OBAMA OUTLAWS THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - A HOAX NOW, BUT FOR HOW LONG?

On August 19, 2016 I received a link to an artIcle at http://abcnews.com.co/obama-executive-order-bans-pledge-of-allegiance-in-schools/ that claims Obama signed Executive Order 13738, which revokes the federal government’s official recognition of the Pledge of Allegiance. I thought it odd that there was no mention of this article on FoxNews.com, and that I was not hearing the story on any other news network. I found the matrix below (minus the word FRAUD), and posted it on Friday BEFORE I had to shut down or the Jewish Sabbath. I promised to post the statistical evaluation after the Sabbath, and my intent was to write a commentary on Sunday (today). Today I received a warning from a reader that this story is a hoax. I was not overly surprised, but I was disappointed that a man who purports to be my friend set me up by sending me the story before he checked it out. This is now the second time that I must post an article that refutes a claim he made. In the first incident he sent me photos of a UFO that he claimed to see. My investigation revealed that it was more likely that he had seen a banner being towed by an aircraft than an alien spaceship.  I won't post anything by him again. However, in the interest of honesty I will leave my initial commentary below up, and then address the problems with it.

As such, it's now illegal for any federally funded agency to display the pledge or for any federal employee to recite, or encourage others to recite, the pledge while on duty. This law also applies to federal contractors and other institutions that receive federal funding such as public schools. Individuals who violate this order can face fines of up to $10,000 and up to one year in federal prison. Hillary Clinton has already offered her support of Obama’s decree and vowed to uphold the order if she wins in November’s general election. She echoed his concerns about the pledge’s language and suggested that the pledge’s mention of God sends the wrong message to America’s children. Donald Trump didn't mince words when voicing his contempt for the president’s order, referring to the president as an “illegitimate Muslim traitor.” On the matrix below the axis term is THERE IS NO PLEDGE. At the same absolute skip are OBAMA and OF THE USA which touches ALLEGIANCE. THERE IS NO PLEDGE shares a letter with AND THE WOMAN  (i.e., Hillary Clinton) TOOK THE CHILD.  On the next line down is I WILL ALSO DO THIS TO YOU AND I WILL APPOINT TERROR OVER YOU. This verse (Deuteronomy 28:15) refers to what happens to those who reject God. Obama signed the order to remove mention of God from the Pledge. Likewise, on the matrix is a warning that WILL COME TO YOU ALL THESE CURSES AND OVERTAKE YOU. Read the full ABC report after the matrix (now below).

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE MATRIX SEEN WITHOUT THE WORD FRAUD. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here THERE IS NO PLEDGE at its 20th lowest skip in wrapped Torah. The most significant terms were OBAMA at skip -1 (a special case skip  which includes skips +/- 1 and the absolute skip of the axis term) and CURSES in the open text. CURSES were sought because that's what the Torah promises for people who reject God, and Obama ruled against the pledge because it mentions One Nation under God. Each of these terms (before consideration of the ELS rank of the axis term) was found against odds of about 125 to 1. USA was found at a special case skip (that of the axis term) against odds of about 13 to 1. ALLEGIANCE was found at a non-special case (although it is at the minimum skip found in Torah) against of about 10 to 1. Although I think the phrase THE WOMAN TOOK THE CHILD could refer to Hillary Clinton taking our children and destroying the faith and God and moral values, it was not found a priori and therefor it is not included in the odds calculation. Likewise, I did not search for anything about TERROR in an a priori manner, and therefore the reference to it is not included in the calculation which does not indicate the true beauty of the matrix. The calculation only measures how accurate I was in predicting what would be found. After combining all the odds for a priori terms, I divide by the ELS rank of the axis term (20). The odds calculated against this matrix being found by chance are thus estimated at about 2,227,279 to 1.  It is therefore judged to be highly significant.

SELF CRITIQUE. Often before the Sabbath begins I can be overanxious to post something new before all the math is complete and al the investigation is done. That happened here. There were several signs that something stank about this story. They include:

(1) The ELS rank of the axis term was 20. This is relatively high for an 8-letter term.

