JOHN DURHAM is the U.S. Attorney who will bring criminal charges against those behind the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. His name is the axis term on the matrices below. The investigation involves Rome, Ukraine (both on Figure 1) and London (on Figure 2). ROME is at the same skip as JOHN DURHAM. There is also a 7-letter ELS for a transliteration of UKRAINE. COMEY will almost certainly face charges. His name at skip -1 goes through JOHN DURHAM. OBAMA is at an absolute skip that is one less than the axis term. The (Communist) former head of the CIA, BRENNAN is at skip -5. There is a weak transliteration of Biden (BYDN) at skip 1. Also at ELSs are TO CORRUPT and CONVICTION.There is also a 7-letter ELS for a transliteration of UKRAINE. Figure 2 has LONDON in sequence with JOHN DURHAM.

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE MATRICES. As per my usual protocol, no statistical significance was assigned to the axis term, on Figure 1 the lowest ELS of JOHN DURHAM in wrapped or unwrapped Torah (this matrix is wrapped, requiring more than one computer pass through Torah to find) and on Figure 2 on te second lowest ELS of JOHN DURHAM. The primary finding in the matrix is geographic in nature. Attempts to impeach our President have centered on his sex life about a decade ago to charges of treason in the debunked Trump-Russia collusion hoax and now we have quid pro quo charges associated with the alleged attempt to get the Ukrainian President to investigate corruption in the Ukraine centered around Vice President Biden and his son. The most significant a priori term on Figure 1 was a transliteration of UKRAINE that was found at an ELS against odds of about 349 to 1. What about Rome? FoxNews.com reports:
U.S. Attorney John Durham's investigation into the origins of the FBI's 2016 Russia probe has expanded based on new evidence uncovered during a recent trip to Rome with Attorney General Bill Barr, sources told Fox News on Tuesday.
The sources said Durham was "very interested" to question former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan, an anti-Trump critic who recently dismissed the idea.
The two Obama administration officials were at the helm when the unverified and largely discredited Steele dossier, written by British ex-spy Christopher Steele and funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee, was used to justify a secret surveillance warrant against former Trump adviser Carter Page.
In Italy, Barr reportedly told embassy officials he "needed a conference room to meet high-level Italian security agents where he could be sure no one was listening in."
A source in the Italian Ministry of Justice told The Daily Beast earlier this month that Barr and Durham were played a taped deposition made by Joseph Mifsud, the professor who allegedly told ex-Trump aide George Papadopoulos that the Russians had "dirt" on Hillary Clinton. Mifsud reportedly was explaining to authorities in the deposition why people would want to harm him, and why he needed police protection.
Papadopoulos has suggested he was connected with Mifsud as part of a setup orchestrated by intelligence agencies.
"If the rumors are true that IG Horowitz’s report and findings in Durham’s review will blast the conduct of the FBI’s Russia investigation, it will give Trump a lot of ammo to support his argument that he was unjustly targeted then and is being unjustly targeted now," a House GOP source told Fox News on Tuesday. "It will justify Trump’s warnings about the Deep State acting to hobble his presidency."
ROME was at a special case skip against odds of about 10 to 1. Total odds against Figure 1 were about 37,695 to 1 if we assign no significance to the weak transliteration of Biden (BYDN) at skip 1. Frankly, the 4-letter transliteration is close enough for me to say to our our folks that this is no accident. If we counted it for odds against Figure 1, the odds against would be about 1,333,551 to 1.
OBAMA is on the matrix against of odds of only about 2 to 1 based on the Roffman Skip formula and Skip Tables. I only count skips of +/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term as special case skips which in general are much more significant than other skips, but if I can't find the key words at those skips I will try to find the key words at one skip off the axis term skip because each letter touches another letter of the term. My sincere hope is that Durham will find cause to indict Obama, who surely had to know what was going on. I have tons of matrices showing how treasonable this man is - so many that I have a special Table of Contents for him. Whoever wrote (or will write) the Torah clearly saw this man as Satan, yet He did not stop him from doing so much evil. Americans not under Obama's spell tried to right the wrongs by electing Trump, but Satan's Army (Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, Ilhan OMar, Ocasio Cortez, Rashida Tliab, etc.) advanced the effort to impeach him on Halloween this year. I doubt that's a coincidence. Pelosi has been on a witch hunt against Trump since he was elected. Pelosi, in line for the presidency if she can bring down Trump and Pense may be doing all this evil because she wants Trump's power or because she wants to help Michelle Obama win the White House.
A transliteration of LONDON on Figure 2 is immediately above and in sequence with JOHN DURHAM. Christopher David Steele is a British former intelligence officer with the Secret Intelligence Service MI6 from 1987 until his retirement in 2009. He ran the Russia desk at MI6 headquarters in London between 2006 and 2009. In 2009 he co-founded Orbis Business Intelligence, a London-based private intelligence firm. Steele authored a dossier that claims Russia collected a file of compromising information on U.S. President Donald Trump.[1][2] U.S. intelligence community probes into Russian interference in the 2016 election were launched due to Steele's dossier. The odds against one of three (5 or 6-letter) transliterations for LONDON being in 14 letters with JOHN DURHAM at ELS rank 2 are about 10,886 to 1. Again, it is obvious that the Encoder had a very clear picture of the current crisis when the information was sent back in time and given to Moses as the Torah.
