The Murder of Khashoggi at the Saudi Consulate in Turkey
His fate was to look for trouble, and find it. Updated on 10/16/2018.
As our Intelligence community knows, my research into the Torah Codes began in 1997 in large part to learn if there is actionable intelligence information in the Codes. The answer is yes, but it will require proper training and an improvement in software before it's ready for operational prime time. However the matrix here in an example of how much of today's news headlines were transported back in time. The issue of whether the encryption and transmission was brought about by God or an artificial intelligence is a separate matter. For now, let's focus on what this matrix shows. The axis term is KHASHOGGI. Jamal Khashoggi, a Saudi Arabian citizen who was a resident of the U.S. and a journalist for the Washington Post went into the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey on October 2, 2018. At the alleged orders of the Saudi capital in Riyadh, Khashoggi was murdered at the consulate. On the top line of the matrix is TO KILL ME. Two lines down at skip +1 touching KHASHOGGI is a transliteration of TURKEY. At skip +2 overlapping TURKEY and touching KHASHOGGI is RIYADH. The word SLAUGHTERED is at the absolute skip of KHASHOGGI. KHASHOGGI was opposed to the Saudi Government in large part because it is friendly to ISRAEL, which is two lines under KHASHOGGI. Was Russia involved? There is a PRESIDENT at skip +1 and a PUTIN, but his name is not at a special case skip.
STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE MATRICES. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here the fourth lowest ELS of KHASHOGGI in wrapped Torah. The spelling of his name is taken from the Hebrew version of Wikipedia. It should be noted that there is a mark that looks like an elevated yud (called a geresh) used in his name that is not a letter and is not used in the Torah or Torah Code which includes no vowel marks. As a diacritic, the Geresh is written immediately after (left of) the letter it modifies. It indicates three sounds native to speakers of modern Hebrew that are common in loan words and slang: [dʒ] as in judge, [ʒ] as in measure and [tʃ] as in church. In transliteration of Arabic, it indicates Arabic phonemes which are usually allophones in modern Hebrew: [ɣ] is distinguished from [r] and [ħ] is distinguished from [χ]. Finally, it indicates other sounds foreign to the phonology modern Hebrew speakers and used exclusively for the transliteration of foreign words: [ð] as in then, [θ] as in thin.
There is a tie for the most significant term. I was astounded to see that a transliteration of TURKEY at skip +1 touches KHASHOGGI. Before considering the ELS rank of the axis term odds against it being on the part of the 408-letter segment of the matrix with a white background are about 374 to 1. On the full 680-letter matrix the odds against the match are altered to 224 to 1. However I was astounded when I first saw this match because it only takes 42 letters to show KHASHOGGI with one of two transliterations for TURKEY (one starts with a tav for the T, the other starts with a tet). The initial odds against this match are about 3,629 to 1, but since the match occurs on the 4th lowest ELS of KHASHOGGI we divide those odds by 4 and state that a match this close for KHASHOGGI and TURKEY occurs against odds of about 907 to 1.
The term that matches TURKEY for initial significance, but does not match it in terms of proximity to the axis term is SLAUGHTERED. It is at the absolute skip of KHASHOGGI. Depending on whether we just look at the white background or the full matrix we get odds against it of either 374 to 1 or 224 to 1. A relayed phrase, TO KILL ME has no statistical significance because it was not found in an a priori manner. I simply found it there when I read the cross print. However, finds like this do have military intelligence significance even if I won't attach a number to it because there are many other terms in Torah that would serve as well. Imagine a situation in which a soldier is searching the ruins of an enemy camp. If he is told that there are 3 tents that might have an essential map with attack plans of an enemy general and he finds the map in the first one we could say that he had one chance in three to do so. But if he has no idea that such a map exists and he finds it, thus allowing for the total defeat of the enemy, we don't know the odds against it, but we sure do know that the find was highly significant. A posteriori finds in the Torah Code are often like this.
I looked for President Putin because, as President Trump has pointed out, if we try to punish Saudi Arabia by cancelling our arms deal to them, Putin will be only too happy to step in and sell them his MiGs. Ditto for China. President Trump told journalists: "I know [Senators] are talking about different kinds of sanctions, but [the Saudis] are spending $110 billion on military equipment and on things that create jobs for this country."[74 Trump, in responding specifically to the Senate's attempt to block the Saudi arms deal, stated that the blocking of such a deal "would not be acceptable to me."[75] While opposing trade sanctions, Trump remained open to the possibility of other forms of what he described as the "severe punishment" of Saudi Arabia.[65]
Both PRESIDENT and PUTIN are on the full matrix. PRESIDENT is in the open text against odds of about 7.1 to 1, and PUTIN (not at a special case skip) was found on the full matrix against odds of about 16.5 to 1. RIYADH looks spectacular but it's not matched by spectacular odds on the full matrix. It looks spectacular because two of its four letters overlap TURKEY. Also two of its four letters touch KHASHOGGI. However, its skip (+2) is not a special case one so we must employ the Roffman skip formula and tables to compute its significance. Using this technique the word had about a 57% chance to be on the 408-letter matrix and a 92% chance to be on the 680-letter full matrix. Still, it only takes 63 letters to show KHASHOGGI, TURKEY, and RIYADH (plus TO KILL ME which does not count in the calculation). As the third spreadsheet below shows, odds against that were about 2,792 to 1 after factoring in ELS rank 4 of the axis term but the RIYADH component was still on about 4.9 to 1.