(2) I did not find any spelling of CLINTON on the matrix. However, as I wrote above, although I think the phrase THE WOMAN TOOK THE CHILD could refer to Hillary Clinton taking our children and destroying the faith and God and moral values, it was not found a priori and therefore it is not included in the odds calculation.

(3) I found the UFO claim of the tipster to be not entirely honest. See his claim and how I handled it at http://arkcode.com/photo4_83.html.

(4) The matrix, with an area of 1,224 letters is larger than most matrices that I accept.

(5) The "ABC" site has a link to a story entitled Donald Trump Tweets an image of his penis.  There are many other similar nonsense articles. I did not open that link, but I will need to scan my computer for viruses fo accessing the pledge story.

(6) I should have searched the matrix originally for FRAUD or HOAX.

(7) The logo for ABC News was an ellipse. It should have been a circle.

     To all my fans, I apologize for publishing the matrix before the full investigation was complete. It's possible that the motivation for the original story was to provide disinformation aimed at reducing my credibility, however after having dinner with the source of the article, it's more likely that he is simply too quick to accept what he reads on the internet. I accepted his initial link based on the fact that, (as is now shown on the matrix) Obama had in the past refused to put his handover his heart - but that was for the national anthem, not the pledge to the flag.

ON THE LIMITS OF STATISTICAL ANALYSIS.  Every year I research over a hundred matrices. Many are truly outstanding - based on the minimum skips of an axis term and multiple terms at skip +/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term - all with an area of 600 letters or less. This matrix met neither test, but the numbers still looked impressive. However, let us say that I found four terms and each was found against odds of 50 to 1. The initial odds would be 6,250,000. It is not uncommon for me to find such combined odds. HOWEVER, let us say that there is a 5th term, and its value is exactly zero. Mind you, that a term with no statistical value would simply have odds of 1 to 1. It would be always expected to be there. So what is a term of zero value? It is a term that is, a priori, false. Example: A term that would indicate that Hitler is the first president of the U.S. or that Mickey Mouse was the true Creator of the universe. If we take the values of the first four terms and then combine it with the fifth term we quickly see that 50*50*50*50*0 = 0. It is not always easy to spot negating terms. How valuable a matrix is will be related to how much time is put into exploring everything on it, and even then there is no guarantee of success. The larger the sample of matrices the more accurate will be the answer to the most important question - is the Code real? But there is another important consideration that needs to be stressed. In a large enough sample there will be matrices found that look significant, but which are not. This is most apparent to me when, once or twice a year, I am developing what looks like a fantastic matrix only to notice after a day's work that I have made a critical spelling mistake on the axis term. This generally invalidates everything, and leads to a deletion of the entire project.

       My method of estimating probability is not the only one, but the most commonly accepted method is called Monte Carlo and t is not commercially available. It involves scrambling a large number of real texts to produce false, control "monkey texts." Let us say that we scramble real text 100,000 times and the matrix we found is better than 90,000 of them. So there is a 10% chance that we can get a better matrix with a nonsense text. The real matrix is judged to be not significant. But if there only 1,000 out of 100,000 scrambled texts that are better, the matrix we found begins to be interesting. If there are only a hundred scrambled texts that beat our matrix, we have a matrix that is very interesting. But we still have 100 control texts that look good but are based on nonsense. This is why we need a large number of studies (which, indeed, are found on this site).  Finally, what is true to a Christian is often NOT true to a Jew. Christians believe that the Messiah comes to save souls, while Orthodox Jews believe that at a minimum the Messiah comes to end war on Earth permanently. So, in summary here, the steps of looking for truth in the Codes involve (1) finding matrices worthy of consideration, (2) doing the statistical evaluation, and (3) comparing what is found with reality – something which is not always perceived the same way. It is often said that the victors in a war get to write history. But there is, of course, no guarantee that they will write it correctly. I sometimes make mistakes. But you can trust that whenever I do, I will publish the corrections or retraction required immediately upon becoming aware of it.

(AP) — Early this morning, President Obama made what could very well prove to be the most controversial move of his presidency with the signing of Executive Order 13738, which revokes the federal government’s official recognition of the Pledge of Allegiance. Under the new order, it is now illegal for any federally funded agency to display the pledge or for any federal employee to recite, or encourage others to recite, the pledge while on duty. This law also applies to federal contractors and other institutions that receive federal funding such as public schools. Individuals who violate this order can face fines of up to $10,000 and up to one year in federal prison.

