OBAMACARE, PRIVACY AND BELARUS

On February 4, 2014 a story appeared on FoxNews.Com and elsewhere about malicious computer software developed in Belarus that would facilitate a cyber attack on the U.S. and compromise the privacy of citizens registering at HealthCare.Gov for ObamaCare health insurance. The story caught my attention because I oppose ObamaCare and because my son recently returned from an eye-opening trip to Belarus after dating a girl there that he had met on-line. The government there is hostile to the U.S., and to its own citizens. On the matrix below the axis term is ENEMY BELARUS. THE VIRUS is found at the same skip. COMPUTER is at an ELS. RESIGISTERING is at skip -1. Also at an ELS are INSURANCE and DICTATOR. Belarus is a dictatorship.

WHAT’S IT LIKE VISITING BELARUS TO FIND LOVE? Not easy. When my son’s plane landed after a trip that spanned 8 time zones it was early November and very cold. The plane was not at a jetbridge that connected it with the terminal, so he was immediately hit by the frigid air as he had to walk from the plane to the terminal. There he was directed elsewhere so he could buy require Belarus health insurance for his 6-day trip. It was only about $4.00, but the visa to visit Belarus first set him back $160.00 and he had to pay an additional $20.00 for an invitation to visit Belarus. So, other than airfare, before he could even retrieve his luggage, he had to pay Belarus $184 for the joy of being there. There are, by the way, no airlines directly flying between the nation of Belarus and anyplace on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.

        Belarus does have a large number of very beautiful women, but guys who are thinking about marrying someone from there should know that the Government had thrown most Americans out of the U.S. Embassy, leaving only 5 out of an original staff of 30. So, for women wanting to obtain a K-1 visa to marry and American and live in the U.S, they must first leave Belarus and visit a U.S. embassy in Russia, Poland, or Ukraine. More visas are required for these trips. The U.S. K-1 visa process then requires about 8 months for approval.

ON BELARUS AND THE SECURITY ISSUE. Many or most of the people of Belarus likely want freedom, but elections there have apparently been fraudulent with opposition leaders beaten and imprisoned. However there are reasons to question the American election process too (including whether President Obama occupies his office illegally if he was born in Kenya). The real issue here is about privacy and whether Obama and others in our Governent are doing all in their power to destroy it. Thanks to Edward Snowden we now know at least some of how our privacy has been compromised. And in terms of security, we just saw the Obama Administration change U.S. policy to admit people to the U.S. with limited ties to terrorist groups. So in terms of protecting privacy or security, that Obama would place our healthcare system and privacy of our citizens into the hands of a hostile government is not much of a surprise. Obama has a pen he tells us. He feels no requirement to abide by the U.S. Constitution, in fact he apparently despises it and supports Communist ideology at every opportunity. That's what ObamaCare is all about - income redistribution. More just he thinks. So, as long as that is true, salaries in Belarus are among the lowest in Europe. We might as well, he  thinks, redistribute some of our money there. Note that I have no problems doing business with the people of Belarus, but if we are going to deal with their Government it would be nice to see them allow us to have a fully staffed embassy. And, of course, we should not have their Government controls major functions of our system. 

STATISTICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE  MATRIX. As per my standard protocol, no statistical significance is assigned to the axis term, here the only ELS for ENEMY BELARUS. The reasons that I sought this 8-letter term are that BELARUS is only 6 letters in Hebrew, and I don't like axis terms that short; plus throwing out most of our embassy staff, charging Americans (and other Westerners) so much to get into their country, not allowing direct flights, and possibly inserting malware into software designed to power the U.S. healthcare system are not exactly the acts of a friendly government. At the moment it does not appear that my son will marry the girl he met there (it's not exactly an easy courtship to conduct under such circumstances), but my heart goes out to her, and via Skype I have grown to love as if she were my own daughter. She is brilliant and will help to translate into Russian the Mars research that my son and I have produced.

       The most significant a-priori term on the matrix was VIRUS. it was found at a special case skip (+/- 1 or the as here, the absolute skip of the axis term) in 80 letters with ENEMY BELARUS against odds of about 545 to 1. However in the full 516-letter matrix, it's at such a skip against odds of about 85 to 1. Against odds of over 59 to 1, I also found RESIGISTERING or synonyms of it at a special case skip (-1). The concern is that people are exposed to the malware when registering for ObamaCare. INSURANCE was at an ELS against odds of about 13 to 1, COMPUTER was at an ELS against odds of about 2.5 to 1, and DICTATOR was there against odds of about 2 to 1. Overall, the matrix exists against odds of about 361,126 to 1.