ISRAEL was in the open text but it had about a 54.4% to be on the 408-letter matrix and a 73.2% to be on the full 680-letter matrix. I sought Netanyahu but could only find him near Khashoggi if I employed a row split of 5 for the axis term, or if I expanded the matrix about 600 letters up and to the left which was more than I cared to do so because it was not statistically justified. However, Khashoggi was a backer of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Overall, after factoring in ELS rank 4 of the axis term, the a priori terms on the 408-letter matrix were found against odds of about 1,274,238 to 1 while the a priori terms on the full 680-letter matrix were found against odds of about 2,190,706 to 1. Since the latter figure is higher the expansion required to show PUTIN was justified. However, this doesn't mean that Putin planned the hit. It might be that a fuller analysis, done by our proposed Project Creator Decoder, would show that Putin was only a factor in that he serves as a check against punishing the Saudis fully be cancelling our arms deal.
SHOULD WE BE OVERLY CONCERNED ABOUT KHASHOGGI? While Khashoggi lived in the United States, he was a Saudi Arabian citizen who was apparently killed on Saudi Arabian territory. Although that makes this technically an internal Saudi Arabian issue, since the consulate was in Turkey they certainly have a right to be concerned. Khashoggi worked for the Washington Post (according to Trump, often a source of fake news). Wikipedia reports that:
Khashoggi interviewed bin Laden several times. He also met bin Laden in Tora Bora, and once more in Sudan in 1995.[40]
It is reported that Khashoggi once tried to persuade bin Laden to quit violence.[41] Khashoggi was the only non-royal Saudi who knew of the royals’ intimate dealing with al Qaeda in the lead-up to the 9/11 terror attacks. He dissociated himself from bin Laden following the attacks.[26]
NOT EXACTLY A TYPICAL FAMILY BACKGROUND. Wikipedia reveals that this guy's family has had huge involvements with tremendous events. They reveal that Khashoggi was no stranger to intrigue:
Jamal Khashoggi was born in Medina in 1958. His grandfather, Muhammad Khashoggi, who was of Turkish origin, married a Saudi woman and served as personal physician to King Abdulaziz Al Saud, the founder of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.[13] Khashoggi is the nephew of late, high-profile Saudi arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi, known for his part in the Iran-Contra scandal,[14] who was estimated to have had a net worth of US$4 billion in the early 1980s.[15][16] Jamal Khashoggi’s cousin, Dodi Fayed, was dating Britain’s Princess Diana when the two were killed in a car crash in Paris.[17]
SO WHY WAS KHASHOGGI MURDERED?
The Wall Street Journal reports that:
Mohammed bin Salman believes Mr. Khashoggi was a supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood, a transnational Islamist organization, and on the payroll of Qatar, a Saudi nemesis, seems more an excuse than a reason. Those who watch the crown prince closely say he is determined to pre-empt any hint of possible disruption before it can materialize. So Mr. Khashoggi’s decision to register in the U.S. a new political organization, Democracy for the Arab World Now, perhaps funded by Saudi regional rivals, might have triggered this action.
It seems clear that Mohammed bin Salman, accustomed to issuing orders on every aspect of Saudi life without question or contradiction, wanted to silence Mr. Khashoggi. When efforts to woo him back as an adviser failed, he was captured in Istanbul, where he hoped to marry his Turkish fiancée. The most charitable interpretation is that this was an abduction that went horribly wrong.
Note: Who is Mohammed bin Salman? He is the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, also serving as First Deputy Prime Minister, President of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs and Minister of Defense — the world's youngest office holder at the time. He has been described as the power behind the throne of his father, King Salman, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease.
BOTTOM LINE AND RECOMMENDATION: The matrix reveals that Khashoggi's fate was to be slaughtered in Turkey at the orders of Riyadh. At best, fear that Putin would replace possible lost revenues would likely be a deterrent to really severe actions taken by the Trump Administration. Khashoggi was no angel. This guy was a bit too cozy with terrorists. It is not in American interests to pursue the matter too far. Since there are 15,000 members of the royal family in Saudi Arabia, all princes/princesses or better, if able, the King should select another prince to run the country.
