THE GOVERNMENT'S 20 AND BACK PROGRAM TIME PROGRAM

       On August 1, 2016 I had an encounter with an agent from Fort Huachuca, Arizona. It was obvious that the man, who I call Joseph Sapphire though his real last name has an additional Hebrew letter, had followed me to the Cape Canaveral Public Library where he boxed me for about a half hour interogation. Joseph questioned me about a book that I had quickly picked up - Slant by Greg Bear. The author focused on nanotechnology and artificial intelligence (A.I.) Two weeks earlier my son, Dr. David Alexander Roffman, had just completed his PhD in physics. His thesis was about nanotechnology. Four months later David picked up skills in A.I. Frankly, Sapphire knew way too much about me and my son. Though he lived near the N.S.A. in Fort Meade in Maryland, Army Intelligence was likely his home in 2016. By the summer of 2017 it was obvious that Sapphire knew enough about the future that he likely had somekind of access to it. But was I looking at a technology that could merely tranport signals (like Torah words) or something far more advanced that could open a portal to the future? My Intel friend, retired U.S. Navy Commander/Dr. Scott B. Jones had informed me that military might have such technology, but I was reluctant to believe him for a decade until I read the works of Dr. Michael E. Salla about the Navy's so-called 20 and Back Program. Since the Navy won't directly tell me about it I decided to querry the Codes and from the look of Figure 1 it does indeed seem to be there  in a meaningful manner.

MATRIX TERMS AND SIGNIFICANCE. There was about a 96% chance to find the axis term (20 AND BACK) somewhere in Torah. Here it is at ELS rank 2. The two most significant a priori terms are TREE OF LIFE and YOU WILL NOT DIE. Each of these was found against odds of about 94 to 1. Both terms call to mind the idea that the so-called 20 AND BACK program is suggestive of a means to literally turn back time and shut down death. It is said that every man has his price. My research is free and dedicated to perfecting American Military Intelligence so long as it supports the U.S. Constitution. There is a lot that I can see or find that our standard intelligence programs can't, but if there is one reward that would tempt me to alter my normal way of approach to problem solving it would be access to the 20 AND BACK Program. However, if my understanding is correct that the Deep State is really the Nazi Fourth Reich who killed Kennedy and drove Trump from office then, no, I would not collaborate with that.

       The matrix has a word for ALIEN in the open text (against odds of about 28 to 1) and another word for ALIENS at skip -2 but it had about a 71% chance to be there.  This second term shares the rare letter zayin found in 20 AND BACK.  The technology for the 20 and Back Program is apparently largely alien-derived. It may be purely coincidental, but the "Canadian" (Craig Ebrahimi) that contacted me on January 26, 2020 claimed to have life-prolonging biotechnology. The guy may be nuts, but he has enough PhDs behind him to keep me from reaching that conclusion. I put "Canadian" in quotes because on several occassions (and in emails) he claimed to be an ALIEN. From the day that I first spoke to him, Craig has been working to sell a drug (presemably from the 27-pound meteorite that he recovered from the seafloor) that he claims can greatly lengthen human lifespans. I suspect, but don't know, if his drug (based in part of D-ribose) is in anyway related to what is used in the 20 and Back Program.

       There are two 3-letter words at special case skips for TIME on the matrix. One term at skip -1 had about 1 chance in 22 to be there. The 20 AND BACK Program allegedly features secret U.S. bases on the moon, Mars and beyond although Salla claims that the Russians destroyed our moon base with a particle beam weapon fired from Earth. There is a 3-letter ELS for MOON, but it isn't statistically significant. While I would like to learn a lot more about the 20 AND BACK Program, I'll be surprised if I can find more directly from our military (at Fort Huachuca or elsewhere) or from Craig unless we reach a Codes for technology swap. Craig has expressed williingness to work with me on several occassions, but I suspect that the virus on his meteorite played a major in bringing COVID-19 to Earth.

       The odds against Figure 1 are about 19,668,969 to 1. The matrix is not found by chance alone and the 20 and Back Program is likely to exist. Whether interference in the past only began when modern technology began to exist or whether this technology played a role in the development of Torah remains to be determined.
