term) were about 8 to 1. There is a wide-spread belief that aliens are here to create a hybrid race. Odds against TO HYBRIDIZE being on the matrix were about 261 to 1. Odds against the combined matrix were about 64,630 to 1. The matrix is thus judged to be highly significant.

       Figure 2 is an early expansion of Figure 1 from before I found the term TO HYBRIDIZE. Three a priori key words were at special case skips. They were UFO, MARS and AIR/WIND. UFO, is also on Figure 1. It is in the column immediately right of MARK MILLEY, at the same skip, and requires only 18 letters to see with his name. While odds against it being found at a special case skip somewhere the 462-letter matrix were about 4.3 to 1, without considering the issue of conflicting letters, odds against it being in 18 letters were about 98 to 1. Chances against having MARS at a special case skip on the full matrix were about 19.9 to 1. AIR/WIND was in the open text against odds of about 10.8 to 1. Our report that General Milley was contacting me about is primarily about the government's air pressure and density for Mars being totally wrong, but it goes in to great detail about wind-related evidence to prove that point. There is another word for AIR is on the matrix, but it is short and not at a special case skip, and is therefore not judged to be significant. The word for PRESSURE is not at a special case skip, but it crosses General's name. It's at an ELS against odds of about 4.3 to 1. Overall Figure 2 was found against odds of about 64,474 to 1, but that doesn't mean that everything found represents the truth. I originally had no idea if General Milley has contacted me because of any interest in or personal experience with UFOs, however as a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he was more likely to know the truth about UFOs than President Obama, who usually shows nothing but distain for the military. I suspect that President Trump is more up to speed but I also think that in trying to drain the swamp there are a number of people who are part of the cover up that are doing their best to end his presidency.

       Based on Figure 1, I believe that the military is seriously involved with understanding my findings and methodology. I have asked my primary military "fan" in Arizona to pass on my regards to the General, along with the word that I can follow Constitutional orders if requested. In general, I would view cooperation with aliens based on acceptance of alien technology in exchange for overlooking the abduction of Americans as unconstitutional, but ET is welcome to take all the Islamic terrrorists they please to grab.

ABSTRACT FOR MARS CORRECT: CRITIQUE OF ALL NASA MARS WEATHER DATA  

ABSTRACT: We present evidence that NASA is seriously understating Martian air pressure. Our 12-year study critiques 3,025 Sols up through 8 February 2021 (8.51 terrestrial years, 4.52 Martian years) of highly problematic MSL Rover Environmental Monitoring Station (REMS) weather data, and offers an in depth audit of over 8,311 hourly Viking 1 and 2 weather reports. We discuss analysis of technical papers, NASA documents, and personal interviews of transducer designers. We troubleshoot pressures based on radio occultation/spectroscopy, and the previously accepted small pressure ranges that could be measured by Viking 1 and 2 (18 mbar), Pathfinder and Phoenix (12 mbar), and MSL (11.5 mbar – altered to 14 mbar in 2017). For MSL there were several pressures published from August 30 to September 5, 2012 that were from 737 mbar to 747 mbar – two orders of magnitude high – only to be retracted. We challenged many pressures and NASA revised them down. However there are two pressure sensors ranges listed on a CAD for Mars Pathfinder. We long thought the CAD listed two different sensors, but based on specifications of a new Tavis sensor for InSight that is like that on PathFinder, it appears that the transducer could toggle between two pressures ranges: 0-0.174 PSIA/12 mbar (Tavis Dash 2) and 0-15 PSIA/1,034 mbar (Tavis Dash 1). Further, an Abstract to the American Geophysical Union for the Fall 2012 meeting, shows the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) states of their MSL (and Phoenix) Vaisala transducers, “The pressure device measurement range is 0 – 1025 hPa in temperature range of -45°C - +55°C (-45°C is warmer than MSL night temperatures), but its calibration is optimized for the Martian pressure range of 4 – 12 hPa.” So in fact of the first five landers with meteorological suites, three were actually equipped to measure Earth-like pressure.

