Importance of Key Term Position
The course 251.565 degrees True comes up on ELS Map 1 from the last letter of TEMPLE to the first letter of ARK OF THE COVENANT (http://arkcode.com/whats_new_1.html).
It is on ELS Map 2 (http://arkcode.com/contact.html) from the last letter of JERUSALEM of the first letter of ZUQBA (the peninsula name of the suspect Ark site).
It pops up again on ELS Map 3 (http://arkcode.com/whats_new_2.html) from the first letter of JERUSALEM to the last letter of POSITION OF ARK.
On ELS Map 4(http://arkcode.com/whats_new_3.html), when the grammar of the search is altered a a bit, it appears again from the first letter of FROM JERUSALEM to the last letter of POSITION OF THE ARK.
On ELS Map 5 (http://arkcode.com/whats_new_4.html), the same course occurs from the last letter of JERUSALEM to the the last letter of UGRET SELIMA (the salt marsh a few feet from the suspect Ark site).
On ELS Map 11 (http://arkcode.com/about.html), this is the course again from the last letter of ARK MAP to the first letter of RETURN TO EGYPT. When that course is extended a few rows, it touches the first letter of ARK OF THE COVENANT.
On ELS Map 12 (http://arkcode.com/whats_new_5.html), looking for a personal connection, I searched for ROFFMAN ARK (a 9-letter ELS). On that matrix ZUQBA is at the same skip as ROFFMAN ARK. From the closest letter letter of JERUSALEM to the closest letter of JERUSALEM on that matrix, the course is again 251.565 degrees True.
On ELS Map 13 (http://arkcode.com/whats_new_6.html), we saw that (a) from the last letter of ROFFMAN (my name) to the last letter of ARK 251565, the angle is 251.565 degrees True; and (b) we (my name) to the last letter of ARK 251565, the angle is 251.565 degrees True; and (b) we find that from the first letter of JERUSALEM to the last letter of suspect latitiude 31-9 (at skip 1), the course angle again equals 251.565 degrees True.
Finally, on ELS Map 14 (http://arkcode.com/whats_new_12.html) with HOME OF THE ARK as axis term, the course angle from JERUSALEM to ARK OF THE COVENANT is also 251.565 degrees True.
As this 251.565 course occurs so frequently, the question here addressed is, What was the chance that we would find the specific word TEMPLE so close to the lowest ELS of ARK OF THE COVENANT and at specific angle that would correspond to the course 251.565 degrees True? On the first figure below, the relative positions of the following key terms are displayed as they were found via CodeFinder software: ARK OF THE COVENANT (the axis term), TEMPLE, ZUQBA, BARDAWIL (the name of the lake surrounding the Zuqba Peninsula), and JERUSALEM. On this matrix (12 rows by 48 columns for a total of 576 letters), there were 15 spaces where a key letter of TEMPLE would have produced the desired course. Because the word TEMPLE is at skip 1 (the preferred skip), the Torah was searched only that skip to determine the frequency of this word in all of Torah. It occurs at skip 1 some 59 times in Torah. This is a relatively high frequency. As is seen on the spread sheet right below the first figure, there was one chance in about 9.4 that the word for TEMPLE would be somewhere on the matrix. But when we consider that only 15 out of 576 cells on the matrix would produce the desired course, then the chance of TEMPLE being in a proper cell is 15/576 multplied by the chance to have it somewhere on the matrix. The product of these figures results in about one chance in 363.
TEMPLE was found near ARK OF THE COVENANT on the first night of my research in 1997 (before ELS Map 1 was found), but was initially ignored because it was a high frequency word. That matrix was only 11 rows by 28 columns (308 letters). While we can actually place TEMPLE and ARK OF THE COVENANT in a matrix of only 8 rows, and 16 columns (108 letters), what are the chances that it would have been positioned at this angle on the 308-letter matrix that was the backbone of my research before discovering all the ELS maps? For starters, we find that the chances for one of the 59 appearance of TEMPLE at skip 1 to be somewhere on the 308-letter matrix is a probability of about .057876062 (about one chance in 17). However, there are now only 6 boxes on the matrix that could hold a letter of TEMPLE in a way that would produce the 251.65 degree True course angle. As 6/308 = .0196078431, (overlooking the issue of significant digits), .057876062 * .0196078431 = .00113482474. The reciprocal of this produces about one chance in 881.
