MAXINE WATERS ENCOURAGES VIOLENCE AGAINST TRUMP TEAM
Too many Democrats are reluctant to condemn her criminal behavior, but was Sean Hannity wrong to connect the shooting at the Capital Gazette to her. Updated on 6/29/2018.
On June 22, 2018 Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the White House Press Secretary, was basically thrown out of the Red Hen Restaurant in Lexington, Virginia because Sarah works for the White House. This outrage was then followed by Congresswoman Maxine Waters calling for violence against all of President Trump's staff and their families. Specifically she said, “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd, and you push back on them!” On the matrix below the axis term is MAXINE WATERS with MAXINE a transliteration and WATERS in Hebrew. Since news commentators and the President himself are talking about possible violent consequences of Waters' words, I checked the Code to see if there were hints of such action. At the same skip as MAXINE WATERS is IMPEACHER, BLACK and SHOOTER. In the open text is WILL SURELY DIE. Who would be the target? The best answer is not so specific, but likely right. It is simply PEOPLE, which is a term in the open text close to SHOOTER. Trump was not found on the matrix although Waters is famous for her idiotic calls to "Impeach 45" (Trump is our 45th President). PRESIDENT is seen at skip +1, but this term is closer to IMPEACHER than to violent terms later in the matrix that are closer to Maxine Waters. CLINTON is also on the matrix at skip -1.
STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE MATRIX. As per my usual protocol, no statistical significance was assigned to the axis term, here the third lowest skip of MAXINE WATERS in wrapped Torah. Two weeks into President Trump's term she was already on CNN talking about impeaching the President. By April, 2017 she was leading crowds is chants of "Impeach 45!" So it's not surprising that on the matrix the most significant term is IMPEACHER. Before considering ELS rank 3 of the axis term, IMPEACHER was found against odds of about 218 to 1. PRESIDENT is on the matrix in the open text, but not in a really meaningful way. It had about 1 chance in 6.9 to be there. The threat of violence that many people were talking about is matched by WILL SURELY DIE which was in the open text against odds of about 16.6 to 1. It seems likely that sooner or later either a Trump lover will be shot by someone fired up by Waters, or a Trump hater will be shot by someone being harassed by a Waters fan. The difficulty in figuring out which will be shot is highlighted by the word PEOPLE in the open text against odds of about 5.89 to 1. Quite possibly, it will be both types of people. However we see that the word SHOOTER is there at a special case skip (+/- 1 or in this case the absolute skip of the axis term) against odds of about 10.87 to 1 and BLACK is at the same skip in the same column. BLACK is also in the open text. Odds against BLACK being at a special case skip were about 8.6 to 1. I have seen many blacks on TV since Waters issued her call for harassment that is likely to result in violence and or death. So, given SHOOTER and BLACK in the same column with each other in 9 letters, and given that this column has the same skip as the axis term, we may well be seeing an indication that if a shooting occurs as a result of her remarks, the shooter will be black. Later in this article we will look at how many Blacks in Congress supported a vote to impeach the President back on December 6, 2017 right after Clinton lost the election. CLINTON is on the matrix at a special case skip (-1) against odds of about 8.15 to 1.
Overall, after factoring in ELS rank 3 of the axis term, the matrix was found against odds of about 37,463,979 to 1. However when looking at events related to the future where we don't know if they will turn out to be true, it's best just to look at the significance of individual terms rather than combined probabilities. By this rule all I can say here is that the fact that this woman's claim to fame is that she has been and wants to continue to be an impeacher. It seems likely that she will be responsible for getting someone shot. If she does some of that guilt should go to the media for giving her so much attention.
Note to DoD on 6/28/2018: I see that my usual friends are here close to hourly today. The odds above are more significant than what you saw earlier because I just found CLINTON at skip -1 at about 8:30 pm Eastern Time on 6/28/2018. I also sought Mueller, Strzok, Pelosi and Schumer but did not find them at a special case skip. My wife asked me to search for WHITE, but it too was not at a special case skip. Until or unless Project Creator Decoder is funded there is a fundamental problem with the fact that I have to think up what names to seek rather than have the ability to use an AI with a more standardized method of coming up with search terms. You get what you pay for, and unless the project is formally funded what you get is something that is limited by the time that I feel like putting in to a search rather than what our Intel community wants to look for. It is also true that whatever I find is visible to everyone. While I want the bulk of my readers to see what I find I will remind you that my original intention 21 years ago was to see if the Code can be applied for purposes of improving our intel capabilities - so long as they are consistent with the U.S. Constitution. Yes, I'm also interested in finding the Ark of the Covenant, which the Code seems to indicate is to be found around 31 degrees 9 minutes North, 33 degrees 4 minutes East - but that too requires funding for an expedition in an area of Egypt that is not stable.
WHO HAS ALREADY VOTED FOR IMPEACHMENT? There was a vote to table the motion to impeach President Trump on December 6, 2017. A vote of Nay was a vote to not table the motion to impeach. It was therefore a motion to proceed with an impeachment. The total vote was as follows:
Republican | 238 |
|
| 1 |
Democratic | 126 | 58 | 4 | 5 |
Independent |
|
|
|
|
TOTALS | 364 | 58 | 4 | 6 |
The full list of Congressmen who voted Nay is given below. Comparing this list with a list of African Americans it appears that about 22 of the 58 votes (47.82% of the 46 African American congressmen) voted to throw the President out of office before he finished the first year of his term. The blacks are shown in bold print. If there are any mistakes here it would be due to the fact that only a few of the people below have their first name listed, but the states given probably mean that the list is accurate. Overall, including the list below, of the 193 Democrats only 30.05% voted for impeachment. No Republicans did.

SHOOTING AT THE CAPITAL GAZETTE ON 6/28/2018 - THE INITIAL REACTION
While I saw no evidence that the Maxine Waters words caused the shooting and murder of five people and wounding of two more at the Capital Gazette today, Radio and TV host Sean Hannity rushed to link her to it. Specfically he said, "I've been saying now for days that something horrible was going to happen because of the rhetoric. Really Maxine?" Hannity was quickly proven wrong to postulate a direct link with this incident, but his concern remains legitimate.
First reports were that the shooter in this incident is white, but carried no ID. He was later identified as Jarrod Warren Ramos who had a history of hostile legal action with a defamation law suit against the newspaper. This isn't surprising. Hours before he was named I found and published a story from June 17, 2018 Gazette about someone placing gift wrapped horse manure on the editor's desk (it is not yet established that Ramos sent it but it seems likely). He killed the editor. The paper had recently endorsed a moderate Democrat, and it's parent company (the Baltimore Sun) had endorsed Hillary Clinton for President in 2016, but that doesn't appear to be related to his motivation. The June 17, 2018 article concludes as follows:
After the endorsement appeared in print, someone made their opinion of our opinion known in the form of a package and a note left on Merrill’s desk.
It was a carefully wrapped sentiment, a package of horse manure.
“I think Phil returned from lunch and found it on his desk,” Marquardt wrote.
No one was ever sure who left it, but the note clearly indicated it was someone who supported Neall.
Neall, now the Maryland secretary of health, didn’t return my calls asking about the caper.
I’ve said before that you're welcome to disagree with our endorsements. Just don’t burn my house down.
Now I can add this.
We keep our office doors locked today.
To place a word for manure (spelled dalet shin nun) with Maxine Waters on Figure 1 takes 66 letters (6 columns by 11 rows) which is not a good match. The Annapolis event will require a separate matrix about Ramos to evaluate. This matrix is up now at http://arkcode.com/custom3_486.html.