       All original 19 low µV values were removed when we asked about them, although eventually 12 were restored. REMS always-sunny opacity reports were contradicted by Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter photos. We demonstrate that REMS weather data was regularly revised after they studied online critiques in working versions of this report. REMS even labelled all dust 2018 Global Dust Storm weather as sunny, although they did list the µV values then as all low. Vikings and MSL showed consistent timing of daily pressure spikes which we link to how gas pressure in a sealed container would vary with Absolute temperature, to heating by radioisotope thermoelectric generators (RTGs), and to dust clots at air access tubes and dust filters. Pathfinder, Phoenix and MSL wind measurements failed. Phoenix and MSL pressure transducer design problems included confusion about dust filter location, and lack of information about nearby heat sources due to International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR). NASA Ames could not replicate dust devils at 10 mbar. Rapidly filled MER Spirit tracks required wind speeds of 80 mph at the assumed low pressures. These winds were never recorded on Mars. Nor could NASA explain drifting Barchan sand dunes. Based on the above and dust devils on Arsia Mons to altitudes of 17 km above areoid (Martian equivalent of sea level), spiral storms with 10 km eye-walls above Arsia Mons and similar storms above Olympus Mons (over 21 km high), dust storm opacity at MER Opportunity blacking out the sun, snow that descends 1 to 2 km in only 5 or 10 minutes, excessive aero braking, liquid water running at or near the surface in numerous locations at Recurring Slope Lineae (RSL) and stratus clouds 13 km above areoid, we argue for an average pressure at areoid of ~511 mbar rather than the accepted 6.1 mbar. This pressure grows to 1,050 mbar in the Hellas Basin.

       A word of caution to the General. As you must know, this site is heavily monitored by the Kremlin and they have a way of breaking into DoD computers.  So Sir, if you really want to chat, I suggest that we do it at an appropriate site of your choice. As for Ivan, a short list of his visits during April, 2016 (most to my son’s web site which is really fully maintained by me) is as follows, however here is an important update: in 2018 I discovered that IP regular and reverse addresses that have a 6 before the first decimal point or after the last decimal point are in fact DoD addresses - whether they look like Russians on the first chart before or NASA Ames in the second chart. These fake IPs are highlighted with yellow numbers. I know the true source, but will refrain from publishing it here. Still more IP addreses with a 7 in the critical spot are DoD but I do not know the base. Those with a 25 at the same place are U.K. Ministry of Defence.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE FIGURE 4. Again, as per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here MARK MILLEY at its 16th lowest skip at this shorter spelling of his name in wrapped Torah). This spelling uses only one letter lamed for the two L letters in his last name. This is in accordance with normal Hebrew which seldom uses a double consonant for a name (Issachar is a commonly cited exception). The matrix is 264 letters in area, but its statistical value is much less than Figure 2 because that was based on ELS rank 1 of the General's (longer) name where here the ELS rank is 16 for the shorter name. On this matrix, before adjustment for the ELS rank of MARK MILLEY, GENERAL was found in the open text against odds of about 27 to 1. Actually, if I had extended the matrix one column to the left, a second open text hit for GENERAL (on the same row) would have been shown, but I use the Poisson Equation to calculate odds, and as used here it only looks for the chance that the key word (in this case GENERAL) would be found at least once. MARS was found at a special case skip against odds of about 43 to 1. UFO was at a special case skip against odds of about 7 to 1. There was no hit for AIR or PRESSURE, but SKY was found in the open text against odds of about 11.8 to 1.