During the press conference, the President explained his decision was based on a personal belief that the language used in the pledge is “divisive” and “contrary to America’s deepest held values.”

“The pledge excludes so many Americans who are vital to making this country what it is,” Obama said. “Asking someone to pledge their allegiance to our country excludes Jehovah’s Witnesses, Amish, Muslims, and many others whose religious beliefs prohibit strong displays of nationalism. By calling this ‘one nation under God’, we exclude the millions of hard working atheists and agnostics who call America home. By saying ‘liberty and justice for all’, we ignore the grievances of millions of Hispanics, African Americans and Muslims who feel they have neither liberty nor justice.”

Obama told reporters that he believes the inclusion of “under God” runs afoul of the First Amendment’s establishment clause. He summed up his press briefing by challenging congress to create a new pledge that more accurately reflects America’s values.

“I am willing to rescind my decision here today and allow the Pledge of Allegiance back into the schools if we can all agree on the creation of a new Pledge, something that is includes everyone’s beliefs and not just the belief of one nationality or faith.”

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has already offered her support of president Obama’s decree and has vowed to uphold the order if she wins in November’s general election. She echoed his concerns about the pledge’s language and suggested that the pledge’s mention of God sends the wrong message to America’s children.

“I fully support the President and the decision that he has made here today. In January, when I take office as the next President of the United States, unless I see otherwise, I will do my best to uphold this new law and ensure that it stays in effect.”

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump did not mince words when voicing his contempt for the president’s order, referring to the president as an “illegitimate Muslim traitor.”

“As a Christian nation, the Pledge of Allegiance helps our children be the greatest children out there, the best there is, greater than all the other children in this world combined. Obama, who founded ISIS by the way, wants them not to be great, he wants them to be weak, and by banning the Pledge of Allegiance in our schools, he has proven that here today. This is the first step in many in his master plan to force Sharia law onto this great country of ours before he leaves office in January. We all must remember that this is one nation under God and not some guy and his beliefs in whatever he chooses to believe.”

Sarah Bradley, a spokeswoman for Sock It Forward, a group that provides the homeless and those less fortunate with brand new socks, told ABC News that she approves of the ban.

“When our children are forced to chant, ‘One nation under God‘, whose God are they referring to exactly?” Bradley said, “From birth, children are indoctrinated and subjected to mind control, efforts to shape them into the perfect beings that society wants them to be. The Pledge of Allegiance is just one of the many tools used in a child’s involuntary reeducation of basic beliefs and values.” Bradley continued, “Also, I just want to say a big thank you to everyone that has supported our cause in giving new socks to the homeless, it means so much. Please, donate what you can, every bit helps.”

Lawrence Ketchum of the Secular Coalition for America told reporters that Obama’s decision to ban the Pledge is a victory for all those who oppose government control.

“This is a great day not just for Atheists, but for all Americans who value freedom. Forcing children to pledge blind allegiance to this country and profess a belief in a God is extremely dangerous in developing young minds and amounts to little more than government mind control.”

While Executive Order 13738 is likely to be a source of heated debate among Americans, constitutional scholar, Paul Horner, told ABC News that it is unlikely the law will be challenged in court.

 “Since this law only affects federal employees and contractors and not the general populace, it is well within the traditional scope of a president’s executive authority to pass this law. Any challenges would lack proper legal standing and more than like be quickly dismissed.”

Fappy The Anti-Masturbation Dolphin, a mascot for a Christian organization that travels around the country educating children about the dangers and consequences of masturbation, told ABC News he believes in what Utah is doing.

“It is important that children become the unique individuals that this country wants them to be. Conforming into the perfect little human beings that God intended them to be has always been the American way. It is important to remember that our Lord and Savior loves each and every one of us, unless we masturbate, then we’ll burn in Hell for eternity.”

Originally composed by Colonel George Balch in 1887, the Pledge of Allegiance is an expression of allegiance to the Flag of the United States and the republic of the United States of America. The official name of The Pledge of Allegiance was adopted in 1945 and the last changes made to it came on Flag Day in 1954 when the words “under God” were added.