        While the matrix looks quite spectacular (it would exist against odds of about 97,958 to 1 if it was based on ELS rank 1 of the axis term), after I divide combined odds by 16 to account for the axis term ELS rank, it exists against odds of about 6,122 to 1. And I still don't know if the General is interested in or has had an encounter with UFOs. For that matter, his invitation to me contained my Abstract, but it didn't include any personal words written by him. As noted above, I track readers from all Governments who read my Mars research. To borrow a phrase from the nearby Air Force Technical Applications Center at Patrick Air Force Base (originally set up by U.S. Army Chief of Staff General Dwight D. Eisenhower), In God We Trust, All Others We Monitor. I assume that even if the General didn't write to me, someone in the Intelligence community will likely get this article about him to him. If the General and I ever do meet, I doubt that he would allow me to write about it, especially if he confirms the validity of either my hard research, or my speculation. For what it's worth, General Milley, if you're reading this, this ball is in your court, Sir. STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE FIGURE 5. Again, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here AL BAGDADI at its lowest skip (in unwrapped Torah). MILLEY is found three times at the same skip as AL BAGDADI. His name here is spelled with only one letter lamed for but calculations allowed for two lameds also. Normally in Hebrew the consonant is not doubled. Odds against finding his name at a special case skip were about 8 to 1. As per standard Poisson Equation protocol, the odds are for MILLEY to be found on the matrix at least once, and no extra value is assigned for the fact that it is there three times. The most significant a priori term was TO SLAY US. His wives and children were slain along with him. Odds against TO SLAY US being found in the open text on the 588-letter matrix were about 518 to 1, but Bagdadi's fate is actually written through his name in a 42-letter box against odds of about 7,257 to 1. SYRIA was the second most significant term. The country of Bagdadi's death was there against odds of about 24 to 1. A short (3-letter) version of the year (5780) of his death was at a special case skip (-1) against odds of about 7.8 to 1. While TERRORIST had about a 58% chance to be on the matrix, it was encoded over and sharing 4 letters with TO PUT A SWORD IN THEIR HANDS TO SLAY US. Overall Figure 5 was found against odds of at least 1,390,764 to 1.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE FIGURE 6. Figure 6 has the same axis term as Figure 5, AL BAGHDADI at its lowest skip (in unwrapped Torah).  Why show it again? My friend Larry Taylor sent me a matrix found by Rabbi Glazerson in Israel. It showed the same encoding of AL BAGHDADI, but the Rabbi searched further to the left of the axis term than I did. In doing so he saw that the best spelling of TRUMP was there at one skip less than AL BAGHDADI. I had to drop several Figure 5 terms to show the President on a matrix that wasn't too large, and the odds against the match was dropped from Figure 5's 1,390,764 to 1 down to 731,357 to 1, but that's still quite significant. To Larry and to Rabbi Glazerson, thanks for bringing this to my attention!

SPECULATION ABOUT WHY, QUITE SUDDENLY, THIS ARTICLE WAS VISITED BY ABOUT 700 MILITARY IP ADDRESSES 25 TO 26 OCTOBER, 2019. This is almost three years after the article was first published (minus Figure 5).

       I don't write during the Jewish Sabbath (sunset Friday to about 42 minutes after sunset on Saturday). Most of my regular readers probably know this by now, and as such readership tends to be low on Saturday. Typically I'll find 50 to 60 readers by sunset (almost all of them military). But on Saturday, October 26 there were already about 400 readers and again most of them were military. At first I thought they might have been looking for something I had up about Baghdadi getting killed but I hadn't yet produced Figure 5 above. There was a matrix that I had posted about him killing the Jordanian pilot (Lieutenant al-Kaseasbeh). But all the interest was in an article about General Milley and aliens. Given the news, that didn't make any sense until I noticed that the crowds were coming via www.whatdoesitmean.com and someone going by the name the Sisters of Sorcha Faal. In scanning through the article I saw that its author had posted what I show above as Figure 1. While I should have been happy that the Sorcha Faal site was spreading my stuff, my initial thought wasn't so happy. I had been sent material before by their fans about two years ago and the links came with a virus. I assume that what the military was looking at has ben cleaned up, but there is a serious question out there about who Sorcha Faal is or was. She seems to be an Internet Hoax Queen, which leads me to wonder whether she (or he) is capable of similating military IP addresses based on the false IP addresses caught and discussed in conjunction with Tables 1 and 2 above. I do my best to keep everything on my site backed by legitimate data, or at least by Torah Code matrices accompanied by statistical calculations related to probablity of matrix existence. The Mars Correct report (Abstract shown above) is about 1,100 pages that are largely NASA-released Martian weather reports (and our interpretation of the data). While Sorcha Faals articles are, admittedly, fun to read if you enjoy a mix of science with science fiction, you won't find me asking anyone to accept my research based on what they say. As for the unexpected flood of DoD readers, if real, it is a common Intelligence practice to mix real stories with disinformation. That seems to be Faal's forte.
